Aswear! He must think those transistor radios they carry are just fashion accessories and that they don't listen to BBC Hausa with it.

Anybody that has been to the north and lived among them will know those Northerners are very conscious politically. While some of us here don't even know who is our LGA chairman or Vice chairman, the average Northerner is always interested in determining who becomes his leader.
That's why I was not even worried BAT didn't show up. Anything to deplete their chances is a welcome development.

When it comes to this issue of no man's land talk, it's a complicated one.

For instance, when we talk of real lagosians, by that I mean, people who have ancestors for like 5 generations there not every single sub-yoruba group, you realize that they are less than 5 percent of the entire population.

Now from a wider perspective, the past 6 governors and administrators of Lagos, none is a real lagosian in the essence of that word, from jakande to buba marwa, to tinubu, sanwo olu and ambode. Ambode is from Ogun, Tinubu from osun, fashola, ogun etc. For some, I mean their parents.

Now the ultimate question is this,

Does a first generation Yoruba lagosian have any more right than a first generation urhobo lagosian?

In short, does someone who was born in Lagos but whose parents is from ekiti have any more right than someone born in Lagos whose parents are from delta state? Answer please.
I am from Anambra, but I would be treated as a heir in Enugu compared to a guy from Osun, despite the fact that both of us are not from Enugu.

So why should it be different when it comes to Lagos? This your logic doesn't fly at all.

Now, you yourself have just proved that Lagos is not no man's land. So why are you explaining it?

There is no ultimate question to anything. If Lagosians won't come forward to claim Lagos, it belongs to the SW people (The Yorubas)

The act that you won't allow in your place, you apply it in another man's court

OH any insult for dayo or any apc supporter here is not regretted.
Have you seen the state of this country in the last 7yrs?

You think I should be kind to supporters of a party that ahs made life hell in this country.

Mention one thing that would make me be kind to supporters of a party and candidate that has ensured every single thing has gone up in price...

I will show you respect coz you have a view point I identify with.

The electoral choices we make cost the lives of people in Nigeria. That some of us are lucky to have jobs or hustles or family wealth to shield us from this reality doesn't mean we should trivialise it.
If you do.. Good for you. I don't okay? grin
My brother, I don't like to dance round circles.

I quoted you because you said Lagos is a no man's land

What has that got to do with Apc and Buhari?

Lagos existed before any of us in the country was born. It is insulting to call it that. People own here. It is very disrespectful.

Nothing concerns me with how you want to drag Buhari, Tinubu or APC. But don't start tribal insults to make your point

When it turns to something else, it will become Igbo vs Yoruba, meanwhile you're not Igbo

When he begins to drag Igbos, you'll go to one corner and sit down, while here turns to something else.

State your tribe when you want to start e-fights. It would give a lot of clarity and save us throwing hurtful words at innocent people

That said, that is a very insulting thing to say.

You can actually argue anything with him without insults.

It's statements like this that makes here go tribal, and when they drag your tribe (I'm guessing you're Igbo), you'll make it look like you were a Saint.

I'm not in any position to tell you what to type, but there should be some sort of sanity when here is compared to Politics section or even Facebook.

He falls into the category of those Larride will call bastards if he was Yoruba. I'm just surprised he looks like Solomon lately.

Ahh. Human being e kala oh undecided

If he started in his state it's still you that will call him tribalist, ethnic candidate yenyenyen.

Anyone that knows Anambra will easily tell you of all the governors that have been in charge since 1999. Obi was by far the best at tackling insecurity.
Despite having to fight for his mandate that Ngige and Andy Uba stole from him. He even got impeached and illegally toppled from his post again and still was able to hold Anambra in one piece. If you sabi East you will know Anambra is the roughest state of them all. Enter Anambra you will know Lagos Agbero dey learn work.

Say what you want about him but that man is a fighter. He did his bit securing that town. Why you're tying him to responsibility he has left for almost 9 years is amusing.

Chima obviously have issues with PDP.

Looking at that thread again, what is the chances that even if Atiku wins, Igbos will get PDP ticket when hes done in say 8yrs?

Theres also no guarantee that even if APC wins next year that when the ticket rotate back to the South 16yrs later it will be zoned to the SE.

Either way, no guarantees.
If Atiku wins, after 8 years the ticket would be zoned to the South. There's a probability it will get to the SE

If Tinubu wins, after 8 years, it will go to the North.

If Tinubu loses, after 8 years, the North in APC would say its their turn

The PDP is definitely a shorter route for any Southern region that wants to rule now (asides the SW)

Because the PDP can't be trusted to do the right thing. If Atiku loses again and he will, he will be back in 2027.

I can't put it as succinctly as he does. You can read it from the man himself. I have highlighted it in blue.
Well, he's in PDP

Why isn't he advocating for PDP since its just 8 years, and yes the PDP has deeper roots that APC in the SE?

Why are we seeing Tinubu this and Tinubu that lately from him?

Someone that is fighting for his selfish interests and its very visible to the blind.

If he means well for his region, he should stand with Atiku like Ikedioha, and Ugwuanyi are doing.

Everybody knows Tinubu paid his dues, or is that a point for argument?
