Stop being emotional.

The police did.
Provide the court acquitting the man.

For your education. In criminal cases, you don't go to different courts on the main charges.
It is one level after another if either party is not satisfied just like election tribunals.

This is why we don't grow as a country. You want to continue encouraging kidnappers while at the same time want them

free money and control over their victims.

Until the security agencies are able to handle the worsening Insecurity in Nigeria, government at all levels must continue to pay ransom to secure the release of innocent victims.
