@Kesley: You don't want to compare 80's to 2010 and yet you compare N/J and N/Y to Lagos. I know and do ply the toll on Turnpike so often when i'm there and there is alternate road. So, tell me if there's no alternate road to the toll on NJ/NY and, if the area is predorminantly occupied by villager who relied most on agricultural produce and fishing. |

When a government decide to build a toll gate there should also be an alternative to not ply the toll gate road. There are lots of villages along this area towards Epe and there is not a single alternate road that leads to Epe. The toll road is not justifiable; it's myopic and endeager development in the area of agriculture. Only a single lane on either side has been added to the existing four lanes and three tow gates is to be erected! common it's never done in any part of the world. If anyone wants to claim that theirs pain to any development then their is also a citizen right. Tell me a single country where you've noticed this type of toll, just one country where theirs no alternate road. How many BRT ply Epe/Ibeju? Should i be compelled to pay tow for going to Epe or go through the waterways? The One, you make a lot of sense. |

Should this be a priority? Nations are been strategically aligned towards the next 10 years and our leaders are concentrating on things that have no economic values; i've never heard of a nation that troves on sports or entertainment before. We are de-industrializing (company warehouse are closing down, power to increase production is lacking) while other countries, those that put country first, are exploring new grounds. In a globalize economy, Nigeria still relies entirely on oil which will become irrelevant in the next 10 - 20yrs based on the current discoveries around the world and new technologies that tends to curb emissions caused by oil. I don't blame the people, since they are not the ones that voted for these current RULERS it therefore become very hard for them to demand for specifics actions. Honestly, we don't know what we are doing. Like RULERS like EAGLES! |

That's what they all say, remove the thermostat. Never listen to them. Most of them don't know anything and because they are lazy to update themselves they bring in all sort of confusion. I prefer a V6 or V8 to any 4 cyl at any time. If you are the type that moves within traffic everyday then u'll need a 4 cly to do that. |

Bill of Lading? It's not possible to have the B/L before the ship sails. There's a mistake somewhere on the part of Agariautos. That place looks like IBL shipping in Bayonne, NJ. If i'm right, Agariautos, i could ask Naildo about this vehicle. I don't see where a B/L is issued before a vehicle sails. Please, correct this error if it's one. |

In addition to many of the suggestions raised above ( some of which are not praticable), i should like to add that we make use of simple things that are easily verifiable. Such as: Name(s) of anyone selling anything on NL ( that's worth while). Address(es), where applicable (even of assistant/representative in Nigeria). Pictures of the seller of goods or services, email(s) address, phone number(s), facebook - as many friends appear on individual page which makes it easier to locate someone. Any transaction worth more than 100k must go through a lawyer ( just a suggestion, it could be lower). This is so, if or whether, there's doubt over a trasaction to be entered. Having mentioned all of the above, it's wise to know what you are getting into before you make any commitment. Always know that change occurs in every aspect in life. Anyone could become a devil over time! |
