Education / Jamb: Forgot Password And Unable To Login SOLVED by Jackossky(m): 6:11pm On Oct 08, 2020 |
Hi aspirants, this thread is for those that are unable to log into their jamb profile for one reason or the other. Most did forget their jamb password and they are unable to login, maybe you are trying to change institution or course, whatever the objective may be, I am telling you that there is a way to regain your jamb password. I was also in this same quagmire when my lil sis decided to forget her jamb password and lose access to her email address. She couldn't even login to her email and Google... To know her woes then, you can check out this thread https://www.nairaland.com/6118325/jamb-wahala-lost-sim-card To business, if you forgot your password and you have the sim you registered with on you, just use it to send a text to 55019. The text should be in this format Password space (email address) Let me simplify it if you didn't get the logic, assume you forgot your password and your email address is *sola@gmail.com* What you are to do is send a text to 55019 in this format Password sola@gmail.com Voila!! That's the simple code; note that a service fee of #50 will be deducted from your account and also, you can only do it once. That's a sly way of saying you should only do it when it's your last resort of gaining access to your jamb profile. And for those that might want to ask, we were able to retrieve her sim back, that was the saving grace. For the record, I had to waste #300 before I was able to get the format, I was busy using a wrong format and they charged me for every trial. Did I just call you aspirant? I actually wanted to say UNDERGRADUATE/Graduate. I hope you get the gist. I will respond to any questions you might have, Don't be shy, just quote me. Cc Itzzkhaliii |

Some lecturer's countenance when they were admonished to key into farming will be the biggest hole of the century. Well, some junior lecturers are able bodied and can farm well, since they are brilliant, just a few agric insights and they are good to go. The older ones could employ from the ever increasing graduate, our economy fully becomes dependent on agriculture and we will have comparative advantage in production of agricultural products. This will boost local supply, and price of agricultural products will fall, due to the employment viability and work expansion, we will experience economies of scale and we can export and sell our goods in the international market at a cheaper price; more Forex. In layman's term, farming has the potential of increasing the standard of living. |

Education / Re: Share Your First Day In Lecture Hall Experience by Jackossky(m): 3:33pm On Oct 05, 2020 |
I can't remember much but I did remember thism apart. I got into the hall, looking lost and searching for a vacant chair to sit on,fixed myself in one and people were too fixated on the lecturer teaching that they didn't notice this newbie. Good for me, took out a book and was scribbling something at the back as if my life depends on it. Did this for a while and then, I looked up, smiled and scanned my environment. What I scribbled at the back of my book was my name and it's meaning. "The Usurper" Sola. 2 Likes |

Why not teach your younger one or someone you trust? He manages the business for you while you are away though he/ she will take a big chunk, however, when you are done with school, you can focus on it big time. Look at it this way, you got this idea in school, wonder how many ideas are still hidden in school? You have a quantum source to tap knowledge from, don't lose it over small wins. 1 Like |

I pity whomever adhere to this advice. Your best bet is to activate Usain Bolt's mode when you see a dog chasing/barking you from afar. If you can't outrun it, start yelling the owner's name or passerby for immediate help. I won't forget the day I was chased by a dog, fooolish me was staring at the dog's face when I should have sprinted like a mad man. I displayed enough bravery and one could tell from my countenance, only for the dog to keep advancing towards me, at the last minute, all bravery gave way and my leg went numb The rest was history... 10 Likes 1 Share |

Education / Jamb Wahala: Lost My Sim Card And Unable To Access My Mail. Help!!! by Jackossky(m): 12:00pm On Sep 14, 2020 |
Dear nlnders, This has been troubling me for a while and this is for a sis of mine, truth is I was kinda mad at her but it can happen to the best of us. Attempting to do change of course/institution, a sister of mine was required to provide her Google mail and phone number. In simple words, she doesn't have both( Lost her sim card and forgot her mail password) I've tried to recover the password from Google but they keep responding with not having a certified proof that she's the owner. She's gone to the Airtel office for SIM retrieval but according to one of their agent, he said that he is unable to retrieve the SIM as he's been trying to do so countless times, asked if it was a promo sim and my sister replied "Yes" He tied the inability of retrieving the SIM card to that reason(Promo sim) Please, is there anyway she can do change of course or still, what are her options ? Please, staying at home or waiting till next year is out of the option Anyone with probable solution? Ps She has the jamb printout. |
Education / Re: JAMB: How A Lost Sim Has Put My Brother In Jeopardy by Jackossky(m): 11:45am On Sep 14, 2020 |
A sister of mine is in Same dilemma. Hers is even worst as I'm left speechless, she wanted to do this same change of course but already lost her phone, tried doing welcome back and Airtel is saying the SIM is a bonus sim. Therefore, no welcome back for it as we were told by an agent. This is not after she had done affidavit to prove ownership. To her email address, she forgot her password.... No phone number, no access to email. I don't know how she is going to go about it and I've been asking if anyone can proffer a solution. Her best bet is to go to jamb office but it's quite far and onerous given where we stay is at the countryside. Google ain't even helping matters Help |

Wheew! Let's have this sorted out. Back then in school, it's common among students in tertiary institutions to have a roommate; as a matter of fact, some go as far as having multiple roommate or "roomies" as informally enshrined in the student's constitution. However, as observed in most social setting, there's always diverse views which lead to disagreement when human coexist I'm bringing this up for the new entrants and those who have intentions of studying in the higher institution to learn in order not to make same mistake and how to go about it if they are confronted with one So, from your experience, tell us what caused the fight between you and your roommate and how you contained it Let me relay my experience To me, having a roommate is a bittersweet experience, I did have one, I knew him from nowhere, we just buddy up to rent a self con, reason being that I was indecisive and felt a roommate will help cushion me up when I'm down, someone to talk to and you know the rest... I always fantasize about having one then when I was still in secondary school, you know those online nairaland stories(Flow, you dey there?) However, We did have issues, we planned on eating from same pot, unknown to me, I didn't know I will be majorly shouldering the responsibilities of the kitchen... Guy eats from outside and expected me to be forthcoming, was I able to solve it? I was a man of few words and I did tell him to contribute or at least, wash at when due, I hate the sight of unwashed dishes... He changed and then reverted so, I felt really bad and start to think, it's better not to have a roommate. Those cushion I expected could be provided by neighbors, you can talk to them and won't feel bored, God help you if there are females in the hostel, one could be a very good friend and trust, the experience will be fantastic... I know some will beg to disagree My ever able nairalanders; the floor is open for your contribution Let's hear your ordeals 3 Likes |

If you are in Lagos and want to be free from the above excessiveness by barbers, place a call to Femzy Barbing Salon. It's located at Badagry, a trial will definitely convince me you because a trial did convince me. |
