Please explain to me how Capital oil is being owed by the government? The government used his tank farms to store the country's oil reserve in case of emergency. The guy sold all of it and pocketed the money. That was why he was jailed the last time. He is busy running for Governorship election in Anambra state while he has debts all over the place. Even his so called football team, Ifeanyi Ubah FC is being owed over eight months salary arears. Which kind football team be that?

Because the people involved have reneged on payment plans made with AMCON. What's the need making payment arrangements if the obligor won't honour it.

I really think AMCON should take further steps to recover the funds owed to banks by taking over the private properties owned by these people including their private residences, personal bank accounts, cars, jewelry of their wives. Make them live a hard life. You will find that some of them will start paying. These people do not think that a bank debt is a debt to be paid back. They see it as a personal piggy bank to take money from whenever they need. They are an extension of the corrupt Nigerian politician who sees public funds as a national cake to be taken. You will also notice that some of these people are the same people who are contesting for elections in 2019. Guess what will happen if they ever win, they'll use more of your money as largesse.

It is fair to say from the comments here that most Nigerians would leave the country if they had a chance of moving to another country they perceive to be better. As bad as Nigeria's problem are, the grass is not always greener on the other side.

One thing I will miss if I had to leave Nigeria is the sheer freedom. Nigeria is one of the few countries where you are free to do just about anything. And if you have money, life can be so good. Most Western countries are not free for Africans or dark skinned people. There are no laws barring you from living freely but you will soon find out that your freedom has limitations, even with money.

Thank you, it is only in Africa that men are obligated to buy cars for their wives. In Oyibo land, women who are gainfully employed buy their own cars. They don't wait for handowns.

There is no need being nice to any of the parties involved. For a starter, report your wife to her family. If they cannot call their daughter to order, be prepared to walk out of the relationship. Contact the other man's wife and let her know what the husband is up to. Contact your wife's employer and let them know how the man she is having a relationship with is tearing your family apart. Most employer's, especially the big ones will not condone such behaviour. Both of them will be reprimanded.

Like I said, you have to get tough with both of them. If she does not like your actions, let her leave. If you treat it lightly, the situation will only get worse. I've said in a recent thread that a married woman has no business having a close friendship with a man who is not their husband.
