WhiteOne: In the USA a german, a nigerian and a british only can stay there if the marry an citizen of the USA or have a child there. And a US American can only stay the UK, if he/she marry an europian (EU) citizen or a british one or have a child.
My own white american boss hand to married to his white partner to stay here.
Therefore it is not only Germany.
And I am sure, if i wont to live in Nigeria for a longer periode i must be married to an Nigerian citizen, too. No citizenship is quite easy here, apply and you will be granted |

It would be nice when nigerian man would fight for their german kids, but most of them dont care when they got their papers and this is so sad, because this are their children
They dont pay, they dont help, they dont even visit the kid, this happen so often.
One man is divorced from his german girlfriend. i know her a little bit and she told me that he is still making terror with her. he is very agressive and she and her son are really afraid of this man.
may be ist true that the not real black children dont count for them. i would call that racism. This is does not happen to all men, many Nigerian men will cater for their children, not withstanding the race of their mother. My question is, what kind of "Nigerian men" are you guys hooking up with? Look for good, educated and behaviourally balanced men pls. |

I spoke to his mother, his father and his sister, but on telephone it is very difficult to understand each other, so this speaking for me is like nothing. Its only: Hello, how are you? How is the baby? etc.
So this is why i dont really like to speak with them, but his parents always stress him when he doesn`t give me the phone. Sometimes this cause problems too. Hello, how is your relationship with our brother now? I hope and pray you are still growing strong each year. You need to calm down, just call his parents normally and get to ask them little questions like, how their night was? Crack a little joke see if they would smile or laugh, ask if they will be okay if you come for an holiday.... Etc just strike conversation |

CyberG: This post ended up quite long, but I had to just make the comments.
Some people will never LEARN and they just spew stupidity from their mouth when they talk:
Look mister, you make very stupid, convoluted and insane statements because of the blindness of your mind. Let me respond to some of your foolishness, perhaps your vain pride will let you get some understanding:
1. Lagos, Abuja and PH do not constitute the whole country, doofus! Yet you are grandstanding on mere ignorance?? The success of a nation is not measured by their best (strongest of them), but an appraisal of the weakest of them. In any of those places you mentioned, life is ". . .poor, nasty, brutish and short. . .", take this from someone who has lived and worked in Abuja even before you got your pathetic job, lived in Lagos, and visited more parts of Nigeria than your sorry ass. Guess what? There are places over here which you haven't heard about. . .not New York, LA, London, Paris, Toronto, Madrid. . .but life here is way, way, way, way much better than you will ever know. Believe that people who work here as welders (nothing wrong with that job), they make more money and live a better quality of life than you will ever know. If you make millions from your suffer-head white collar job and you can go to the malls and buy imported goods and flaunt it in the face of your less fortunate neighbor, but can you buy good roads, electricity (not generator killing you with noise and pollution), freedom without harassment from politicians, thugs and robbers, justice and fair hearing (almost 100% of the time), health care that you can bank on (remember your president will not even vouch for his life after spending N2B to import equipment for his personal use, and the list goes on. . .endlessly). This is not in a popular city and this is even for less than average people who can only have an ordinary job. Now, think of people who actually aim very high in their vocations and create the technologies the company you work for sells or markets in Nigeria.
2. Those companies you mention (Chevron, Shell, Haliburton, etc) are only paying you slave wages for all I care. How much do you earn that you think it is representative of everyone in Nigeria? Guess what? In a proper, fair and functioning system, although people will work for these companies you boast about, a lot of people will not. Some will finish their high school, start on a bright idea and make more money you could never dream about. You are talking of a job like you will keep the job forever. . .you must be demented. Look at the worst cases in the villages and smaller towns where real people face serious challenges foisted on them mostly by a system that is designed to limit them from the day they were born. The salary you get per year is what some students will get here on a scholarship in one year and you are flexing muscle? The least privileged person here will still enjoy the roads you cannot, the power you cannot, the peace you cannot, the stability you cannot, better health care than Yaradua can buy for billions in Germany! I am talking about the least privileged in a small town ad your are boasting about a failed system operating in the "best" places in Nigeria?
3. I bet you can never quit or resign this job you worship except you die or are incapacitated, can you? I see your are even talking about the fact that you are a "big boy". . .utter FOOLISHNESS. Look, it is only in failed and failing states like Nigeria that how big you are is important. When you visited somewhere outside Nigeria, did anyone notice your clothes, your jewelery or that you are a big boy? Did you not join a queue, wait for your turn and address even a receptionist with respect and courtesy? If you disagreed with someone, did you just slap them and insist on YOUR way? Look, in a functioning system, a much higher paying job will be resigned and the person goes back to school or quits to take his life in another direction. Can anyone in Nigeria (average Joe the Plumber) resign his job and be confident of his next steps?
So, you think tax evasion is a good thing? Shame on YOU! Not paying utility bills? I see you are indeed part of the problem like I insinuated in my previous post. Is that not what the useless government and government houses one of which you live in do? Not paying utility bills? Well, you WILL NEVER FIT IN where normal people do what is right and play by the RULES. Indeed life (and the minds of Nigerians) who think this way is "poor, nasty, short and brutish. . .". In Nigeria, the biggest thieves are the "big boys" and they obey no rules and oppress the unfortunate majority. In a functioning society, there are rules of behavior that do not respect your size, your pathetic job, your family/father's name or how much money you have. Paying taxes is your DUTY and not paying it will land you in serious trouble, so expensive. . .you will rather wish you had paid it ab initio. Come to think about it, you are not being asked for money you did not make as income and they are not asking for your life savings! In a real society, you don't need millions to live decently and the good life Nigerians are dying to find abroad was built and is being maintained by the taxes people pay as well as the taxes that the Utility company you don't wish to pay their bills have paid to the government! Nigeria is a JOKE. . .and it saddens me so much. Nevertheless, I will be in Nigeria soon for the holidays and if anyone wants to have a conversation, I will oblige if we have a chance of accessing each other. Good evening sir, this post is long but quite explicit. It presents you as someone that will be truthful and Frank, I need some explanation before I make a life defining decision, I wish I can talk to you concerning my move. Here is my digits, kindly help advise a bro (zero eight zero three eight eight four eight seven six four). Thanks |

SilverNorGold: This development, hopefully, will be the final event that will convince Fulani leaders to embrace ranching. Ranching is better. It'll put an end to all these avoidable conflicts. At least now, the real criminals - Fulani or non-Fulani - can be easily identified and punished accordingly.
However, the criminalization of the entire Fulani people is evil and should stop. Majority of them are law-abiding. It pains me even more than the Fulanis themselves. So please, my brothers and sisters, let's be guided. Let's condemn those who do evil and praise those who do good. Let's leave their tribe out of it. No one is born a criminal.
God bless us all. Amen, this is apt! But wait, which ones are the law abiding? Cos they are go about with at least daggers and swords if not AK-47 looking for where to feed their dagger. |

naptu2: They had divorced before 1999. It was a very stormy marriage.
(The reason that I remember the issue of the divorce is because of the crazy rumour that was circulating back then . The rumour was that Obasanjo appeared in court for the divorce proceedings and he was asked if he wanted to swear with the bible or Quran and he replied that he would prefer to swear with a cutlass because he was a traditional religionist. I'm much older now and I don't think the rumour is true).
She wrote a book about her problems and suffering when Obasanjo was head of state and I read a bit of the book in the 2000s.
Basically she said that Obasanjo had two wives, Oluremi and Stella, but he had a lot of affairs with other women and it was those affairs that caused the problems.
She named some of the women in that book, while she described the ones that she didn't name and she described them in a way that people would know who they were.
She wrote about the times that he brought women to stay in the guest houses at State House Dodan Barracks, the many fights that they had over the children (Obasanjo once sent the children to a boarding school in Kaduna, so that she won't have access to them. She flew to Kaduna and almost fought the principal of the school. She took the children and brought them back to Lagos).
She filed for divorce in 1976, but MD Yusufu (the inspector general of police) convinced her to withdraw the suit because the Murtala Government was still young and it would embarrass the government. It was Murtala and Yusufu that usually settled the quarrels.
She wrote about the time that Obasanjo had an affair with the principal of Queens College, while her daughter, Iyabo, was a student of the school. She said that Iyabo attacked the principal.
She also wrote about the divorce. She said that she has heard many people talk about the divorce, but she was not served any papers, neither did she know of any divorce proceedings. She said that she believed that Obasanjo rigged the divorce.
You might notice that she did not act as first lady when Obasanjo was head of state. Instead, wives of other government functionaries and female members of government acted as hostess during state visits, for example when Jimmy Carter visited Nigeria in 1978.
(By the way, Olusegun Obasanjo was already married to Stella Abebe when he was head of state). Title of the book pls, it will be an interesting read |

I am not giving it to anyone to drive for me. I have decided against Elantra. If I want to do Uber business, I realise it has to be Toyota or say Honda |

Coronabirus: I disagree with the verdict of OBJ. Umaru has multiple organs problems, I remember after his election as Katsina state governor in 1999 his alleged medical report leaked showed that Umaru couldn't survive beyond his first tenure (it's reported in weekly trust around 2001). I remember his statement when he's seriously sick journalists asked him abt his health he told them that "I may die today, I may die tomorrow and I may even live to be 90". OBJ is fully aware of his ailing health condition. This guy just gave him the ticket for selfish reasons. First, because of his relationship with his late elder brother SHEHU Musa Yaradua. Secondly, he wanted someone so soft & weak who may not perform well for him to always be seen as a hero after messy years of military regimes. I won't rule out the possibility of sinister motive behind imposing ailing Yaradua on Nigerians despite the availability of better candidates at that time because OBJ is one of the evil leaders Nigeria had. I disagree with you, Yar Adua was a competent president. He was just unlucky with his health. He truly had the interest of the masses at heart. |

Pearl1910: Your choice of car will not stand the test of time in this business as per durability and cost of maintainance, even though it is fuel economical. If u don't like Toyota, then u can do Honda Civic 2003-2008 or an earlier Hyundai e.g 2003-2010, even your peogeot can fly provided it's more than 2003 and engine size isn't more than 2.0
If u don't really know the way, google map, drivers app and riders direction will help you get around.
All the best Thanks so much for this..... I gained alot |

Gogettaz: I would advice you go in with as lower equity as possible. Since you don't like popular brands, if you can find a good non problematic car at half the price of the 2011 Elantra, go for it. Peugeots are great if you can handle the stress of manual transmission.
As for getting to destination, you will learn on the job. Just believe in yourself and smart up. Thanks alot |
