It hasn’t been resolved yet so it’s possible but not definitive. Klopp has said he would play Firmino and Alisson after Brazilian FA excluded Richarlison from the list of players that should be banned.

Why sell Bailly when VDB had offers from Everton, and several clubs from Italy and Germany? Ole knew fully well he didn’t have an elite DM and yet blocked VDB’s transfer to Everton.

He could have let VDB go and use his transfer fee to pursue an elite DM in the summer. Now, he still doesn’t have a DM and a player that he doesn’t trust at all to start in his team.

We claim we need a CDM but according to Fabrizio, we have an 18 years old Camavinga as first choice and Saul as second choice. Confirmed by other tier one reporters as well. Not of those guys are CDMs and I doubt they can thrive as one. None of them might even be able to bench either of Fred or Mctominay.

When Mourinho finished 2nd, he was given Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant the following summer and the expectation in the following season was a PL title.

Ole finished 2nd, he’s been given a world class defender(Varane), the best goal scorer on the planet(Ronaldo), one of the best wingers in the world(Sancho) and yet Olesexuals are still in doubt if he has a good enough squad to win the title.

Put Tuchel, Mourinho, Pep or even Moyes in Ole’s shoes and the expectation from the media would be PL + UCL final(at least). Pep won 17/18 PL without an elite left back. Pep had to figure out a way to win by playing Fabian Delph(midfielder) as LB and he got them to the title.

Ole has to figure out a way too. There’s no complete team anywhere in the world. Every team can always be improved. Pep won the title again last season without an elite striker. He missed out on Kane this season and the bookies still have him as the title favorites. Ole should do the same and the expectation should be a PL title.

No more excuses.

Ole has been signing everyone bar who he wants for years - that’s actually his modus operandi.

Why did he buy James when he couldn’t get Sancho? Why did he sign Ighalo and Cavani after Haaland turned him down?

Actually, it was for this reason I thought he would at least sign Saul Niguez on loan in the meanwhile before the money for Rice/Ndidi is ready.

The DM position is a blind spot for Ole and his useless back room staff. You would think Michael Carrick and Darren Fletcher who were brilliant midfielders at the club would see the gaping hole in the midfield but years of rubbing shoulders with Ole has reduced their IQ.
