Few decades ago a child was born and he grew up to be one of Jehovah's Witnesses but this child chose to be more active in the preaching and teaching campaign of God's Kingdom like the first century Jewish disciples of Christ so he enrolled as a pioneer (group name given to JWs who are more active in the ministry)
As a child he had an accident that left one of his legs deformed so he grew up with a form of bow leg that's not normal making him walk with difficulty.
He continued serving as a regular pioneer for many years preaching zealously, industriously teaching and making more disciples for the Lord then he had another accident that supposed to condemn his legs completely!

That faithful day he was with the other Witnesses leading as the captain (any brother that will direct the preaching work on a specific date) then suddenly a vehicle lost its control and as the driver was struggling to get it off the road it went straight to where the JWs were standing waiting to pair themselves as we usually does after our house to house field ministry (after the knocking on doors preaching we also return to those that welcome our visits in the past to continue teaching them)

There was a big gutter and a covet beside the road so everyone jumped over to the safer side leaving our brother who can't jump then the speedy vehicle headed straight to him until the car hit our brother and threw him into the empty gutter. Everyone screamed concluding that brother's legs has been condemned only to find him begging them to lift him out of the deep but empty gutter. His bag filled with books and magazines is what he handed over to them first then he was lifted out but instead of our brother's leg to be damaged or condemned as everyone expected both legs became fit as if a surgery happened.
Then he took his bag and said "the gutter was empty and i never sustained any injury, so lets continue" but this time around he walked like a normal human unlike his former condition so everyone was amazed!
That was how they all returned home from there to spread the news.

Well from my own understanding that was a miracle but was the power given to anyone?

JEHOVAH only used His Holy Spirit to heal His child who is ready to do His will!

The title "GOD" connotes "SUPREME BEING" as human being we need a supreme counselor who will direct us to benefit ourselves {Isaiah 48:17-18} it's normal to object to this but then we mustn't think of setting up standards for our fellow human because none of us is supreme.

It's unnatural for any normal human to isolate himself from others that's why you will notice that those claiming atheists can't just walk away despite advocating independent thinking they're still worried over what others believe.
So even though you're not a threat to their life an atheist will always want to argue with you over your beliefs.

See the following verses muslims still use to commit atrocities:

2. Yes, God commanded Israel to exterminate all the cannanites tribes dwelling in Cannan , and the reasons for that was because they were knee-deep in child sacrificing and all sorts of abominations. But before doing that, God had specifically commanded Israel to first make an offering of peace to any cannanite tribe willing to make peace (Deut20:10-11)


Lastly , Jesus never commanded anyone to fight wars on his behalf through crusades, slave trade and conquest. So stop blaming Jesus for badly-behaved Christians

I've never heard anybody describe their experiences as something exclusively happening to their body but not to them unless the person was feeling some sort of detachment. Are you saying feeling a sense of detachment is what everybody feels normally?

BTW I think we have discussed this before, there is no "physical seat of consciousness" its an irrelevant question once you understand that consciousness is an emergent property that is based largely about the brain but is an amalgation of all the body's biological functions.
