The Akindayomi family this, Akindayomi family that, bla bla bla.
Where was the Akindayomi family:
1. when RCCG was founded?
2. when Adeboye became GO?

Now that someone's hardwork has paid off, some hyenas have surfaced for a share.

Anyway, I siddon de look. Let's see how this plays out.

PoliticsRe: Nigerian Politics & Progress - Which Way Nigerians? by Jenifa1: 9:55pm On Aug 02, 2011
Finally, I just now ordered 3 books from my library from the comfort of my wash room and they will be waiting for me tomorrow at the library. When will Nigerians begin to think of when they will be able to do this in every part of the country? What makes it more interesting is that 2 of the books are totally Nigerian (the Civil War era), books I may have to travel from school (say Uniben) to Lagos to go and BUY!
Plenty Nigerians do not share in the "comfort" of your washroom.
nor have time to read books when they can hardly afford to put food in front of themselves and kids.

to me a lot of conflict is caused by fight over resources. It's a catch-22 because ppl don't have time to develop themselves 'cause they're trying to take care of their basic needs(food, shelter, clothing). but if one doesn't develop himself, it is really hard to secure those essential needs.

I agree with the idea of this thread though. I hope more people read it.
PoliticsRe: I Foresee Igbo Becoming Lagos Gov By Okafor by Jenifa1: 9:27pm On Aug 02, 2011
what's up with all these Igbo threads springing up left, right and center.
there's nothing wrong with an Igbo person becoming gov of Lagos. as long as he or she is VERY EFFICIENT. and will help build lagos bigger and better.  tongue

nakedall:
confusion - same people demanding for BIAFRA, same people demanding to rule Lagos. they have hidden agenda and one of which is to distroy Lagos.
this is what shall not be tolerated. and of course won't happen. lol
HealthRe: Kano State Orders Parents To Immunize Against Polio -- risk Jail by Jenifa1: 5:04am On Aug 02, 2011
na wa o.
these jail threats will only make parents more afraid of it.

yes polio vaccination is great. but sometimes these vaccinations are not 100% for Africa's best interest. things have gone wrong in the past so what makes us sure that things won't go wrong again?
some vaccinations for women and children were being laced with anti-fertility drugs in order for WHO to carry out population control in the third world. That is utterly evil and why are they now surprised that parents don't trust the vaccines?
PoliticsRe: As Fashola Declares Austerity Measures In Lagos by Jenifa1: 11:00pm On Aug 01, 2011
Money doesn't fall from the sky. If u add somewhere, you have to cut somewhere else.
and fashola is trying to cut waste in govt. that is very commendable.

PoliticsRe: We’ll Start Road Construction, Maintenance After Rains – Aregbesola by Jenifa1: 3:08am On Aug 01, 2011
I'm sure he has good intentions. but really this post is funnyhahaha

Beaf:
What a funny guy! Here is a man who cannot even choose a couple of commissioners to serve the masses. He is going to single-handedly build schools and roads before the end of the year. He makes grand and highly deluded speeches; he promised to turn Osun state into the centre of Yoruba culture and tourism before the end of the year, not stopping there, he was going to massively export yams to Lagos by train and bring back the farm implements that would help Osun build its very own replica of Oke-Arin market.

Oke-Arin market? The man is mad. Nigeria's very own Don Quixote.

Its history repeating. embarassed embarassed embarassed
We never learn our lesson, African history is replete with all sorts of megalomaniacs and madmen. This is Jeane Bedel Bokassa of the Central African Republic, a thoroughly ugly fool that in 1976, declared himself the "Head of the House of Bokassa" and "His Imperial Majesty, the Emperor of the "Central African Empire." He took a personal part in the toture and execution of his enemies and his "empire" was modelled after that of Napoleon.
