Pastor Kun: Stop talking like a heretic, people give money in church based on the understanding that church leaders can be trusted in judiciously using the money in furtherance of the gospel(which includes assisting the poor). People don't expect the church leaders to turn around and use church money for profit making ventures. If we can demand for accountability from our political leaders how much more christian leaders who are expected to be of higher standard. Your hypocritical position is like a govt official telling us it is none of our business what govt does with our Taxes since the money belongs to govt.

goshen360: How are they new? If you get my point though, then treat my point. Let's give people revelation not religion. I can pull many scriptures to tell you it is Old Testament apart from the Hebrews verses used to prove they are Old Testament. You've to dig deep brother,lol. You know you don't get water on the surface. Rivers of living waters don't come to flow by scratching the surface, it flows by opening the source and the "container" being turned up side down.

unphilaz: @image i didnt mean you specifically but generally reading thru the OP's post, it has a fine line of a defeatist mentality to JUST accept suffering. To which i believe is not correct, considering the promises in scriptures. I believe that emphasis should not be on SUFFERING but on the glories that Christ brought via His gift of righteousness and let what ever follow.

I said football is of this world. And football, like it's origin will pass away. The god of this world runs things more in football, not God. That's why football can go and will go against God and godliness if necessary. Football and its participants will cheat, deceive, lie, gamble, bet, fight, hurt, disregard God and His worship without batting an eyelid. People like the nigerian team simply 'monkey'(deceive) atheists and their co-ignorant fellows when they come together and act like they're praying to some God/god. God does not hear the prayer of sinners, except it's something serious.

The ministry is a personal property of Oledepo so what ever is owned by the 'ministry' is owned by Oledepo himself. It is also a filthy lie that the rogue doesn't collect salary as what he collects far exceeds salary. The criminal has unfettered access into the church accounts and he spends it as his personal funds without being questioned by the mo.rons he surrounds himself with. That aside you may wish to findout who the direct beneficiary of 'prophet's offering' which is regularly collected in all branches of winners.
