I hate when people talk like this.
A man who cannot make money shouldn't lead a country. Buhari is not corrupt but his son had billions to buy a power bike,buhari is not corrupt but late ABBA KYARI was the one running Nigeria like his personal ATM machine. BUHARI is not corrupt but everyone is suffering in this country including u.

Buhari openly confessed that he doesn't know how to make money that is why he borrowed to build his house. That is very unfortunate,we can all see how stupid that is,how can u elect a man who cannot make money for a country like Nigeria. Then what is government for?

If Buhari had govern a country like Malawi or Mozambique that don't have the kind of resources we have as a country, he would be lynched like Samuel Doe,seriously because,it is our wealth (resources) as a nation that has covered our frustration as a people.

And to remind u,Buhari is the grand master of corruption since 1960 to date.

Just like changing the name of Buhari to Sunday...Will it ever change his wicked habit,its inhumane nature?

If u like change the name of Nigeria without changing its past errors,jailing those thieves and putting a stop to nepotism,bigotry,tribal domination by just few,Nigeria will never gets to its goals.

I have this personal bad money habit that i need deliverance from, i don't know if my village people are doing afternoon meeting on my matter sef,

When i have money in my hands, if i don't finish the money immediately my mind won't calm down, most times the things i use the money on her not very important, but immediately I'm broke, ideas will begin to come to my head, investment ideas will begin to come up....



May God help an enjoyment nigga like us, we pray for excess money and wealth...

Do not allow anyone to tell u that it's spiritual,rather it is the working of the mind and has become habitual.

U need to start putting away cash just to live without it for sometime and see how it feels.
Invest in mutual funds and reinvest it until ur habit/lifestyle gets better.

Half of all job seekers in Nigeria got one job or the other from one politician...before directors and Dg's started selling everything as if they are selling pepper at Mile 12 Market.

Such people will never tell u how they bought their employment.

Where are you based on this recommendation?

This projection should be modified to suit how u want ur retirement to be.

That was the initial plan.. before I knew they started tempering with the money.. I have to lie to my uncle's that the money was 3milliomn. So that they will take their eyes off... Am going to hold meeting this week.. and give them direction to avoid total collapse.. if they refuse I will get one of the land since I was the person that my dad give the money to buy the land..

For me,u are not doing bad just keep it up.

Such meeting is crucial so as to keep the legacy of ur father. Give them ur reasons why his legacy should not be rubbished.

Had same money been invested in Fgn bonds or mutual funds today,that money would have been making returns of about 600k per annum or more.

What a worthless way to expend his benefits.

When u add personal and family expeneses u are likely to add more on that. I have my proofs and they are personal to me.

Just believe in yourself,save to invest and read motivational books on money and finance.
The rest would be history.

I agree with u on number 5,because I am a product of that part.

I grew 300k i saved during my University and NYSC days to 47million in 9years.

And because friends don't always believe in me,I discarded all of them and I am left with one and my wife who, at least understands me better.

Life continues.

A governor who pays close to 600million to the son of senator Theodore Orji monthly as payment for making him the governor of Abia state...can never perform.

Out of the 23billion the state got from Federal as counter fund, 16billion was taking upfront by the same guy who calls himself the son of the former governor.

How can he perform when the future of the state is tied to one idiot in the name of godfather.

Abia state is dead right from the time of Orji Uzor Kalu who entrenched corruption and cronyism as a way to go.

Is a pity that even Ebonyi can glow with the little they get from federal govt,yet a state that has Ariaria market cannot boast of any notable development.

I feel that learning from other people's mistakes helps one to learn faster and to avoid some risks.

Insurance companies will certainly disappoint u especially when it is time to redeem ur cash. They are fond of quoting big figures and at the end, leave u to ur fate. U really have to be careful when dealing with them,although some are reputable but many of them will frustrate u after keeping ur money with them for too long. U can do a finding on this.

For banks,just look at the ones paying good interest such as inet banking by Fcmb is 7% ,polaris is also given at 6%,i heard fidelity is also good.

My personal advice:
In all of this,just find a mutual fund account and save all ur money,that way it will be out of sight,out of reach until the day u will redeem all ur funds.

If ur parents are rich and are ready to support u,u can go ahead,but if not, I pity u.

Sorry,I may sound harsh but the financial burden in marriage is even harsher.

Pls,check urself to know if u are ready to marry,because if u are not,pls just wait a little when u must have graduated.
