Devgod: Depression. I would have ended up like you though. Mine is as a result of Failure in life. Like I guide people to a treasure I can't possess. All my friends are balling hard. 90% of them got help from me, in other to attain such. But I can't just help myself. No matter how I try I just can't make it to the top. I start wondering Wether some people are destined to fail!.
But in all these fustrations and depression. I never smoked or drink to get high or forget my sorrows. One thing about me us that I hate anything takes control over my conciousness. I like been in control of the way I act, think and reason. So getting high is a no no for me. Because it distorts my conciousness. Whatever is pushing you to get drunk. Drinking would never take it away from you. Embrace it! And try to rise above it!.
My God! it's like I would've typed the same thing. I could see us getting along I swear
Namdeenero: Bro no vex, we're talking about 2019 AFCON... e be like na 2013 AFCON you watch
Well I don't blame you, you think say football na 100m dash? Go and watch our games again and see how abysmal our linkup play was, especially in the final 3rd. Most especially, take a look at Musa and tell me how many of his final passes connected then we could talk
Bros I sight you o... I no go ever forget my last drilling that year for inside harmattan, shirtless. Dem drill us from beginning to the end of classes, con still give us grass make we cut lol
There's nothing wise about that statement. It's the usual "shoot down a legitimate grouse about an issue by mentioning the existence of something similar". Eg "Depression is claiming more lives daily, then someone dismissively counters: "But mosquitoes are the biggest killers". It's a very common way of avoiding problems. May God save us from people like these who "lie with the truth". The Incessant murdering in this country is abnormal, I wonder why we would be comfortable with being on the cusp of calamity.
babyfaceafrica: Apar t from Samuel, musa is the best man going forward.....you can see how ighalo was marked out and simon cannot beat his man
I'm not saying he isn't a dangerman in ATTACK. His pace is very unsettling to defenders. But ever too often we have to rely on some stroke of luck rather than a result of astute technical play. Haven't you seen teams that look like they're gonna score everytime they attack? That's the difference between them and us, and a player like Musa only compounds the problem.
ernieboy: not true, he always outpaces his marker but his teammates are not as fast so unless he drives into the opponents penalty box there is usually no one to connect with his cross.
Nah I'm not buying that... His link up play is really poor, I wonder why peeps don't see that. Maybe it's because our Nigerian team isn't that technical to be honest. He would've been benched alot in a European team in my opinion.
Quite funny...i've got something to say though... Ahmed Musa isn't a good footballer let's be honest. He his the most technically inept player In that team, his passing is zero, easily readable, only has speed, takes shots in place of crosses etc... Infact I'm tired of listing them, my fingers hurt
joylegacie7: I actually wished it could be summarized for e but one thing in life i hate is this: boyfriend and girlfriend i see it as a childish stuff that leads to immorality and all the sorts
That's why most people fall into trouble commit suicide and the rest just focus on God, your studies come out of school and marry your best friend if it God's will...
That's my advice..i prefer having a bestfriend who i can see as my Elder brother than a boyfriend
While manipulating him into assuming "bf" responsibilities abi?. Mtcheew! You girls ehn
Shimran: Oga, this your exaggeration is too bad, God, The Almighty is con....?? while as we have 9solar planet +the sun, the earth existing for 4.5+ billions year?
That's why it's called an "exaggeration". Lighten Up "Mr. mouthpiece"
Id97: How a intransigent miscreant like Naira marley despite his contemptible misdemeanours has become relevant baffles me and it is an indication of how morally decadent our society has become.Naira Marley and his ilks(it is needless to mention names)embody every Ills that is bedevilling our society. It is pitiable and very worrisome this is the kind of people whom our youths lionize and are ever ready and quick to baulk at any dissident voice that is critical of Naira Marley's malfeasances. I have heard people opine that revolution is the solution to the plethora of problems plaguing this country and I totally subscribe to it.But who will lead the revolution? How do you expect same youths who are see nothing wrong in justifying what is outrightly an anomaly to fault the shenanigans of our politicians? We really have a long way to go in this country.
We just like making a fuss out of irrelevant matters, and that's because of our constant focus on them. I don't know why we can't ignore people like him who clearly thrive on our attention. There are many more salient issues to focus on than this, just too many. There's nothing strange about this, even the most developed countries have controversial people, it's nothing new. We're still in a relatively conservative society where confronting taboos is only at its infancy, so I can understand why things like this could be quite unsettling to many. But let's learn to ignore bullsh*t abeg, there would always be people like him because he represents an inner craving for expression and rebelliouness. We all have a little bit of that in all of us, if we didn't then he won't exist.
Olorunnim: Why the fvck Would you have to commit suicide!! All the good things in life outweighs the bad by a Wide margin, If you have suicidal thoughts Just Talk to someone or listen to music your Favourite music.
I will not condone suicide. But have you ever heard of the phrase "trying to pull yourself by your bootstraps"? well it's impossible to do so. That's how difficult it is for a severely depressed person to cheer himself/herself up. Their needing urgent help can't be unstated. I hope you never understand this by experience. AMEN
Okoyeebo: You know the funny thing, this idiotic father is here fighting for hijab when Nicki Minaj is going to perform in Saudi Arabia to shake bumbum at those going for pilgrimage.
Your Senior Alhajis and Mullahs in Saudi would see Nicki twerk and their deak would stand like Danfo gear. I'm sure some pastors go use that opportunity go Saudi for 'evangelism'. Na Nigerians holy pass. Hypocrites
Dey here dey carry religion for head when Saudi don invite Nicki Minaj to come twerk for them. Oponu.
daddytime: Without a shadow of a doubt there were incoherencies and loops, but let's just attribute that to the time gone and her inability to recall events as it happened.
Sensible and very plausible submission.
Admit what exactly!? Do you know if she's flat-out lying? People are just jumping into conclusions without proper investigation all beacuse it's a controversial rape story. Let them settle this in court jare.
NOC1: he just told you not use him and shine because he is nobody, if you can use Sonyinka to shine how much more of him. now you just showed you will even drag him out of the plane.
Oga bone all those ones. The man was just showing off, by letting everyone know he was traveling abroad and that he paid for another seat. All other thing na format
tactius: First time I saw this woman's music video was sometime in the very early 1990's. Impression i had was of one wild looking woman...who probably smoked heavily, and drank and was very weird. (Funny thoughts of an 11 year old).
I remember when several years later it was announced she had lung cancer...and then she passed on in South Africa. It was mentioned in the obits that she was a non-smoker...
Never judge a book by its cover.
Good to see some of our old stars back in the limelight. I doubt anyone below the age of 35 remembers her now.....
Well I'm below 30 in fact, but I still remember her. But it's strange I didn't know who she was until I saw the bald headed photo. I very much remember when she died.
See their head. Assuming say water carry them na them go say na tragedy... I no know why person no fit even propose for house for this our generation. Mtcheww
derrydinny: it is only on the internet and social media that igbos stand up against the yorubas, in real life, they take them as Gods and try their best to please and worship them. that is why they will rather die at the feet of oyedepo and adeboye than go to lazarus muoka or okotie.
look at how peruzzi and chioma are enslaving themselves to davido and phyno is also a slave to olamide badoo
cursed tribe, only shouting on the internet, ndi keyboard warriors
Your first two lines seemed sensible and promised more. It's a shame the drastic fall into retardation the latter sentences depicted. Smh
nepapole: Thats what u think.... Neymar is a threat to defenders anytime anyday.
Yeah he is when he isn't seeking fouls and rolling like a barrel drum. Let's admit it he was sh*t during the last world cup, coutinho was way better. It's why I'll never compare him to hazard even though he's the more flamboyant player skills-wise , but he just isn't as effective as hazard.
