Dear Nairalanders, there is something that I don't really understand about life or let me say religion. I know some people may see it as luck or destiny. But if we call it destiny, then every Christian or all child of God suspose to be prosper and leave a better life than Dangote.

But when I check those guys we call pastors and Alfa in School (University) they don't play with Church Fellowship or Mosque prayers, they get the best results, as in when it come to Education, they are very sound but most of this people end up teaching in one local private school or the other. While those Stubborn guys, that go to Club and party every night, many of them manage to get Third class but they end up in better companies, some are abroad while some are in government.

Also, those ladies that doesn't allow man to touch thier hand not to talk of hugs, infact majority of them are still virgin base on thier looks and behavior ( Not all). They always reserve thier body for thier future husband Many of those ladies too are on the street looking for husband up till now and looking old now. Even those that marry among them are still looking for the friut of the womb. But those strippers, Club girls, they hardly attend attend class and many of them even graduated with poor result get the best husband, have beautiful kids and better job.

Now my question is, why those who lived a wayward life in school get better opportunities than Church goer or those Alfa?

Prior to that, the total collapse of the road led to the stagnation of economic activities along that axis, but after the road was fixed and reopened, economic activities boomed back because of easy movement of goods between markets.

Is there another Owerri-Okigwe road that was completed in 2019? I posted a lamentation in Novemberr 2020 after passing through that road which is arguably the worst road in the world. It will be an insult to roads to even call it a road between Owerri-Okigwe. Below was my assessment then in another thread here:

I have an issue that has been on my mind for weeks now. My fiancé and I have been dating for over three years. I love him and he loves me too. We are physically attracted to each other. We’re both catholic but since I graduated, during my service year I gave my life to Christ, got saved and left the Catholic Church. So I’ve been a Pentecostal Christian since then. He on the other hand is still catholic. I subtly try to nudge him to consider getting saved, i.e acknowledging Christ as lord and savior and becoming born again but he is content with his laidback Christian life.

Earlier this year, he asked to meet my parents and I let him. My parents like him especially because my younger sis is married and they have been waiting for me too. They’re glad I’ve someone. However, after the introduction,I regret it. I’m now certain that he’s not the one. I think about my spiritual life and how lukewarm he is about the things of God, I think about kids and how we’ll raise the, with such differing views about God and I’m discouraged. I feel like I’m settling because he checks all the boxes on the checklist of physical attributes. Another mistake I made is, I didn’t pray about this decision and that worries me because anything that involves him,I just act with pausing to ask God, but I always ask God about other aspects of my life. So it’s like my associating with him is a minus for my spiritual life and that’s a huge cause for concern.

At this point, I want to tell my parents I am not convinced it’s him but I’m afraid of the disappointment this will cause. *sigh* I’ll appreciate your thoughts, comments, criticisms...

Has it occurred to you that you may be the one with the problem? Religion and spirituality are two different things. Most overtly religious ladies are indecisive and no man's asset is safe with them. An unscrupulous pastor can easily hoodwink such feebleminded lady to leave her marriage, donate their asset to the church or spend a significant amount of time at the church. The only effort that such pastor needs to make is to say that the Holy Spirit said after supposedly embarking on "fasting and praying". If you want to rely on prayers to pick a partner, you are one step closer to a life of misery. Be human for a minute and use your brain. Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari is one of such people who do not fail to showcase their personal passion. The leader seems to have interest in children. Being a prominent personality in the country, he is considered as a father to all. He is expected to see all the little ones as his own. Commendably, the president has not failed to live up to expectation. Buhari's participation in children activities such as children day celebration indicates the he is very much engaged with the kids.

The time head of state also doubles as grandfather. Aside that, he has also served for long years in the army were he became a military leader by interrupting the civilian rule of Alhaji Shehu Shagari. He was once a petroleum minister.

The retired general became a Democratic President in 2015 when he won the general election defeating his major opponent Good luck Jonathan. Buhari was later re elected in 2019 for a second term. The President has so since then,continued to discharge his constitutional duties in line with fulfilling his mandate.

The commander in chief is married to Mrs Aisha and they have children and grandchildren. Though an octogenarian, Muhammadu still knows how to get along with kids. He has been captured severally in a jovial manner with children.

So what exactly is the problem? Crypto is not backed by anything. Once you understand the principle of pump and dump, then you go with the flow. It moves the market and the greedy ones get slaughtered. It is not only in crypto. Take a look at what is happening or happened in AMC, GNUS, GME, NKLA. Whose fault is it?

How did most people get into crypto? They heard about it through the grapevine, dived in and hoped for the best. It turned into a gambling paradise. Those who understand equity markets will be ok.

Dear doctors in the house, I'm a third year medical student in a nigerian university, I got an offer to study medicine in eastern Europe, will it be wise to accept to offer and start over again or should I complete my studies here.
My major reason for accepting the offer is the fact that I'm scared that I wont be able to practice (or it would be very difficult) to practice in the country of my choice, because I heard nigerian certificates arent held with high regards compared to others from European countries

Finish your medical degree in Nigeria...then move.
Once you graduate, Eastern Europe will not be your only option. Your degree from Nigeria is as good as or even better than a degree from those countries if you plan to migrate to Canada, UK or US considering that you will definitely not be taught in English.

If anything happens, at least you have your degree to fall back on. Having many options in life is the way to go.

People do not understand the huge difference between life in Eastern and Western Europe. All they see is Europe!
