From the purported letter, Agom-Eze withdrew on 7th June, and Austin Umahi withdrew on 9th June, so Primaries held same day, how come?

1st pix: The reason APC gave for re-conducting the Primary, it wasn't as a result of withdrawal but they cited security breach.

2nd pix: Members of the Electoral Panel (as attached).

3rd pix: Information of date to INEC with Umahi as sole candidate without informing INEC of withdrawals. If it was a re-run as a result of security breach, how did Umahi now emerge as sole candidate, since he didn't participate in the first one?

Why do people even contest for positions they know they'll never win? More than 95percent of contestants in the APC presidential primary stood no chance.
