I brought this matter to the public to see if a friend can be helped. We served together in akwa ibom but she is yet to get a jọb.

I applied for a driving job but they said I must have my drivers license for me to be accepted. I've recently been taking care of my hair as a man I've been looking towards self-improvement and of course improvement begins with my looks.

My own my hair is the shorts strong Nigerian dry hair so even if it's long it will still appear very short which is what I fixed by treating my hair recently and washing it, right after I washed it that evening I weaved it for it to dry and while I was outside that's when my neighbors wife came, she called me and started preaching about heavenly race and I've sinned for this hair I did and what will people think of dad by me carrying this. All I did was simply assure her that I don't do dreads or weaving and I just did it so the hair and my scalp could get space to dry.

Now the hair is back to normal and it's better because it just looks like afro now very many like it supposed to be, it's doesn't look like a girls hair it just looks like a guy that's been training hair for a long time so it's okay like afro.

Tonight she saw me while she was standing with her friend and they both start telling me about heavenly race and what people will talk about my hair, how I should not allow it to shift me from my destiny.... man's just stood there wondering what has brainwashed this women and how their husbands and children survive this everyday.

How do you presume I go about this because I don't intend on being rude to my elders and my neighbors wife as at that?

best response is just to let her say whatever she wants to say and you shouldnt be hurt by it since you know who she is. and just mind your business. if she invite you to church, go if you are chanced and won't take any time from you. and if she preaches to you, listen and don't be offensive to her. she is just a woman. don't go and barb your hair because of the preaching of one wowan. remember what happened to Samson.

So this is a very strange story which I think about till this day.

It was October 1st 2019 and I am coming to Nigeria with Lufthansa from Manchester and the stopover is Frankfurt. And so we get to Frankfurt and we had to ride this trolley tram bus thingy to our terminal.

That’s where I saw this character. He was sat in front of me clutching a small handbag. That’s all he had On him. His eyes looked cold and dead like someone who has seen everything there is to see in life and he had checked out of humanity. He had like a long Islam goatee. Young guy, maybe early thirties. He sat there and clutched his bag and stared with that dead empty look. He wasn’t being deported. He was on a voluntary journey of his own. I watched him for a little while but then we got to the terminal and alighted and I never saw him again.

I took the flight to naija. Got the cab at the airport and started the journey to the Airbnb I had booked in magodo. It was an evening and up in the sky were stork birds and eagles and the atmosphere was dusty looking as the sun was setting. So as I was in the car on the express about 3 miles away from the airport I saw someone climbing the dividers of the express way and trying to cross over to the other side to the bus stop to catch a bus , I adjusted my eyes very well and guess who it was? It was the strange guy who sat in front of me on the tram-bus in Frankfurt. He had absolutely no luggage with him. He had just the same small bag I saw him with and he was in the same clothes

Till today I always wonder what that guys story is . Did he actually walk out voluntarily on his own out of Frankfurt with a tiny bag and walk into the streets of ojota with nothing but the same bag and dangerously crossing the expressway ? Was he remote controlled into Nigeria ? It’s a very strange episode. I think of that guy to this day

you could have initiated a conversation at the first point of meeting where you saw him? he could have opened up to you on what the issue was. many are going through tough times around the world especially here in Nigeria. You might not have the resources to salvage them out of their situation, but words of encouragement, goes a long way in healing.

if you are still around, i would advice you keep an eye to see if you could meet him again. I remember the strange story of a lady from Edo state who went mentally ill just when she arrived at the airport in Lagos about to depart from Nigeria. its was a strange scene. like some left her house she was ok, healthy. just when she got to the airport, madness just started. all attempts to calm her down proved abortive. even the driver who drove her in was shocked to his bone marrow. There are things beyond human explanations. Only God have answers to them. its the main reasons why you have to protect yourself very well.

8:00 pm Tuesday 1st of August two thousand and twenty-three, I brought out my wooden chair, a bottle of red labels, and my dried vegetable 🍀. Sat and getting high. I love Highness. Everything is high. Fuel, food, and electricity bills even my girlfriend! In this state, my brain works better. His royal highness. Then the plan for the journey started. I am to travel to Okpo(Olamaboro LGA of Kogi state). With this fuel price, travel costs will be high.

All preparation made. Bags packed. Phones charged. And God willing this morning I went to my Altar, and say my prayers 🛐 . Not all prayers demand the closing of eyes. If you know you know. I set out this morning. I won't be driving due to the cost of fuel. Rather opted for a commercial bus to have a clear bird 🐦 eye-view of the road on this 9hrs 46min(534km).

I'm so pained right now that I don't know how to write this story, but i will try as much to be brief and detailed.

It's started few months ago when i needed a car for rental or hire purchase for Uber. I eventually got one on rental, a Toyota Corolla 205.

I was supposed to be remitting 35k which i always did without no excuse. The owner of the car will be the one doing repairs and servicing according to our agreement.

But ever since i started working with this car its either one fault or another with this vehicle, meanwhile these didn't stop me from remitting as promised to the owner.

Whenever i complain of these faults to the owner, they refuse to help me look for aolutions, but because of what i need (money) i always struggle to do these repairs myself cus the owners will keep me waiting while i starve.

By the way, my mechanics have always complained about the bad state of these vehicle, they said the vehicle was badly used by the former driver, so I'm the one suffering it.

Nevertheless, i didn't relent and i kept doing my part, and send his remittance to him. So two months ago, the vehicle refused to move well, i thought it was a small fuel pump issue, so i called my rewire to help me check, they did everything they could but this car refused to accelerate. Then i had to call the owner and explain to him the new problem, till last week they didn't do anything, they kept postponing me, meanwhile i had already started feeling the effect having spent so much without results.

Did diagnostics and realized it was a brainbox problem, even oga gazzuzz helped me confirm it. So since i had no support from owner, i needed to start working as i needed money i had to start sourcing for loans.

Story short, i got loan to get the brainbox, thankfully everything worked out as expected, gen i was advised to service the car also and some few repairs, which i gladly did with the remaining money with me hoping that if i start working i can repay my debts. However, why at it i called the owner of the latest development.
But to my greatest surprise, after these money i spent, time and energy. This people came to pick up the car from me yesterday, he told me his sibling needed the car to hustle. I was supposed to hit the streets today and begin my hustle.

They have emotionally damaged me. They didn't even bother asking me how much i spent total on the car, no refund, nothing.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes, i feel like running away from home, i can't even feed my child due to spending on this car.

People are so heartless😭😭

Please if anyone has a car to give out on rental or hire purchase, i will very much appreciate, and i will be loyal and won't let you down.
