You think she frustrated you, let me give you a short story, and you tell me what you would have done in that situation:
Last year my girl was suspecting another girl with me. Quite frankly i know the girl in question liked me to a fault, but i never entertained any reason to date her. One night, i was even having fever and insomnia, i had to take sleeping drugs to enable me have a good rest in preparation for the work week. My girl picked up my phone and seat the girl a very romantic text msg in this form "hi Swthrt, i feel like making love to you this night. Been longing to rili feel you deeply" (abeg if u never pass 18 no read o ); and the lady replied "I can imagine you handling my b**bs and getting deep, ". You can imagine the rest of it. Anyway, my girl was so infuriated that she woke me up with a hard slap on the back, accusing me of infidelity, PART 1. (To be continued)

O mo! the sleep clear one time!! i saw starts mehn!!! that kind of slap that is given to armed-robbers. I didnt touch her; i just went back to the bed, coz i was feeling rili dizzy. As if that was not enough, she went to wear i hung my Suits (as a Banker), packed it all, opened the door and soaked them inside a dirty bowl of water. i ran after her and quickly removed them from her hand so they don't get entirely soaked. I was drained that night, i swear! i still cautioned myself from reacting.

Guess what she did again, she took that SIM card and chewed it ( not so bad for an angry lady though), went to some of my Trousers on the hanger, pciked a new blade, and tored them neatly. about 7 of it. She smashed my DVD player and Play Station 3 game on the floor.   i still didnt touch her. i quickly grabbed her and asked if she was hypnotised or in a trance or something. She pushed me away. When i later checked the time, it was already 4am in the morning. i couldn't sleep anymore. I went to have my bath, picked one of the damped suits and left her while she was already realising her "madness". I was all messed up in the office throughout that day,

Till today, she and a lot of friends have been begging me to forgive her. All i do is just smile and continue my daily activities of a better tomorrow. I really loved her, but she has abused that feeling. It does not mean i should kill her. Your greatest judge is your conscience.

So, Nairaland dudes, what would you have done in this situation is it the financial "set back" on things she destroyed no matter how small it is, PATIENCE and WISDOM bro. that is the name of the game, if u need to "survive" Hasta lavista!!!

The story is very faulty the way you relayed it.  You claim she hit you multiple times.  Didn't you also say you were groggy from drugs and seeing stars? 

So she first "tapped" you on the back.  Big deal.  When you didn't wake up, she lightly slapped you on the cheek - similar to the way we're told to do when someone appears unconscious.  Then the second "slap" to the cheek was probably because you appeared to be in shock - that's another thing you;re supposed to do to calm down agitated people.  All she wanted was to help you talk it out, warn you about this harlot that might try to ruin your career, huh?  So your clothes got wet?  She didn't want you going to work all drugged up; she'd rather you called in sick.  Don't you know when someone is looking out for your a$$?! 

The only wrong thing she did was the cutting of the trousers.  I imagine she always meant to do some alterations to them since you're been wasting away from your illness.  Your rash behaviour prevented her from sewing them back up.  Lookit!  Do you understand now?  From the bottom of my heart, I am begging you to call this chick now.  I hope she forgives your dumba$$.

Please, let us not try to find fault with the medical team. When a soul bears too much pain, it desires to leave the body that gives it so much pain. I am sure they tried their best and Perx tried hers too. Let us accept that she lived a good life, gave all she had and went to the great beyond when God decided. I beg you not to play the blame-game.

 You're a terrific guy.  But, I disagree with the above.  If you've ever been in hospital, recovering from surgery (in Nigeria or abroad!), you know how easily a doctor/nurse's negligence can put your life in danger.  I am not saying anyone did anything wrong, but it is worth a review. People have to be held accountable for their action towards others in their care.    I'll leave it at that for now, since people are still giving their regards to sister Perx.

BTW, there was a picture posted of the hospital room where Perx's arm was visible and I was taken aback by red marks (her veins?) up and down it.  I wanted to ask about that condition but decided not to spotlight it.  I guess we should have known just how bad things were then.

I haven't stopped crying since my last post.  Poor Perx.  She was so brave.  The first time I read about her situation , that other thread, I read it but didn't know what to make of it.  That woman put up with doubt, mockery and even downright verbal abuse, but she kept her head up.  Oh, I am sorry, perx.  Wish things had been different.  Why did she fall into a coma?  We would like to know, when the time is right.  Rest in peace, Princess.

But when the oppressed fights back, you get nonsense reports about religious wars.  War is war.  Because one side happens to be of a different religion doesn't make it a religious one.  Tell your lords, the mighty USA and NATO, to stop invading other countries and they won't have to worry about their Desecrating armies getting shot.
