@ Ruudie,

I got a question for ya . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Why would Ian Wright(Arsenal LEGEND) predict Arsenal will come 4th this season?
His prediction came after watching the gunners on Sunday.
Is this a reverse psychology or he is simply stating the obvious?

@Mukina,

Man Utd players have many ugly players? Hleb and Diaby had to be the finest players i have ever seen.
Who owns Sagna? Sagna had to be the ugliest premiership player ever.
His lips can stop a bullet at close range and that nigga reminds me of a wild boar.
Which Arsenal player looks better than Anderson?

@ Mukina,

I can't believe you're cheering Razorr's sillyness.
Bes' believe it, Ugly as Tevez may look, Razorr will open her legs for him to bonk.
Tevez is even okay, Razorr will shag Taribo West if the price is erm, erhm, right.
Razorr is 2-faced and it beats my imagination how you r able to form an alliance with her.

@ A-40,

It has been confirmed, Ferguson is SHAGGING Saha's mum.
A lotta heads believe SAHA is good but he's not in ma list of good strikers.
That was why i questioned Ferguson selling young Rossi, Saha should have been sold instead.
He is so injury-prone and it makes u wonder if he is not plying a wrong trade.
Saha would be better off playing badmington or squash rather than football.
Expect Wazza to be back in 6 weeks though.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Jackal(m): 11:02am On Aug 14, 2007
@ A-40,

No Wazza for 2 months . . . . . He wld be back in 4-6 weeks . . . . . . .Its sad but its not the end of the world.
Apache will deputise for Wazza and who knows, he could be a better replacement.
Saha has been doing full training for 2 weeks now and should play a part on Sunday against Man City.
This time last season, United was without Rooney and Scholes for 3 straight matches and United coped very well.
Carlitos is ready and he said he doesnt feel any pressure playing football.
Tevil is ready to blow up like NITRO and i am backing him to make an immediate impact on Wednesday.

Metatarsal injury took him less than 7 weeks in April 2006.
Hair line fracture on his foot is nothing major or devastating as metatarsal.
Reports say Rooney may be out UP TO 2 months, its not definite it will be 2 months.
Wazza is young and young players dont stay out injured for long as compared to older players.
I am confident Wazza will be back to feature in the showdown against Chelsea on 22nd of Sep.

@ 9ja4eva,

To be honest, I think Chelsea will beat Reading like 5-0.
U shouldn't expect Reading to pull off that defensive brilliance again within few days.
I am so sure Reading players would be knackered by now as the United game must have taken its toll on 'em.
No team can play the way Reading played every matchday. Its a huge ask.
U heard what Hanemann said . . . . . .He said i think i must have lost 2 stones in weight after the game.

Meanwhile, remember when Man Utd stopped Arsenal's unbeaten run . . . . . .They went to Pompey and lost by 2-0.
The Gunners game took the fire out of the United team and they were too ordinary to outwit Portsmouth.
Liverpool also pulled out a stellar performance to defeat the Gunners(04/05 season) with Alonso/Mellor goals.
The Scousers performance on the night is the best i have seen of Liverpool BUT they went on to pick just 3 points in the next 4 premiership matches.
Rafa Benitez concluded it was the fatigue they suffered while trying to outfox Arsenal.

So, I think Chelsea should ride over Reading FC but Liverpool's game on sunday is where Chelsea will drop points. . . . . .
United also have a tricky game against new-improved Eriksson's team and United must WIN.
Frankly speaking, everyone must start picking maximum points ASAP.
It might just go down the wire this season but i still know Chelsea + Man Utd have an edge over the other teams.
Strength in depth is what will kill the smaller teams in the long run.

UP UNITED.

@ Abium,

Did u say there's a chance to fight back?
C'mon . . . . . . . . U must value Man United so low to say we have a chance.
Man United will roar back with style.
Tevez, Owen, Nani and Anderson will all feature against Pompey.
I dont really see why we won't get back to the pole position if we WIN the next 2 games.
Liverpool cross swords with Chelsea on Sunday. The 2 teams cant cop 3 points each from the game.
There's a possibility they cancel each other out . . . . . . .Chelsea lost 2-0 the last time they visited Anfield.

Arsenal/Liverpool would be in Europe during the mid-week and will play catch-up by the time they come back.
One match in hand will condemn em below Man Utd on the table until both teams play it and WIN it.
It is imperative Ferguson rallies his boys to win the next 2 games . . . anything short of that is CATASTROPHIC.
Wazza should be back btw 4-6 weeks and i think he would make Man Utd V Chelsea game on Sep. 22nd
2 points aint a big deal in the 1st game but United must start winning ASAP.
Titles are not WON in August but they can be LOST. wink wink wink wink wink

UP UNITED.

DSTV has no GRADE A rights to the Premiership again in Nigeria.
They have been downgraded to Grade B rights so they can only show just 2 matches in a week.
HITV has the Grade A rights now and i heard they are entitled to show 6-8 matches every week.
I dunno how shit works in Nigeria but that was what i heard from me niggaz in Lagos.
Everyone is jumping boat now so get HITV before its too late.

@ Doyin13,

Rooney might not make Argentina's national team.
It depends where he plies his trade . . . . . .If Rooney was playing in Argentina with a shitty club, he might not be noticed.
Are u trying to say there are no good players better than Wazza? There are hundreds.
Tevez is unknown until now because playing for Corinthians aint the next best thing.
Now that he plays for Man Utd . . . . . . .Fit or unfit, he would make the squad.

Do u care to know how many players represented the Premiership at the last world cup?
Would SAHA have made the French team if he was in a Swedish league?
Premiership players are regarded as important players when it comes to National call-ups.
Dont be surprised players like Evra, Anderson and all other youngsters would soon be representing their countries.
The English Prem wields more power these days u cannot just ignore it.

@ LOYIKA,
You can rant all u want.
The United team i saw on Sunday is the team to beat.
Arsenal only managed to win thanx to a Referee lending y'all a helping hand in Van Persie's penalty.

Damn, a goalless draw is being talked about like Man Utd lost.
I cant believe United is so feared rivals are celebrating our 0-0 score-line.
Man United's standard def'ly speaks for itself. We r so rated people expet us to WIN all tha time.
Thats good news.

Lets see how others fare by this time next week.
Chelsea and Liverpool lock horns on sunday. A team must drop points(Guaranteed)
Arsenal also faces Blackburn away after coming back jet-lagged from Prague.

Shit does happen.
Wazza got lynched. United didn't take their chances.
Could have been a different match if Wazza had played the entire 90 mins.
No credible striker on the bench . . . . . . . . . John O'Shea had to be drafted as a make-shift out and out STRIKER.
It has no bearing for now as there r still 37 games to go.
Lets hope Fergie has a more quality personnel on the bench on Wednesday.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: Manchester United Fan thread: Forever Reds by Jackal(m): 2:54pm On Aug 13, 2007
@ Ruudie,

Its a lovely opportunity for Tevez to prove to em knuckle-heads that he can cut it at the big stage.
Rooney's injury is a loss but not catastrophic . . . . . . . Anderson can play upfront.
Ole and Saha are there to help from the bench if Tevil gets subdued by Toure/Carvalho/Carragher.

Ferguson should play everyone in their posiitons.
O'Shea should go back to RB
Vidic/Ferdinand as CB
Evra as LB.
Ronaldo on the right, Giggs/Nani on the left.
Scholesy and Carrick as centre midfielders.
Tevez and Anderson as strikers.

@ Razorr,

First all, on the people masking as United fans on 606 are not Man Utd fans.
Sack Ferguson because he played 0-0 with Reading?
Try sack Mourinho for splashing £30m on Sheva who couldn't score 6 goals in the Premier league.  tongue tongue tongue tongue
Ferguson might be old and grumpy but he is still smarter than Jose, Wenger and Rafa put together.
He won the Premiership with an ordinary team last season. A team the so-called BBC 606 sports fans condemned to failure.
Don't worry, all those rants will change by December when United takes the pole position.

2 points loss aint really a big deal considering what Chelsea have ahead.
A tricky tie at Reading during the mid-week . . . . . . .That was where Cech and Cudiccini lost their heads last season.
Besides, Chelsea face Liverpool next sunday. Guaranteed, points will be dropped either by both teams or one team. tongue tongue tongue
By next sunday, a lot of things would have changed.
There was nuthing Smithy could have done if he had played. He had many chances to prove himself last season but didnt quite cut it.
Loss of Rossi is more pronounced but we got firepower in Tevez and Anderson.
United is still in a strong position.

@ Deboksy,

This plastic geezer must have developed the habit.
What class of DRUGS do u take? Look at u spewing shit all over the thread.
How can playing 0-0 plunge a team into mediocrity?
Arsenal had massive 12 draws in 2003/04 season to win the title in their unbeaten season.
Chelsea copped 8 draws(5 home draws) in Mourinho's 1st season and still won the Prem with a massive 22 points above Arsenal.
I just dont understand what ur wet-dreams is all about concerning Man Utd/Reading match.

Wayne Rooney's loss catastrophic? U must be the king of ninnies.
A certain RVN(30 goals per season) left Man Utd last season and United still scored 83 goals in the Premiership.
Wazza's loss for few weeks will have no serious consequences on the team's balance. We'll just assume he got suspended for 5 matches.
Words coming out from OT says he will be fit before United face Chelski so there's no stress.
Man Utd wld pick points with this squad, make no bones about it and if i were u, i wouldnt worry about that.

What i would worry about is ur state of idiocy.
U are not only lacking in clue but u r apparently unable or unwilling to acquire clue even when handed it on a plate in generous portions.

Arsenal has improved where they fell short last season.
Fucking hell, in other words Arsenal would win the title with 38 games cos Wenger has found the scoring formular.
I have always thunk u were a dunderhead but it has moved a couple of notch towards the critical level called Lunkhead.

Tevez gets crocked, Ole and Saha are very close to starting.
Anderson and Campbell are also there to join the party and that is strength in depth.
One thing u cannot say about the Asses. Van Persie gets crocked and maybe Wenger would wear his shirt. grin grin grin

Jackal frustrated? Nah mate.
I am only doing this to school ur nappy head that a goalless draw is not a bad return from a team that finished 8th last season.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool would all struggle against a disciplined team like Reading FC.
Even Jose couldnt beat em at the Bridge last season so i cant be bovvered.

What bovvers me is ur lack of understanding of the modern game.
Ya football brains have been beclouded by the virus of failure that haunts Arsenal every season.
The best finish for y'all this season is 4th . . . . . . .Maybe 5th if Tottenham can quickly get their acts right.
Nani the most expensive gymnast in the Prem? Only time will tell.

Admit that i am wrong? Try 50 cent is chinese.
I wld have been wrong if United were beaten the way Man City outwitted u guys last season.
On the evidence of what i saw, United are still the best in the land.
Wazza's injury is a loss but it aint catastrophic.
OT will cope without Wazza, we didnt have him at this stage last season when he got slammed 3 matches and United still survived.

The only muppet here is u.
