On paper I feel it's a 7 or 8 out of 10. Still feel we could have got another midfielder, a proper controller and we also needed a striker. 38 yr old CR7 and Martial is not good enough for me.

It’s 4/10 for me.

They should have listened to Rangnick and performed the open heart surgery he recommended. There are still many players in that squad that aren’t good enough to play for Man Utd.

Shaw, Maguire, Martial, Rashford should have been moved on with quality replacements. This season of 5 substitutes will favor the clubs with the best squad depth.

Guardiola or Conte can totally get their tactics wrong but they won’t suffer the consequences because of the options of talents on the bench that can change any game.

United have Elanga, Shaw, Maguire, etc to change games. Forest have made 19 signings this summer window. 19!!!! They may yet go down but at least their fans cannot say their board didn’t make an effort to stay.

I remember too well how Arsenal fans used to brag about their future circa 2008. The age group of their players from Almunia to Adebayor was between 19-23.

Will Haaland ask Madrid to insert a buyout clause or will Madrid accept to include one justso they can sign him, I think not...The buyout clause makes it easier for him to leave but it still depends on what the price is and City's ability to compete for top trophies.

The only time we stood a chanceto sign Haaland was when he left for Dortmund as at now, the only way Haaland would have signed for Man Utd is if we decided to make him the highest earning footballer in the world because that's the only thing he can look back on and smile after we struggle each match day. De Gea’s woes is mostly because of what is in front of him. Now that the chuckle brothers(Maguire and Shaw) are on the bench, United kept a clean sheet away from home.

The last time United did was sometime in January. Let’s hope Casemiro settles quickly and none of Varane or Licha gets injured, things should improve. De Gea is still a very good goalkeeper.
