I'm not talking about malnutrition. There are actual reported cases of either a highly restricted diet or anorexia among African women.

It's highly expected for such anomalies to occur in the wider continent but I'd seriously doubt this cases will be reported in Nigeria.
More often than not, anorexia is a lifestyle rather than a disease and i just fail to see how Nigerians will bring themselves that low so as to being accepted in the wider society.
Remember anorexic patients are prevalent in the modeling industry due to the industry need of the models maintaining a size zero body frame.

I can’t really comment on the chances of you getting a comparable job in naija but I would advice you to consider getting CFA certified so as to stand out a bit from the crowd.
I have a friend at KPMG with over 3yrs experience that earns about 8.5M per annum.
Similar background with you (2:1 from unilag, ICAN certified) but an added advantage of a MSc in Finance/Invest from a very reputable uni.

However, if you do have a change of heart and want to continue living in the UK then you just need to do targeted applications. You might need CFA as well.

U really can't compare UK to the US as they aren't like-for-like

Uk is comparable to about 3 or so states in the US hence the reason why more opportunities will generally be expected

With 10-20 years experience you had still be earning <5k after tax so asking for 2M is a bit far fetched.
