Which century was William Tyndale murdered? I am talking about the 3rd Century CE where the church fathers held a conference, to decide and choose which books will make up the Bible (from all the writings which were available then), the same people watchtower calls apostate but don't tell their members that this so-called apostate selected the Bible they read today (when they were supposed apostate) and here you are referring to a different time (almost 1000 years apart) of William Tyndale and others persecuted by the church.

The part that upsets me the most is how they can just come up and solidly claim that other denominations are not Christians when they came into existence in the 1870s.

The Watchtower Society teaches that Jesus Christ was the first created being of Jehovah God . Jehovah God created Jesus as a divine-like spirit at some point in ancient, pre-creation time. "This means that he was created before all the other spirit sons of God, and that he is the only one who was directly created by God" (You Can Live Forever in Paradise on Earth [Live] [Brooklyn: Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York, 1982], p. 58). This doctrine contradicts the creation story in Genesis 1 and several other verse where God says he created all things.

(3) In His preexistence, Jesus was known as "the Word" (John 1:3,10,14) because He was God's spokesman , according to the Watchtower Society.



(4). Jesus' Divinity

For example, the Watchtower Society's Bible, The New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures (NWT), translates John 1:1: "In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god."
The Watchtower Society asserts that since the Greek language has no indefinite articles (a or an), the article can be used where needed in translating; thus they insert "a" before god to emphasize the Word's (Christ's) inferiority to God. This biased rendering cannot be justified grammatically and has been rejected by every reputable Greek scholar.



(5) Another example is the Watchtower Society's interpretation of Revelation 3:14 (NASB), "The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God." The NWT renders the clause, "the beginning of the creation by God," which the Watchtower Society says is proof that Jesus was the first created being. This interpretation errs at two points. First, the word rendered "beginning" is the Greek arche, which can also be translated as "source" (New English Bible); "ruler" (New International Version), or "origin" (Good News Bible), thus confirming the orthodox view of Christ's divinity.
As famed Greek scholar A.T. Robertson commented on this phrase: "Not the first of creatures as the Arians held but the originating source of creation" (Archibald Thomas Robinson, Word Pictures in the New Testament, Grand Rapids: Baker Book House, 1933, p. 321).

Hi Everybody. It's the "morning after"....first of all, thank you to all the beautiful people out there who've said prayers, sent texts and messages, and given me strength and hope during a trying time.

oh!...and I'm still not disfellowshipped!....it just keeps getting weirder........

Last night I walked into an ambush...but if we can all learn anything..it's to not underestimate just how low the #JehovahWitness #elders are being trained to stoop. Should any of these men ever wake up from the witch hunt they are participating in, I will be the first to welcome them into my home and heart with open hearts. #Forgiveness is a powerful force.

I didn't have the energy to talk as we were driving to the kingdom hall and this was the first CD (yes...I still use CDs...lol) I found...and playing that song seemed rather ironic and appropriate...especially today as I think about the lyrics. Please fast forward to the 5:00 mark to skip the song (or go and do the dishes while listening to the song.)

Today I'm just too tired...but I'll probably go back and listen and leave some minute marks that were "interesting" to me. I feel very drained today.

But if I....we get anything from this recording it's this:
The Jehovah's Witness religion is currently banned in Russia (and other lands) and the leadership is protesting this ban with great enthusiasm and vigor under the subheading #religiousfreedom But do Jehovah's witnesses themselves grant the same freedom to others that they demand for themselves. The answer is a big NO. So even if you are an atheist (Shalom to you!) or any other belief system, this recording should be of interest to you because it highlights the hypocrisy of an organization that calls themselves "Christian."

Watchtower is revealing the next level of "beheading"...they are skipping their entire "judicial process" (apparently I don't even have the option of appealing this nonsense...which perhaps is a blessing in disguise...because I'm truly happy about moving forward) and now telling people that "You've disassociated yourself." Ok...so if that is true...why do I need to be #shunned by my family and friends for exercising MY freedom of thought and belief. Why is silencing and shunning JWorg SOP?

Shunning is cruel and unusual. Many Jehovah's Witnesses have committed suicide or medicated with drugs and alcohol and self abuse as a result of being ostracized. Please help me bring awareness to this very cruel practice.
