Many of the comments here show the limited knowledge of the general Public about the duties, powers and privileges of a Police Officer, not to talk of that of an AIG! For the avoidance of doubt, he has full rights and the privilege to enter that estate without being invited! He only requires a warrant to make a search or arrest. At his level, he can even achieve either or both of these and arrange warrant cover in retrospect, if the act is (in his opinion) for public benefit. The guns they carry around serves both for defensive and offensive purposes! If I were in his shoes, I would be very tempted to make a scapegoat, moreso as I would be retiring within the month. He is just being gentle in order not to tarnish his records. Nigerians should be careful not to turn their Guard 'Dogs' into 'Bingoes' the way we confront The Police unnecessarily! How many people are aware that he could have left the place calmly and 'arranged' unknown Gunmen to raid the gate. Then the 'powerful' residents will now report to who? 8 Likes |

I watched the video and my sincere opinion is that guyman Dele Momodu is over reaching himself. 1. KWAM-I is not his mate and it is beyond him to rebuke KWAM-I publicly. 2. Dele Momodu should be rebuked for the casual manner he greeted the Ooni. KWAM1 beat him in that regard. 3. Dele Momodu IS NOT YORUBA, despite that the IMAM Oluwo (or was it Sultan he called himself the other day?) has honoured him with a non-traditional title! 4. Apparently, KWAM-1 is more paddy with the Oluwo than Dele will ever phantom! Those who understand Yoruba and Street lingo will know and understand what KWAM-I was accusing the Oluwo of. 5. KWAM-I greeted the Oluwo in the appropriate language and poise while approaching the machine, even before approaching the Ooni 6. It will shock most people that some ibile people have certain sets of words (incantations) that when uttered against any type of dog, it would simply fall down and die! It has been demonstrated in my presence to a random dog. When I inquired, the dude simply laughed and said i need to know the traditional name of dogs, to achieve that result, but the dude refused to teach me, saying it's not for everyone to know! He concluded that any wise dog that sees him or any of his siblings would dare not back! |

You don't receive monthly Salary, but you pay your PAYE Tax and share the rest to the destitute! Interesting that other people receive salary but give then out to their families so that they don't become destitute, then pay tithes for churches to take care of the destitute! So, in conclusion, only the destitute receive Salaries! But wait oo, but PAYE can only be paid from Personal Income received! It is his choice how he spends his Salary, whether he gives Ashawo or Baba Ijebu or Bet9ja or His Priest is his business. The records will show he has been paid! I hope the destitute he is talking about are not his extended or Step families! |

I can see a lot of People don't understand politics yet. Amaechi, the Minister was right on point excluding the party from the LGA Elections for the simple fact that APC was already out of the game., His action only prevented loss of funds, lives and face! Consider that the Magnus faction produced the existing APC Candidates, which faction has been nullified by the Supreme Court, meaning that any of them that runs and accidentally wins any position will be nullified! So why are the Magnus boys crying over spilt milik? In fact it is the activities of Magnus and his faction to be held responsible for the misfortunes of APC in River States. He knows it and is happy to play that spoiler's role to spite Amaechi and aid his Master, Wike! How can a Senator be struggling with a major Minister for leadership of a party in his state (in Nigeria o!). |

Used to have this challenge until one fateful day, I hired an Egun Bricklayer. Immediately he discovered the challenge, he abandoned my work and within thirty minutes completed a wooden box trap. Next he went to a nearby scarie seller and bought 200naira Akara. He resumed his work and within 90mins had caught three of them, one after another. He puts them inside bagco sack and in the evening went home with them. He hardly remembered to collect his agreed fee due to the harvest. He called me three days later to ask if I noticed any more cats, relating how delicious those ones he caught were. From that day, I noticed he charges me lesser anytime I invite him to work! |

Iba Gani Adams is speaking from an informed position, while the Commissioner for Information is merely doing his job of defending his boss, the Gov'nor. The reality is that Lagos has not activated Amotekun. The significance of this is that when Lagos Lords needed the protection of the 'Federal' Security Agencies the most, high wire politics was at play. They were let down and had no fallback position, which the Amotekun was designed to provide. It is becoming apparent that the central govt has other ideas beyond the immediate concerns of the SW rulers. I read a report that there were 5 hilux loads of RRS stationed in front of the TVC Premises, who simply took off when a motley mod approached to burn the place. They did not offer any form of resistance! Almost same way the almighty NA has appeared hapless against BH, as if by design! OP has asked a $billion question, seeking the holy grail. Among so many things that can make you rich, 1. Learn to feel the pulse of your society, to enable you find a serious need and fulfill that need in a highly scalable way. A need is a critical issue that a lot of people will pay to have. e.g. education, health solution, food, housing, etc. 2. Think of the basic ways to deliver the service or a portion of the service. In the value chain of your solution, look for partners you can leverage their resources to quickly or cheaply or more conveniently deliver your solution. eg. Okada dispatch to deliver hot sizzling lunch you prepared in Ikeja to a customer in Ogba. 3. Find and use relevant technologies to make your solution easier. eg. Free eCommerce platforms to sell your product. 4. Once your concept has proven useful and doable, look for financial leverage to scale up and quickly dominate the market space. 5. Continually develop your basic product into better packages, offerings, bundles, etc. Be highly innovative and not rigid. There a lot more to share, but not for free because I am a consultant and Business Adviser, but these above can get you there. Then you can call me to help take you further.
