Politics › Re: Buhari To Announce Ministerial List Monday by jomoh: 7:49pm On Jun 12, 2015 |
YoursGEJ: f for fashola
I personally think that BRF is better off in charge of a critical ministry like Finance or Power. So that he stays in the public eye until he runs for the Presidency. But PMB is a wiser man than me...he has been around Fashola and knows him best Nope I beg to differ. Putting him in a a key Ministry will mean putting him in a position of unnecessary scrutiny and expose him to saboteurs who will want to put a stain on his whites. I prefer SGF or an adviser on important sector of the economy. There, his contributions can be felt without exposing him to dangers of Image saboteurs. |

hahn: Lol. More like grass to disgrace. Popularity on a faceless forum doesn't count in the real world and neither do his rants. He's a classic example of an educated illiterate. He should request for a refund from whatever school he attended because his education is a waste LWKM omenka: We have no choice but to share the forum and Nigeria with them. Some of them are genuinely ignorant like I pointed out in the opening post. For that, it becomes our self appointed responsibilities to ensure the are able to distinguish their left from right by presenting them with indisputable facts from recognised sources. I think totally ignoring them would in the end be counter productive. The one I decided to ignore is not ignorant but being an intentional hypocrite. He choose to see black and call it white. I am Naturally allergic to such people. People with little or no Dignity, Integrity or Shame. I am even ashamed for the mere fact that he has anything to do with the team I support let alone use the name as his moniker. For the ones that are genuinely Ignorant, its good to educate them and also for posterity sake. |

hahn: Omenka, you get time.
These people are allergic to rational and non bias thinking. I still have a headache from reading the nonsense barcanista wrote. They are supposed to be the opposition but unfortunately their criticisms are borne more out of personal bias, immaturity, a resentment for the president and a deliberate attempt to ridicule the goverment instead of patriotism.
PMB still has time to prove himself and every rational mind knows that reshaping Nigeria will take time and its obvious that things are being handled differently by this administration. I guess they miss the old ways of doing things You even have time, going through the stress of reading the rants of a deranged Id!ot. Once I see the name, I go straight to the comments to enjoy the bashing. The guys story is a typical example of someone that fell "from grace, to disgrace". |

nortcentrallord: Op, you are a very good joke. I will hit on one point now and whe I have time, I will edit and finish up. Was Buhari sleeping when he said he was going to declare his asset publicly? As a man of Intergrity, shouldn't he be making it a reality and setting the pace to declare his asset even after he leaves office? I wonder how people like you can comfortable defend impunity. I 'll be right back. I nearly forgot you're a TANdroid. You need application to be installed for you on everything. Maybe an application on reading and comprehension will do this time around? |

Career › Re: Why Are Some Female Customer Care Assistant Bankers Hyper-reactive? by jomoh: 4:24pm On Jun 12, 2015 |
bongolistik: I believe this is a serious issue to address, the case of some female bankers that ocupies the customer care units of the bank.
First of all, I don't think that some of them even know what their duties are and what customer care unit entails. When you meet some hyper-reactive female bankers occupying that position, then you get to understand me well and ask what the hell those kind of people are doing at that section.
Some of them are very impatient, so full of themselves (because of maybe one 100k they receive monthly), rude and obviously don't know what their jobs entail.
I have met them in UBA, GTB and some other banks, and I begin to wonder if this is the case of job miss road.
All customer care job in every organization or establishments entails that those in charge are people with good humours, patience, friendly, always ready to attend and help out customers and even respond to the most stupid questions, they are always supposed to handle and treat every customer warmly without any string nor pains attached.
But reverse happens to be the case in many instances. You get to see some female bankers that call themselves customer care attendants: some of them, very hostile and you dare not make the mistake of asking them one question twice even when you repeated the question thinking that they did not hear you well initially, they can even shout at you or squeeze face and hiss, very hyperactive set of people. In fact they are always not happy. They bite at every little issue.
Whenever I see and notice them in banks, I just shake my head in dismay and often say to myself 'who kept this one here as a customer care assistant self'. Don't judge people until you know their story. Customer Care officers of banks are the most used and underpaid staff of banks so I don't blame them. And the usually don't have anyone to cover for them so they're mostly required to be on sit at all times. |

Freemanan: Well, it's hypocritical to hold only Mark responsible for using the card reader to rig.... Almost all the candidates in the Just concluded election can boast of same shenanigan... We know... Anybody who feels aggrieved should contest the result at the tribunal like David mark did. But they should remember "he who comes to equity must come with clean hands". The law won't just stand up and fight for you, you use the law to fight for yourself. |

FreeGlobe: it seems the yorubas in apc have not learned anything yet. Touch saraki and pdp takes over government What is this one saying? How many senators were impeached between 1999 and 2003. Apart from that APC goes to the court, Presidency secretly preside over the court to cancel the election and the Judas is out. In other way, it can be argued in court that the Nigerian constitution stipulates 109 senator, that 57 senators cannot represent the interest of the whole country to elect the Senate President. FreeGlobe: keep that nonsense in the south west. nothng will happen, nobody is scared of Tinubu He already defeated your entire region with his brain child APC (formerly ACN, formerly AC, formerly AD). The same way your useless chest beating region started saying about OBJ after he left but when he was there dem no born you talk. BTW by the time it starts happening, don't come here to give any monkey cry about Marginalisation o. You people never accept that SW is far superior to you all but its on record that the same southwest has always being your nightmare and saving grace at the same time. Yinkay: Not only arrogant but also treacherous......typical of Ilorin people.....Ilorin mesu jamba...keri Alimi... What do you expect from a child that was cursed by his own father for doing the same thing to his father. Treachery, betrayal, and Back stabbing is in their blood. Same way Afonja did to the Yorubas but we all know what the end of Afonja was like. |

Like Tambuwal, he will attend meetings like an APC man and sell to PDP You probably have never heard the cliche "meeting before meeting" or "meeting after meeting" its common in politics. The guy above me just wasted his comment space to quote someone who has shown times without number that he knows next to nothing about politics. |

Politics › Re: Saraki 'Elected' Senate President While APC Senators Were Meeting With Buhari by jomoh: 1:24pm On Jun 09, 2015 |
Ezenwammadu: Nothing illegal took place today. For the senate to convene it requires 1/3 quourm which is 36 http://www.waado.org/nigerdelta/documents/ConstitutionalMatters/1999Constitution/ChapterFive.html.
The proclamation was read at the begining
The quorum was formed with 57 senators and Saraki was elected with 57 votes which is simple majority.
His deputy was elected with 54 votes aganist ndume 20
Sarki simply out smarted APC leadership with his loyal members Is that one in the biafran constitution? Read Nigerian constitution well. This is an extraordinary plenary 2/3 section not and ordinary one where 1/3 is needed. Does the clerk have the constitutional powers to make the proclamation. When we have a sitting president. |

Emenahagos02: More people will still leave APC, they are not united, bunch of crooks, their party door is ajar. They have nowhere to Go. They know PDP has been massively rejected by the people. The reason why most of them were in PDP was because of the impunity that rained supreme which had made all of them have a dark spot on their political CV and in Nigerian politics, Loyalty and allegiance is Forgiveness. |

Ceejayo: Firstly, this medicine wasn't prescribed by physician, avoid self medication and please correct the statement. Back to the matter, I for one and few other pharmacists have always kicked agained the use of sms notification to determine the authenticity of a particular drug, what this means is leaving the judgement as to whether a drug is fake or not to the IT firm managing the sms platform, what if there was system failure or a mix up. We have a regulatory body (NAFDAC) whose job should be to independently curb influx of fake products even before they get to the shelves in the pharmacy. i still believe they should do more... And what do you suggest one should do when buying drugs, take it to NAFDAC for verification? So far the IT platform is still the only platform to confirm the authenticity of a drug. It only remains for NADAC to start regulating it and standardize it to make it more effective. |
