That defies simple cause and effect.Cause always precedes effect or at least is simultaneous with it .If Israel is the aggressor because of 1967,then what was the basis of the Arab animus prior to that as Davidylan asked?

There is a certain sordid logic to RichyBlack's reasoning when he raised the issue of how many Israelis have died due to rocket attacks.Its as if the fewer deaths on the Israeli side is proof in itself that the Israelis are the aggressors.

In reality,all it tells us is that Israelis have extremely efficient measures for protecting its people from Palestinian aggression. The question of fault cannot be assesed by mere body counts.

Enough of history.The Muslims defence is always that Islam if properly interpreted is peaceful.The reality is that Islam deliberately or not,contains verses which any susceptible mind can easily interprete as supporting violence.This is not the case with most other religions.If you are a victim of Muslim violence,it matters not whether upon a proper learned exegesis,Islam can be seen as peaceful.The reality of violence totally contradicts the empty chants of "Islam is beautiful and peaceful".Islam is thus beautiful and peaceful, only while speaking from the serene and secure confines of the Western world.
