See,let me tell u a story my sister in law who is a citizen in Italy told me about some old women who lived a single life. That,at old age,they start regretting why they lived without getting married. This was what she found out while she was working at a nursing home. These regrets according to her usually come in their expression when others with children come to visit with their grand children...the ones without children would be shading tears.

So,as far as u get penis marry oh,old age isn't funny oh.it can drain u of all ur emotion if u get it wrong now.
Have u ever imagine a life without children at old age,no one to call u nor ask about u. No one to send u� or wish u on ur birthday.

For me,I can't just imagine not having children nor giving them inheritance after 20 years of their age,I am already living for them already. After all,my parents lived for us too.

The matter is a sensitive one.

Me and my wife are business partners and we both have a joint account mainly for the family investment which has been running since last three years.
We have never had one issue concerning money,in fact she is my money woman.
She is very responsible with money and will never touch it not even out of pity to help anyone with it except her personal acct,and this has made me much more frugal and really want to push more money into that account.

However, this may not be so with with some families especially if u are married to a hawk,who does not care about the family but to go on spending spree.

In similar circumstance,some men might be the bad hawk here,where many of them bring up an excuse just flees the account for no reason.
If any family decides to go this way of a joint acct,let them equally decide how it should be run,else it might not augur well.

And they have a governor in Lagos state.

There are certain mysteries behind land that u and I can't understand,hence the reason why u hear people pay for "ewu foundation" and many of such. Don't say where was the gods or goddes.

During my studentship we actually talked deeply about some mysteries surrounding lands and funny as it may seem, the mysteries that govern land in the Eastern region is quite different from the one that govern lands in Lagos or any where in Western Nigeria.
Traditionally speaking,don't joke with it. If u buy a land and the people request u give them cow or goat,do not argue with them,rather ask them if u can negotiate it. Reason is that,these people are selling u their inheritance and u should as well,do whatever they tell u to avoid problems that may come as result of stubbornness.
Based on my study of estate management,I can categorically tell u that it is real and still very real to this day. Ask questions when it seems vague to u.
In conclusion,these things are mystical things surrounding lands in Nigeria.

Because of the hate in her heart, it will be difficult to believe this lady.

Pls i need suggestion and advice on how to invest this money on a very short term. A friend seek my counsel on how to invest N1.2m for just a period of 2 months. I suggested the money to be fixed in the bank but the interest rate they offer is 2% per month which i considered too low. Is there any other investment firm that can give a better rate? other options are also welcome

Making money is much easier than managing money and that is why many people can't maintain or preserve their capital.

Why I will prefer MMF at the current rate to one year Tbills.

If you are following the low risk investment vehicles of recent particurly Tbills and money market fund MMF you will notice it's looking brighter compare to last year.

Some reasons why I will prefer mmf are:

You can start MMF with much lower amount compare to Tbills. With 1,000 you can start investing in Abacus MMF. The least for TBills is 100k.

When rate increases it will not affect already invested funds in Tbills but it does with MMF

You can't top up with Tbills. Top up is very possible with MMF even if you want daily top up.

Terminating before tenor expiration in Tbills comes with penalties. For MMF after just 30 days exit is without penalties.

MMF has other instruments like commercial papers that contributes to its rate.

You can easily automate reinvestment of interest in MMF ie taking advantage of the power of compound interest.

It's the investor that determines MMF tenor hence you can hold MMF as long as you wish no restrictions, Tbills particularly primary auction has fixed tenors 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

Right now mmf rates is on the rise.

He said dont sell land or house to start a business or any other Investment, if you must it should not exceed 20%.

If you want to do business you can use the 100% of the rent from the property, but should not be proceeds from the sale of the property.

I think his advice might work with most people sha, maybe 95% of us.

If the land is an inheritance,dont sell to invest in business but if it was bought by u,u have no reason to be afraid.

Between a landlord and a money lender, who is more lenient

A landlord is even ready to forego 12 months rent, can a money lender do that

Now u come,I had a someone whom I lent money to and after some time he had problem in his business.
I gave him 2.8million naira in 2016 without interest and capital until he last year when he bounced back and he paid my capital alone. Reason is;he was the guy who linked me up to other customers.

Another is also a customer who owed me the sum of 14.5million without an interest for atleast 7months before he was able to pay close to 10million naira last year.

So,in everything, apply human face to ur business because relationship is key to everything we do.
Despites all this,I still make good money out of this stagnant monies out there. And I have never drag any of my customers to court or police before.
