Born2winKingOG: I Know how odd this might sound, with alot of people trooping in to insult me with all sorts of names calling, like I should go and hustle for my own and stop having entitlement mindset on someone's else's property..but you see..I will never relent..am here for those who have logical advise to give to me...so your insults is for yourself and you alone.
My father has been selling his landed properties since 2006, since I was still a little boy.. my fore fathers were among those founders who discovered our town...so huge landed estates were passed down to our lineage...up to this moment my uncle's and aunts have their own share of land intacts... but my dad has almost sold All his own.
*He sold to marry a new wife in 2009
*He sold to develop a small plot in 2011
*he sold to collect a chieftaincy title in 2015
and many combined little selling he's been doing, I had no ideal of
fast forward to 7years later he's left with little plots and some he took from loan defaulters, just this morning I got a call from my elder sister that my dad is about selling the little plot left... I asked to do what, she said she doesn't know yet. As at now am really angry hence me asking if there's anything we the children can do to stop my dad from selling the little plots left even though it's his.. he's the owner, don't we have a say? isn't there any legal law that can stop him.
A friend of mine he's Still enjoying wealth his grand Father left for his father and his father to him, all he did was just to renovate them and dude is packing more than a millionaire yearly from those estate. why would mine be different. Davido did well because his father's a big man who gave him a starting point, same with jowi zaza that guy can never go broke because of his father...
note: I don't think he's trying to wicked us, I know he won't sell all.. but at least the one he had sold his more than the one left... and it won't be enough to share to my siblings and I.... if he leaves this world today... why would he still be selling more. ( am not praying for him to die or anything...but life is common sense) is not a bad thing if a parent gives his children a starting point like his father did.
Besides it doesn't make sense for me to be looking for land to buy when my family is known as one of the owners of the town...my cousin's are even talking behind our back.
A neighbor daughter said I molested her and the story has circulated around almost half of the people in our neighborhood was looking at me somehow but I never knew until her father came to tell my pman one faithful morning... Oboy! I was shocked and couldn't believe a lil girl would came up with such story... I carried the stigma for many years cuz I don't even know what to say to defend myself...Those little demon can lie oo.... Someone may have done that but NOT ME! That's why I casually play with kids especially those little jezebel.
Small pikin wey you go comot belt for....smh you go give am better belting for her mama front
Islandlady: Imagine you had a fight with your girlfriend b4 going to work and you came back and see that she has destroyed your hard earned properties like the pics below

NijaDueprocess: Please I needed help to evict a stubborn tenant. After I left the country and handed over my property to a lawyer, a tenant has refused paying his rent for almost two years without reason. The matter has been in court for almost two years without success. The court keeps adjourning the case. The tenant refusal to pay the rent has pushed other tenant to start owing too. Please kindly suggest the best way out of this situation. Location of property: Abuja.
You don't call a mad man "sir" he will still be mad....you use mad to attack madness.....gather aboki boys, give them 20k....make dem throwa all him properties outside....use padlock lock your house.....side note....also evict all existing tenants and get new ones....you can't be gentle in Nigeria oh....you have to be a werey to survive oh
My fellow men, we can do better. Collecting things back from someone you dated is very low class and childish. And worse when done publicly. It's very bad. No matter your reason, don't.

Onahi95: Good Morning Fam, I've got this pressing issue that I would very much appreciate your wise counsel to help me solve.
I met a lady about three months ago and we bounded pretty quickly, this oyibo movie kinda love story that the dating starts without anyone doing the toasting and all. I asked her about her relationship status weeks later and she said it was complicated, citing how the relationship has been toxic and she wants to leave but the guy won't let go.
I shaa told her that I won't get involved so let her handle it herself. The guy backed out for a while but has resurfaced recently hell bent on getting the girl back. From the WhatsApp conversation and call recordings the girl sent me she has made it obvious to the guy that she's moved on with another guy but the young man is having none of it. She even offered to return everything he's ever given her but no way.
Now he has resorted to threatening me and the said Lady with death. I've never met this guy and I don't have anything to do with him either. The last thing I want to do is fight over a woman that is not even my wife with another guy reason why I've never interfered in their issues. I have it at the back of my mind that I might still breakup with the girl anytime in the future.
He keeps telling the girl that its either he has her or no one will, that she and whoever is attempting to steal his joy away is playing with their lives. The whole issue is making her scared and confused. I asked her to get a recording of the guy making those death threats so I can use it as an evidence in the police station but he has stylishly been evading it despite the girls best efforts. He suddenly became calm and all apologetic now saying he will pray to God to destroy who ever wants to destroy his relationship after all his investments.
How do you guys think I should handle this issue amicably, I find it embarrassing when men bicker over a lady and never imagined myself getting involved in such. I've considered the option of leaving the lady for him but she really loves me likewise me. In as much as I don't want any issues with anybody, won't it be cowardly of me to hide in a closet while a fellow man threatens me with death.
No worry keep fighting for the love, we go soon read your story as you no wan get sense
Gentlerespect76: Lady calls out her newly-wedded husband for allegedly deceiving her into marrying him
Two months after their wedding, a lady has called out her husband, Emmanuel Egba, for allegedly deceiving her into marrying him.
The lady, identified as Oladimeji Oluwatosin, revealed they got married on February 19, 2022, at First East Circular road, in Benin City, Edo State.
According to her, “We dated for six months and he said he wanted to get married. He deceived me into marrying him because we are Witnesses and we believe once we get married we can't divorce, except on the ground of adultery.
He borrowed money to show off, pretended that he was rich and came for my hand in marriage. My family and I agreed because he was acting all nice.
When we were preparing for the wedding he lied that his company was owing him N11million. So my family took the responsibility of the wedding, did everything, only for me to get to his house and find out he has been lying to me all along.
He promised to open a tailoring shop for me but he couldn’t even feed me, talk more of opening the shop. I told him I was going to tell the elders in our congregation and he thre#tened to k#ll me because he knew he would be disfellowship.
He even locked me in the bathroom one day and I was screaming for help, luckily for me his neighbors came to my rescue. I left his house that day.
Ladies that want to get married now should please make thorough research before they get married.”

Jacobx007: A crime is not a crime if you signed for it? So I signed that you kill me and you did, you believe the court will set you free because I signed for it? You will rot in jail idiot
Yea they will, cos you gave the permission to be killed.its that simple
Show me a term and condition that contains criminality?
Their terms say they would use any means.
According to your stupid logic, since they can use any means, it also means they can collect their money at gunpoint abi? In fact, they can even kidnap the customer and demand ransom from his family.
You think everyone is lawless like you and your illiterate ilk.
Ode keep borrowing broke ass fool....debtor has no friend.....you're a low life proud right claiming debtor.....go and pay your debt na when them no fit pay their gbese dem go turn lawyer.....animal

God1000: It appears we've not learnt anything from past mistakes that put us where we are presently.
Even the media isn't fair to all the aspirants, we keep hearing about certain people Everyday while ignoring other technocrats that have the expertise and requisite skills for the job.
We are all contributing to our problems and history will continue repeating itself in Nigeria.
KiNg0G: I pity nigerias, I was expecting a massive protest on our streets nothing yet.. everyone just in their house grumbling... and complaining..
imagine you having #1000 and buying kerosene out of it.with a whole #600.... just to be able to prepare rice. hope #400 will be enough to get the other stuffs?
That's why I don't pity poor people...they can't speak up for themselves.. that's why when they die like fowl in the streets, because of hunger.....it doesn't bother me.. especially the old ones....
engrtee: "I _____, take you ______, to be my wedded wife. To have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness or in health, to love and to cherish ’till death do us part. And hereto I pledge you my faithfulness". (I can't see the verse in the Bible)
If couples take a wedding vow that is not in the Bible, is the vow to God or to man? This made me to sit and wonder: what kind of vow Abraham and Sarah took and they stayed together for 90-solid years, even though childless? What kind of vow did Mary the mother of Jesus and Joseph her husband sign that they stayed together, even though Jesus was conceived by the Holy spirit? Were there any happily married people in the Bible that we can make references to? did they take any vows that we need to read and learn from? For better or for worse, our parents and grandparents, some of whom came from polygamous homes seem to still have it better than what we have nowadays. They didn’t take any vows, did they? For better or for worse is not in the Bible, where did Christendom get it from? Are there not other things Christians grow up with, beliefs they have, orientations they have which are not in the Bible
the recommendationsmost Christians make for marriage are good. The failure of Christian marriage, however, is that those same people would tell you “for better or worse” means you have to put up with abuse, sexual neglect and addiction. My criticism of this concept has been the same for years: it works great as long as everyone obeys the rules; when they don’t, you’re stuck with no recourse for a spouse’s bad behavior. All the good ideas in the world mean nothing if your misbehaving spouse knows you will never leave. Such a marriage philosophy just creates a breeding ground for neglect and abuse. I strongly believe that marriages should be for BETTER
Is there also the verse that talked about women not working and asking husbands for money in the bible?? Smh
Kingkyle1: I tire for Nigerians oo. I no longer lend money. If you lend them money, just makeup your mind that you either lose friendship or your money or both. I can only lend my immediate family what I can afford to lose but friends or outsiders... nope.
Me just tell people I no dey borrow, end of discussion.....they are evil actually.
BluntTheApostle: Any means under the law. It is illegal to blackmail people. Defamation is criminal in Nigeria. It is illegal to share their data to third parties without their consent. In fact, the law only allows lenders to inform your guarantors, and not all the contacts on your phone. It is illegal to bug other people with a loan agreement that does not concern them. The loan agreement should be between the lender, the borrower, and the borrower's guarantors. Nothing concerns every other person in the borrower's life or phone contact list.
The only means allowed them under the law is to report your BVN to credit bureaus which would affect your credit score.
But because many of these lenders are operating illegally, they can only report you to fellow illegal lenders and not credible lenders like banks.
So you know they are illegal yet you borrowed from dem abi? Why you no go bank wey legal go borrow?? For your mind you be sharp guy wey sabi law....smh....if you no want embarrassing situation next time borrow from gtb....oh I forgot they don't borrow greedy people like you money cos you won't even pass their verification stage

Pakute: That's your cup of coffee. Lagos was clean under Fashola but became a pigsty like Abia state under Ambode. Ambode became unaccessible and invisible except for a few infrastructures in Epe. Lagosians rejected Ambode and voted him out.
Idiot he wasn't even on the ballot paper to be voted out.
LadyTruthOnly: Stop replying simply for the sake of replying .
