For example, some will truly not owe you salaries but they will be paying 10naira for "one hundred years" and a promise to do you bigger things inthe future.
That's how time will pass and one will remain stagnant or in or position for years upon years despite working hard and dedicated. Tomorrow when any issue arises, like in this case, they will justify the fact that "I have never owe salaries" so that is the staff's business if they did not progress in life...
