Agrika:Unless he doesn't have brothers too. |
Yetayo:Ok dear. let's hope to also get called for our own medicals soonest. pls keep us posted on the outcome of your medicals. Best wishes! One luv. Team ABJ |
sammyj:Your questions are irrelevant. The clamor for separation began long before GEJ became President and would have continued even if he had won. No point asking about Nigerdeltans that have benefited from the present flawed Nigerian system because whatever those people got is insignificant compared to what the north-who are the major beneficiaries of the flawed lugardian arrangement called Nigeria, are getting. Have you forgotten that many Nigerians also intermarry with people from other countries? Has that affected the sovereignty of those countries Reason before you ask questions nau ![]() |
Yetayo:Pls are you serious? What position were you interviewed for? And which region did you apply for? Also, where did you write your test? Sorry if I am asking too many questions but your prompt answers will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
CFCfan:That makes it easier then. It's not about the professor deemphasizing cramming or anything of such. If a student wasn't worth his grade from a Nigerian university, there's no way he could go all the way from passing all his pre-admission screenings to securing a p.g admission and then cap it all up by graduating top of his class in the Almighty Western universities. We keep denigrating our own as if it's all rosy in the west. |
CFCfan:Yet people easily graduate top of their classes in the US. What and what make the grading? I mean what and what do they examine students on? I feel the system there is such that makes it easier for any serious student to graduate top. I know many students who got a lower degree in Nigeria only to go abroad and finish top in their PGs. One had a 2-1 in Biochemistry (cgpa=3.54) from my school in Nigeria but got an A" at masters level in the UK. My point is that our educational system isn't as bad as we make it look. If it is, our students wouldn't be excelling in the manner they do when they go abroad. |
Companies know better that it takes a lot of sacrifice and self discipline to graduate with a 1st class or 2-1, hence the priority on such graduates. The reasoning is that if a graduate could be hardworking enough to maintain a 1st class or a 2-1 from 100level up to graduation, then he/she has the discipline required to succeed at workplace. If you are still an undergrad and reading this, pls work hard to make the best possible grade. If not for anything, you will stand a chance to be called for tests/interviews. For those with 2-2 or 3rd class, you can make yourselves more employable by garnering extra qualifications eg post grad qualifications, trainings in ICT, starting from little jobs that would add more work experiences to your CV etc. |
Woe unto men! ![]() This is exactly what happens in most Nigerian homes. Mothers always turning children against their dads. . Op, I must commend you for being sensible enough to respond to your mum the way you did. Please don't ever let your mum turn you against your dad. The repercussions are always disastrous! Keep being wise, boy! |
These gay guys can be so desperate! I have encountered them on many occasions both on and offline. That is why I run away from some kind of guys because the safety of my asss is very important. How do you explain a guy calling his fellow guy at midnight to talk about penis size and sharing pic ![]() Pathetic! |
prettymina:If you read my post well you would notice that I didn't mean that the lecture room is so fantastic, tho I know it is even bbetter than what we have in many Nigerian universities. What I was trying to say is that the same infrastructural deficit you see up there obtains in every Nigerian unis. It is not peculiar to Unijos. Besides, what you have there is just one out of many lecture halls in Unijos and so cannot really represent the true situation of things there. I wish I was still in school, I would have snapped pictures of better lecture rooms even in that p.site where this one is. |
prettymina:Which is your school? How many students does your school admit yearly? And do you offer GSTs and multi-departmental courses in your school? If your school admits up to 6k students every yyear and offer GSTs and courses taken by many faculties, yet you don't have a scenario as shown in the picture above, then you must be studying in the wonderland. And all these UNN guys trying to hype their school here, you guys shouldn't let me post a picture of one of your lecture halls here o. |
prettymina:Unijos has one of the highest examination standards. During exams, a hall like this usually doesn't take up to 10 students. The university has a very strict policy against exam malpractice. Every year the university expels many students for malpractices that might be considered minor in other schools. Academic standards in UJ is quite high. However, just like in other Nigerian universities, there's need for infrastructural upgrade. |
That's hall A1 where some 100level and foundation courses are taught. I understand that that is not how an ideal classroom should be, but then every university in Nigeria has its own version of A1. Besides, the problem with that hall is basically that it doesn't have good audio system. Not that it is not spacious enough. The seats are enough to carry all the students but most students who fail to secure a front seat prefer to stand in front instead of taking a back seat. I took some courses there in 100level, so I know better. I miss UJ sha! ***Modified*** That's not A1 ooo. Must be p.site tinz. A1 is much better than that! Too fast to comment ![]() |
Congrats to the Amazon! No matter how hard the APC and their lying mercenaries try to paint GEJ and NOI, they can never deceive those of us who are unbiased and intelligent enough to see the good works of Jonathan's administration. Congrats once again, ma'am. |
Beloxxy:losing its spice depends on the op who's already complaining. For my kinda niccur, I will concentrate on adding more spice so I can even get it 10-12 times a day provided my lady is on the same page with me. Op's case is that of sexual incompatibility. He's sexually weak but married a nymph0.lol |
Beloxxy:regular sex doesn't kill. never mind all the lies you have been told. if anything, it helps clear your head and to me, it revvs up my energy level ![]() |
Beloxxy:sweerie, I really need a lady like that to quench my high libido. I mean am! |
yhu no sabi lie @op |

sarahatuba:You were simply deceived to believed that Jonathan failed and your gullible self believed that. Whenever you ply lokoja-auchi-benin road that was done by Jonathan, or use any of the airports remodeled by GEJ, or visit any of the newly established federal universities, or use any of the revamped rail ways, or consume any of the repackaged agricultural products eg olam rice, cassava flour etc that were all done by GEJ, please do come back here and apologize for calling GEJ a failure. The truth is that GEJ performed far better than his predecessors and his works are on ground for the unbiased eyes to see. And I am very sure that posterity will judge him right. By the next four years of buhari leadership, you and your likes would compare and contrast and wish you had voted GEJ to continue. |
sarahatuba:Point to where I spoke for the SS/SE. If you read my post well, you would notice that I was only aligning with what the op ( a southsoutherner) already said. Wrong reason you said? Only a naive person like you who knows next to nothing about Nigerian politics will call that a wrong reason. Such alliance between the core north and the middle belt ( the first of its kind) has seen the emergence of a buhari President and will mostly determine those who occupy leadership position in the national assembly, as well as how our collective wealth will be shared for the next four years. Yet people like you down south see no reason for such alliance between SS/SE. |
sarahatuba:Speak for Edo only. Don't make yourself speaker for other states. |
sarahatuba:No wonder. FYI, when I say south south, I know the people I am talking to. I don't mean Edo people because I know where those ones belong to. We got nothing in common. |
