shift15:
The first is policy statement.
The second is accountability.
Demanding accounting details does not change the policy direction.
It doesn't change the policy direction, nothing changes policy direction but demanding account details shows determination for accountability which invariably gives an insight into what direction the subsequent policy will go as against the previous one(s).

You understand better if you're into accounts.

INTROVERT:
Many police OUTposts around the country look like this. It might be because they were not actually built by the Federal government but just given to police to stay by individuals around the area to ensure police presence.

I don't know how true this is but I have been told that if you build a STANDARD police station in an area that dosent have one. The Fed Govt will reimburse you the total amount for land and construction.

Politics › Re: Again, El-rufai Appoints Non-indigene As Head Of Service by jomoh: 8:29pm On Jun 14, 2015
barcanista:
Commendable but el rufai isn't the first. Ex Gov Ahmed Markafi had Igbo and Yoruba SA and SSA. Namadi Sambo had Igbo and Yoruba SSA. It wasn't differnt from Rahmalan yero and Yokowa. Former Sokoto state Gov Wamako had Igbo SA. Present Governor of Borno state have a Delta man as SA. Alao Akala had Hausa SA. Same with Governor Willie Obiano.

Elrufai should stop acting like he's the first. He isn't and he won't be the last! He should concentrate on governance and stop seeking cheap political point with unnecessary things.
Ode somebody.

Is he acting like he's the first? Or did he come out to tell the whole world that he's appointed a non indegene.

If your paymasters in PDP and GEJ with your service had not polarised the country along ethnic and religious lines, this kind of development wouldn't have been a news material. There wouldn't have been so much fuse about it but no thanks to you and your benefactors, it is now a big thing.

Bloody brain-dead hypocrite.

Politics › Re: Buhari Plans Military Shake-up, Angry With DSS by jomoh: 9:59am On Jun 13, 2015
bonechamberlain:
na wa o reading the comments here marvel me. it seems we don't know the DSS should be in charge of a democratic president's security in nigeria, this is not a military regime where soldiers are seen protecting the president. the level of discipline and intelligence gathering of those guys cannot be rivaled by any other security outfit in Nigeria. the security and protection of the president should be based on people with respect, intelligence, discipline and also very discreet and secretive personnel. look at the word used "bodyguard protection". if the president thinks the police and soldiers can protect him that's fine, but can they prevent an attack or prevent an attack without firing a shot? well those are questions for another day. what the president should do is to do a shake up in the agency and make sure the agency remain nonpartisan instead of going about with soldiers and police like a dictator even most dictators today go out with intelligence officers.
And by the time the shake up is happening who will be in charge.

The man is a security man himself, he understands more than we all do. But to my best of understanding he is right. Cos its better to make them appear useless and shake them up then when their evil thoughts have been thwarted by the shake up, he may reconsider them. I believe by this time they should within themselves be pointing accusing fingers at the culprits within them

This is the result of depending heavily on oil revenue from FG. Is it that Aregbesola cannot generate revenue from his state?

I no understand o!
I don't simply understand the problem with that state. Instead of them to build their tourism base as the root of Yoruba people and earn from it all they keep building are schools in every village.

In fact between Osun and Ogun I can't say the which has the highest number of higher institutions. Maybe Osun has higher Public institutions and Ogun has higher Private. Also their state Capital has Arguably the most stable Electricity in the whole country.

Hahahahahaha. Read my comment again. It will help you reason clearly. Well, you may read up to 50 times and still yet be blind, deaf and dumb. grin cheesy
I don't need to read the comment coming from your malfunctioning brainsystem twice before diagnosing your Fault. Absence of Reading and comprehension application because if you do, you won't repeatedly ask for the President to declare his asset publicly after the Op had taken the pain to explain the process involved in asset declaration either public or private and even the media aide to the president Sheu Garba had addressed the issue publicly before the Op wrote his piece. (Omenka this are the people we were discussing about. Do you call this machine a genuinely ignorant one or an hypocrite)

Then again another problem TANdroids have is following due process.
