TheRareGem1: This will definitely enable the offices to get back up. As selfish as it may sound, there is wisdom and future benefit in the VP led team. It is better to sacrifice two years now than be having struggling offices and suffering corp members by using them and not paying them. Two years is enough for offices to get back up due to challenge poised by the pandamic. And if it is too long, I think FG should review. Well done job osinbajo and team. Astute recommendation.
You did not understand what he said
They are not suspending the posting of corp members. They are only suspending the orientation exercises in camps
That means they will be orientated online, posted to their PPAs and issued their certificates online.
No more gatherings again for the next 24 months, and that will save cost for the FG
Instead of them going to camps, let them just be posted to their places of primary assignment

.“In similar context, consideration will be given to suspending the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Orientation Camp Exercises for at least 24 months while allowing deployment to places of primary assignment.
Felicity0001: Mennn... I did a trip from Oyingbo to Abeakuta today.
Trip was pre-arranged and took place today. After getting home yesterday night from Sunday hustle I quickly washed my car around 11pm since I would be waking up early with the hope of being prompt.
My last trip yeatersay was from Igbo Elerin Junction, Ojo to Charity bus stop, Oshodi. I made trip offline (3k). Immidiately I left my reserved indicator popped up I use mind drive from there to PETEOCAM at Igandu, bought fuel 3k @123#(tha cash rider gave me as it was the only cash at hand). Did another off trip to shagari estate, Ipaja b4 going home.
Woke up around 4am, set destination on bolt to lekki around past 5am me n phone look ourselves till past 6:45am no show, I come set to Yaba notin. na so I enter road. I later got one to Jibowu which ended 2k with heavy traffic.
pope191: If I say make I talk, tears and catarrh will drop, so I'll not say a tin. I can understand sha, everywhere is dry, the city feels like a ghost town with free roads.
I think the post covid-19 effects is still biting hard on Businesses
Funnily enough, danfo drivers are the ones cashing out now
Lush100: [s]Sir, There is nothing irritating about a prospective buyer making his candid opinion about certain aspects of a business.
My statement made about trust, was taking ur business level to about 95% guaranty of a good deal if a prospective buyer who has no pre-knowledge about car, does put his trust entirely to your decision. It makes you a household name for reliability and that's the angle I am which I am writing from.
I am glad you mentioned you've have had a lot of good deals, Good products will speak for themselves, and it will show.
While it is true that you may not be able to serve everyone, Your approach matters.
I am sure I have always been civil in my post here or in any other thread,
LilMissFavvy: [s]The funny thing is that 95percent of the wife's complaints are valid, yet she is crucified.
You live in a small sized accommodation due to poverty, yet still bring in your mother/relatives into same house. Yet it's a crime she's disallows sex so that relatives do not hear her. Oga, a sensible wife wouldn't want relatives to hear her when she's with you.
No good ventilation, no fan, is she to be blamed? Or she should suffer under a stuffy atmosphere in the name of sex.
Tells you to go get a bath and perfume your body. Aren't you supposed to bath, brush, at least most nights in readiness to meet your wife? Was personal hygiene meant for the females alone?
She complains that she's tired. Why wouldn't she feel tired when you have dumped all chores on her, especially after she comes home from work, and still attends to the kids.
She is afraid of pregnancy. Oga use condom, or practice withdrawal method the way a young energetic husband should.
She is menstruating...... Isn't that natural?
As for the religion angle, aren't you the one that married her into your church?
InfinityEstates: I'm not sure Bolt breaks it down even to riders. I just know on Bolt, Lagos is divided into 'zones', e.g Ajah, Lekki 1, Lekki 2, Ikoyi, Lagos Island e.t.c.
If you are taking a trip within a zone it should be between N500 - N700. But from one zone to the other, a N500+ charge is made on the ride.
I no know sha o, just rough analysis on estimates on rides...
donfortune48: 60/10 ..... Distance/time. 200 base charge.
Ibime: Left to me, I'll apply common sense and let the man walk, but arresting the man is within the law cos he drove there drunk. You cannot write laws and waive them. The officer could get in trouble if he does not arrest that man cos he has broken the law and the incident has been called in. What will he say to his supervisor? Yes, the man was DUI but I didn't arrest him? He could get pulled up in front of HR for that.
I've said it - 80% of Americas problem is due to 2nd Amendment rights. Had this happened in the UK, UK police would have to find a way to subdue the guy without reaching for gun. On the other hand, grabbing Police Officers taser in Yankee will get you shot every time.
See how a pleasant conversation degenerated into death at the first sign of conflict due to the presence of guns.
if you come here to type black lives matter because of what's happening in america but ignore the fact that bandits are killing dozens in the north then you are a FOOL and a HYPOCRITE.
Because someone types "Black lives matter" does not make then a hypocrite and a fool
That's what this thread is about. It's a thread about an ongoing chaos in America, and not Kaduna or Sokoto
At least 34 fire trucks and 138 rescuers have been deployed to the site, according to Xinhua. Another 62 fire trucks and 316 rescuers were deployed from other regions.
96 fire trucks deployed for this?
