I can across two ladies who identified themselves with a popular penticoastal church in Nigeria. After series of preaching urging me to accept the white jesus who died for my sake and reject the devil who is responsible for all the evil in this world. i guess you're asking why DIDN'T God, not why CAN'T God. In any case, it's a matter of perspective. Your perspective will determine if you are seeing a 6 or a 9 or a scribble. If God is indeed eternal and spirits don't die in the sense that you assume. You know God didn't say that He'd kill satan, that's another wrong assumption from you.
