I remember the Muslim group accused Fayemi and Fayose at different times of discriminating against Muslims in appointment in Ekiti, but it was not true because I was following the appointment patterns then, Muslims had slots.

Everyone who has followed Kaduna politics since 1994 will know that unlike even Plateau and Gombe states, Kaduna is made to make deliberate moves in balancing the Muslim/Christian populace in terms of appointment and elections.

While other states like Kwara, Kogi, Delta and Taraba among other states with many tribes try to do their balance based on senatorial zones and tribes, not religion, Kaduna has had to make their balance based on religion.
Sadly El Rufai disrupted the balance in tagging with a Muslim deputy from southern Kaduna living a very bad precedence.

I know as a fact as I've lived in Sabo Tasha that Kaduna has a very very large number of Christians in the entire state, I mean indigenes not people from neighbouring states like Niger, Kebbi or others, but real Kaduna people who are Christians.
Yet they are discriminated against. Why? Not good.

As I said I hate discrimination against any, faith, status, race, religion, tribe, educational level, or financial standing.

I stand for balance.
I stand with Kaduna Christians on this one, and so would others, even Muslims who would stand by the truth irrespective. Remember when you are the one being oppressed you would want others to also stand with you?

My father's father, my father's mother are from different tribes, I mean tribes that don't have one word similar in meaning or pronunciation
My mother's father, my mother's mother are from different tribes and different parts of Nigeria...

Can you beat that? That gives me 4 different names and an English surname to just cover it all up

My siblings also inter married and I am open to inter marriage because it's never about where you come from but who you are.

I know some Ibo people born and raised in Yoruba land and don't reflect their tribe but where they grew up.
I know a number of Hausa/Fulani who were born and bred in Ibo land and speak fluent Ibo and don't know road to the north or anything about the culture.
Finally I know and met many Yorubas who were born and grew up in the north and speak fluent Fulfude and eat and cook Hausa food with no interest in their tribes' food or cultures.

If only we can see past the things that divide us and embrace and celebrate the very things that unite and bind us, then would we have a beautiful country and blissful family units

I can't see UCH or most FMCs

so why have they not been appointing career diplomats and officers all the while instead they've been settling political cronies with the appointments who have not done anything for Nigerians in diaspora. They say Americans don't play with their citizens in any country at all, my question is what about other countries like Germany, Japan, UK, Canada, South Africa, Qatar, Nigeria and the rest do they play with the lives of their citizens in other countries?

OK so I'm just reading this thread cause as a way of honouring my late sister i stayed out of logging in all through yesterday.
Yes yesterday was my sister's memorial, she was shot dead on her way to work.
I don't cry anymore not because I'm over it but my brother said I should channel my emotions and strength to my other siblings alive and other people alive, even her family she left behind!

I've just drawn strength from God that is why.
I've lost so many dear ones of different ages that if I dwell on it I may be a walking wreck.
I even sometimes ask God to help me understand why cause I feel (as a human) many of their deaths were very very preventable, save a few that died from terminal illnesses (even by faith which I believe they could have been victorious over, in my human thinking).
But oh well I give God glory and thanks in everything and I can never question God's goodness, and His perfect will.

Castaway, a very pitiable condition. The Bible says if your heart judges you and God forgives you, is God's forgiveness not greater than you, your heart and your judgement? This is what the prodigal son escaped and Peter, but King Saul, the adulterous woman, Pilat, King Agrippa, Cain and Judas missed it and by themselves cast themselves away

It's the loving nature of God that made man, placed him in a perfect garden, sewed him proper clothing and promised him a prepared way out of his sin in Jesus.
God was angry that man had fallen.
God was angry that the Jews He had taken for His own were stiffnecked and stubborn.
God was angry that Cain killed Abel.
God was angry that the people of Sodom and Gomorrah indulged in homosexuality and even tried to rape His very own angels who He sent to Lot.
God was angry that the people of Egypt maltreated His people.
God was angry that Herod ordered the killing of young boys just to get at Jesus.
God was angry that people killed His prophets and still gave them befitting burials.
God is not happy that even as we have His Word in the Holy Bible translated in English, Yoruba, Hausa, Arabic, Igbo, Urhobo, Ijaw, Bini, Portuguese, Hebrew, Mandarin, Spanish, Latin and all, people still don't want to read, learn, abide and be saved.

God's loving nature is the reason why He sent Jesus Christ.
