hisexcellency34: See how an old man that is suppose to be wise is reasoning foolishly...After correctly stating the consequences of APC misrule "Things are not too good for the country now. The level of unemployment, insecurity, poverty and lack of social amenities is alarming. So, my own advice is that Nigerians must make a wise choice in 2023 by electing the best for the country. Let the best candidate who can save this country win”. He now wants us to vote for APC again! Assuming you've a company that is on the verge of bankruptcy, would you entrust it to an ailing, fragile increasingly senile old man? Vote WISELY.... It is the turn of Nigerians who are contesting for the president through Peter Obi. |

FreeStuffsNG: Although I see your point, protectionism can encourage monopoly, with consumers having to pay more for less quality. A preferable option is higher tariff on these goods. Besides, shouldn't the government lead the way by banning importation of petroleum products? It's hypocrisy to import fuel, diesel, kerosene and then ban clothing. 1 Like |

To start with Tinubi is 87 years old having been born in 1935. I'm sure you would not employ him as a bank manager, lecturer or supervisor in your company if you had one. Besides, his grasp of economics is outdated. He recently said those who are not importers need not bother with the increase in the dollar naira rate because they'll be paid in naira....a statement that reflects macro economic and financial illiteracy. If you add the fact of his drug case in the United States, controversy surrounding his educational qualification to mention a few, you'll agree that it'll be foolish to entrust the destiny of over 200 million Nigerians in his hands.

Righteousness2: The dead do not go straight to heaven or hell, rather they remain in the grave until the day if resurrection. "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation." John 5:28-29 "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:" 1 These 4:16-17 " But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years." Rev 20:4-6 Besides, God who is love does not and will not burn sinners in hellfire for eons of years, without end. The wages of sin is death, not eternal life in hellfire. Don't get me wrong, hellfire will be fire sent from heaven to destroy the wicked and burn them to ashes at the end of time. Sin and sinners will be no more and affliction shall not arise a second time. 1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the Lord of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. 3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts. Malachi 4:1 and 3 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. Rev 20:9. Note: This is the second death. The fire that came down from heaven DEVOURED them. Shalom. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Religion / Re: Is It True That Dead Bodies Wake Up At Night In Mortuary? by Infomaz(m): 6:21pm On Jul 04, 2022 |
God1000: Death is the opposite of life. The dead know nothing, absolutely nothing! For the day they die, their thoughts, plans, dreams etc perish with them and they've no part again in anything that's under the sun. Stories of so-called dead person's appearing are demons masquerading as dead relatives...that's why the Bible calls them familiar Spirit. Oh that the living will look unto the Lord, but alas! They seek for answers among the dead. What an irony! 1 Like |

Politics / "My Encounter With Peter Obi As A Student by Infomaz(m): 8:06pm On Jun 14, 2022 |
Copied. My Encounters with Peter Obi as a Student. It was a hot afternoon, and I was in my classroom ( Lake City Secondary School Nri, Anaocha LGA, Anambra State) Suddenly, the school bell rang (an emergency call). The entire school hurriedly assembled at the assembly ground. Lo and behold, the State Governor was in our school - in flesh and blood - unannounced. He came in a coaster bus with almost half of his commissioners. Teachers started scampering, trying to get the students well dressed and composed to welcome the governor. Being one of the most outspoken junior students, my English teacher, within a few minutes, prepped me on how to respond to the questions the governor might ask. In case he insists on hearing from a junior student. Mr Peter Obi, spoke to us about his plans to transform education in Anambra. He went ahead to ask us what we needed in our school. He insisted that he'll hear from the students first before the teachers. His aides were busy writing down our suggestions while he listened keenly. We asked for a computer lab with actual, functioning computers, pipe-born water, science equipment and the renovation of dilapidating blocks. Afterwards, he inspected some of the classroom blocks that were already dilapidating, our school library and science laboratories - already taken over by weeds. After the inspection, he promised us that the government will provide all we've asked for and he left. Few weeks later, a team of technicians arrived at our school and commenced the borehole drilling. In a matter of days, clean water was already running. They installed the tank and taps at different points within the school compound. The borehole was powered by solar energy. That was my first time seeing solar panels. "MDG GOAL" was boldly written on the water tank. Before the intervention we had no free access to clean water. It's either you drank from the lake behind our school or you bought sachet water from the school canteen. Not many students could afford to buy, so a majority drank from the lake. You can imagine our joy when water began to flow in school. Soon after, renovation work commenced on our science laboratories and library. The renovation was completed in a few months and the lab equipment and computer sets were set up. Few years later, I became the Senior Prefect. One morning, the principal called me out of the class and told me to get ready, that I'll be accompanying him to Onitsha and we'll leave in 15 minutes. I packed my school bag and dropped it with my cousin. When we arrived at Shanahan Hall, Holy Trinity cathedral, Onitsha, we observed that the governor had summoned the principals and Senior Prefects of all the secondary schools in Anambra. To our amazement, he gave out cheques in millions to all the schools. I received a cheque of ₦2m on behalf of my school for the renovation of our hall. What was awe-inspiring was that the governor gave the students his phone number and asked us to call him if we find out that our principals are not using the money given to the school judiciously. That's the man Peter Obi. #GetYourPVC #VotePeterObiforpresident2023 |
