Joeboy88:This is one of the problems of been handsome. People are quick to judge you to have pride, full of yourself etc and begin to hate you based on this assumption. They don't give you a chance, they deny you oppurtunities, block your way and make sure you don't go far around them. If you hate people based on assumption, the problem is with you. |
gloryhomemaker:It's been two years since i ate oha soup. After seeing this thread, i hope i don't eat it in the dream this night. |
Badboibipo:curves, pointed nose, pink lips, 6packs etc |
Good looking people don't carry their appearance on the head as they go about daily. Good looks don't actually give you confidence like most people think. I have seen some ugly people who are so confidence and others who aren't. Have also seen some good looking people who have a very poor self esteem and others who are confidence. In fact good looking people don't make a fuss about their looks like most people do. I'm summary, confidence has more to do with mental chemistry than physical endowments. |
Youre a gambling addict. This is the reality you need to accept. Thinking suicide is like planning to cut off your head because of headache. You aren't the only one with this struggle and believe me as you're alive, there is hope, you can get help. Feel free to worry about the time, resources and money wasted, you would get over it with time. What you should do right now is to seek for help, I recommend you seek spiritual help. I was an atheist before God helped me out of some stuff, of course I had to vigorously seek and went to churches asking for prayers , I was very broken like you. |
Rapmoney, do not try to explain spiritual things from a natural view point. The spirits the star musicians consult are centuries old and know alot about music than we do. They don't need to hypnotize Nigerians to listen. What happens is that they inspire the musician to create and write goods song, influence the producer and the entire production in order to make the musician successful as bargained. Of course there is a price you have to pay to stay relevant otherwise you go back to becoming an up coming artiste. Iyanya, koredo bello? This is a top secret in the industry, the music executives are in on it, they are mostly the ones who encourage the musicians to soil their hands. |
Aforxzy:wow, you probably got a first class in school. What did you study? |
Style007:wow. So you're a computer science graduate? |
They go about controlling and policing the world, but can't handle their own people. Shame. |
ojiedave:Change to what exactly? |
Ajibade123:The claims made by religion are actually 100% real. Back then, i use to think spirituality was psychological and mental until i had some experiences. Ofcourse people ought to be scientific and rational with their thinking, but religion is very important. |
homerac796:Inovation is not been a copycat. What makes you think people would leave the real Nairaland to a Nairaland clone anyway? |
*Phone rings* Me: hello, who's there? Scammer: Good afternoon, i am mr. john okafor the branch manager of your bank. How are you doing? Me: I'm good. Is there a problem sir?(I refuse to ask him which bank he's calling from) Scammer: Did you recieve a message earlier this month to activate your atm? Me: No sir, Why do you ask? Scammer: I'm sorry to tell you, but your atm has been blocked just now because of that. But we can unblock it for you. Are you with the atm over there? Me: Give me a minute......I'm with it now. Scammer: What's the expiry date on the atm? Me: 02/24 Scammer: There is a reactivation code just above the expiry date. Please read it out slowly so we can unblock it for you. wolesmile:Ofcourse, the world(europeans included) can express whatever opinion they have about the war, voilent or chaos happening in Africa. You are also free to express your own opinion about voilent happening overseas, you can even call them names too. It's a free world. |
seanwilliam:I think it depends on where he lives. Bills and expenses are cheaper in Akwa Ibom than in Lagos city. |
UyaiIncomparabl:500k per month is an average salary in Nigeria? With this bold statement, do we assume you earn ten times that amount? |
carl90:Of course people have a choice to dress to fit an occasion or personality they're going to meet or not. But what is wrong with putting on snickers for a casual or even an important outing? Why do people feel they need to decide what others wear, and if you don't put on what they like, they give you names? |
Creamypie:They deduct N150, sometimes N300 and recently N200 especially when i deposit or withdraw money. Problem is they don't say what you're been charged for. |
Yusufisraelj:Minister of scam |
gboyetade:If she didn't make money from the book, why block his contact? |
Petshopng:Don't you like the idea of having many choices? |
Malory:But why does he keep campaigning knowing fully well he doesn't stand a chance? |
Please try and pay back. You would not understand what it means to loan money to people and how frustrating it is to get them to pay back, unless you run a loan company yourself. Their action is as a result of the fact that most Nigerians are known to be very stubborn, though your case is different. |
vr0xen:You're one of the problems we have in this country. It's shocking that some of you think you have the right to complain about corruption. |
Iamyemmie, It's ok to mess up sometimes and worry about it, with time you'd forget and move on. Having experiences and learning is a crucial part of life. |
pocohantas:you no get work? |
Is this news? Bloggers would occupy the hottest place in hell. |
How long can he keep going without hit songs. He's supposed to be a musician right? |
This happens very often during occasions. Everyone expects you to invite them specially. Be ready to offend as many as possible. |
