I believe that Fulani is the wisest tribe in Africa.

The word INTERCEPT has been used for ages by US Military to describe the use of fighter jets to prevent unauthorized planes/jets from entering the nation's airspace. Such planes are usually escorted out by fighter jets. They will say that they SCRAMBLED two fighter jets to INTERCEPT. Are you angry that they use SCRAMBLE too?
