/ It was her choice to live extravagantly. / |
/ Why pay for ransom when he could have sent holy ghost fire to consume them? Or he didn't believe in his own magic? / |
/ He did his job and was properly remunerated. Being an interpreter for perceived "enemy" forces against the locals has its own occupational hazards. Did his terms of employment include evacuation if and when shit hits the fan? He should enjoy his accumulated salaries in peace. / |
/ Why is it that it is only in Igboland that philanthropy is used as the yardstick for measuring potential good leadership? What have you done for the community? Nobody is asking what the government has done for them. Good leadership and wealth are not interchangeable. Rochas used this format to play Imo people like Ludo. Will these gullible people ever learn? I doubt. I like Dr. Maduka. But his philanthropy in his town is beginning to look like a means to an end. It seems that it is the only hope he has to get into Agu Awka. I guess everyone has to drive to his hometown to see things first before making decisions about the election. / |
/ How can a 27-years old allow one person to drag her to an isolated place and rape her? / |
/ It seems his members have caught up to his lies and he is trying to save face. He didn't disappear because it is impossible. ![]() / |
BKayy:/ How much did you donate? Those rich men have one head like you. It didn't worry you that no doctor can perform the surgery in the whole of Nigeria. / |
/ No big deal. As long as BMC and APC supporters are buying at the same rate too, we are ok. How many BMC members were invited to Yusuf's wedding? ![]() / |
neyoohhh:/ You will understand later in life. / |
/ They have even started delivering doctorate degrees to people's houses and offices. / |
Kriss216:/ Single mothers' market dey move o especially in the cities. They appear more calm and responsible than your average iPhone hugging, ill-mannered gold-diggers that litter the cities. / |
FarahAideed:/ Why are you wasting your time? / |
Enyinne:/ The apology is not really necessary so that he will have stories to tell his grandchildren. / |
twinskenny:/ Tiling is tiling. There is nothing too special about laying tiles. Most of the tools needed are primary. But it seems that class means a lot in Nigeria. Someone was quoted N400 vs N500 per sqm. The difference? They will cool down and "carefully" do the tiling at N500/sqm. Can you imagine? / |
TheSupleemLeada:/ You even have their pictures to salivate over. I bet you follow them bumper to bumper on IG too. ![]() You really want them. / |
/ A sane foreigner who moved to a place like Afghanistan should be prepared to leave at the first sound of gunshot. Denial got some people in this situation. When there was a rumor of Taliban making advances was the right time to abandon ship. This leads to the most important question: What the hell are foreigners doing in Afghanistan in the first place? I guess it is the same level of idiocy we see in Southerners investing heavily and staying put in the North as 2023 draws nigh. / |
TheSupleemLeada:/ LOL. We know you are gay. Check history. Most closet gays talk tough the way you do to confuse people. We will not crucify you if you admit it. Afterall Bobrisky is very much around and safe. Perhaps there is something about Alex that reminds you of you. That's why you are very certain of his sexuality and taking it personally. We know your kind. ![]() / |
TheSupleemLeada:/ Why are you gay people fighting so hard to claim him? Can't you engage in your bedroom love in peace? Some married men are gay or on the down low. You chose who to persecute based on hearsay--bandwagon effect. / |
/ The way a terrorist group is treated emboldens or weakens others. The proliferation of kidnappers and terrorists in the North is because the government of the day pampers them. There is no risk to being a terrorist in Nigeria. When rounded, a mere mea culpa and they will be rehabilitated and reintegrated into the society/military. As it is, it seems idiotic for any struggling Northerner not to pick up arms against Nigeria. / |
/ It is a Nigerian thing. Every successful young lady is labeled ashewo. Every handsome young guy is gay. Everyone loves the conclusion until s/he or loved one becomes so accused. TheSupleemLeada is trying very hard to cover his sexuality (even when it is obvious), but he is quick to accuse Alex of same. Hypocrisy of a typical Nigerian. / |
/ It looks like a relief settlement. There is something about the bride that is unappealing. / |
/ I see MARITAL EXHAUSTION. / |
Preciousgirl:/ Smart lady. You are slowly killing your husband with food that may increase his bad cholesterol (LDL). Once dead, there are many younger and fit guys out in the ocean. / |
EgunMogaji2:/ Did you just say " no transportation issues"? The transportation stories will come from the guys bringing the machine to site--it is inevitable. ![]() / |
michlins:/ Many tools are now Brushless and cordless. You charge the battery when there is light and you can take it to your site without worrying about power supply. Be it drill, angle grinder or cutting tools (saw). Most of my tools are cordless because of the power problem in Nigeria. I prefer Dewalt and Milwaukee. It is doable. There is a huge market for used tools. With the exception of minor wears and tears, they are in good working conditions. / |
/ This is a big lesson to those Nigerians that hope on UN instead of fighting for themselves. By the time UN comes in, it will be months and thousands or millions dead. The only person to protect you is YOU. Keep playing ostrich with herdsmen and Boko Haram. / |
kmcutez:/ ![]() / |
michlins:/ The world is reversed. Oyibo pay premium price for things done manually. We pay premium price for things done by machines. Why? Because our artisans do not pay attention to details. I watched a tutorial on sanding. They narrowed it down to the directions of sanding and effect on the finished products. We lack such details and finesse. Some of you make graduate employees envious with how much you make in a month. But instead of reinvesting the money to perfect your trade, only God knows what they do with the money. I suspect sugarbabes, marrying another wife or outright "dorime" in a nightclub. By the way, the tools are relatively cheap. Not bragging, but with a tool that costs less than N200k, I can paint a house better than most of those claiming to be professional painters in Nigeria. Imagine painting a whole house by one person in about 3 days. / |
slawormiir:/ For every Warri pikin, there are thousands who got it wrong. Instead of love, they are receiving punches. And oga turned out not the way they hoped and expected. / |
/ Take out ethnic sentiments, there is no other reason(s) why some people are supporting the effigy. We are glad Katsina, Zamfara and the whole North have learned the hard way. Elective mistakes go beyond party and ethnic lines. Everyone suffers! / |
/ The Northerners are stockpiling assault rifles and ammo not necessarily for insecurity but in preparation for 2023 while the Southerners remain aloof and still talking about gun permits. Some things cannot be wished away. They will overrun the South in the nearest future. Don’t for a second think that if they defeat the bandits, they will throw away those guns. / |
obioraval:/ A crappy place like Nigeria needs an Engineer as a governor surrounded by good legal and financial advisers. By Engineer, I don't mean anyone with an Engineering degree but a passionate engineer. We are too underdeveloped for suit-wearing administrators. A credible chartered accountant is another good option. All these lawyers, economists, political scientists, etc are just talking heads who will end up wasting everyone's time. Nigeria is operating a voodoo economy. Most of the economic indices are cooked as the spirit lead. The job of a Governor in Nigeria is oversimplified. Two sources of income--taxations and federal allocations. Expenses--salaries/pensions and infrastructures. The rest of the time is used in attending public functions, receiving visitors and figuring out ways to loot the treasury. Anything else beyond these are highly discretionary. / |
