My uncle came to father and ask for his contract papers my dad never really wanted to give him the contract papers, the man begged my dad to allow him use the papers, so my dad ask what he will gain from him by signing those papers to him, he said he will give my dad 5million as tax and give 50k every month for the fact that he is the owner of the contract company. After this agreement my dad signed the papers to him, any he applied for the contact, luckily for them the contract was awarded to my father company and the first and second money was credited to my dad company account, so my uncle came to ask for the money and my dad transfer the money to him without hesitation because is a project money, and my uncle started paying my dad every month and also assured him that before the project is complete he will give the 5million.
After some period of time he stop the payment for each month and also refuse to pay the 5million for the tax, so my dad went to him to seek for money but he didn't give my dad any response, so my dad have to go and involved some elders of the family, and one of them ask my dad to go and print bank statement so did as he was told, from there we found out that million has credited to my dad company account in different occasions without him receiving any credit or debit alert, for the fact that it a company account my only use the account when he has contract and period he didn't have any contact of it own.
And for the fact that my uncle don't want pay the tax so each time the company credit my dad company account, these man will go behind my dad back to transfer the money to different account shapely he won't even allow the to sit on the account for even 3days.
But my problem is that how will my uncle was able to transfer all these money without my dad's knowledge and how he was able to get access to account and even make it possible for my dad not to receive credit or debit alert and my dad know that he only give the account number that was why when the first and second money was paid he has to come to my dad to transfer the money to him.
As for me my uncle shouldn't have transfer money out my dad account without him knowing and even the phone number use in the account is my dad own, when the first and second was credited my receive alert then the rest he didn't.
So guys I want to know if it a crime for my uncle to transfer all those money from dad company account. The first and second money that was credited to my dad account was 62million naira and dad transfer all these millions to him without hesitation for them to start working on the project. From the third one my didn't have any idea that money was coming in and out of his company account.
And the money in question is more than 40million naira.
So quys if it's a crime for someone to transfer money out your account without your knowledge, if it's a crime I want to report this case.

this is a simple case. Your father can sue him for taking money from his account without knowing.

You father can claim he's the main contractor.

21st if August, I was at the American embassy for a visa appointment.

From the period spanning 3 hours I was there, nobody left the interview room with a smile or laughter. Almost every one there was rejected.

The funniest thing about the rejection was the verdict on the light blue paper given to the intending travellers which read" you have not demonstrated that you have enough ties to bring you back to Nigeria "

In a layman's terms, it means we are suspecting that you want to japa into the US.

The most painful aspect was a lot of undergraduates that were turned down. A guy that had a $60,000 worth of scholarship was bounced too.

I saw someone who was just going on a study leave from a whole Deloitte where he works in presently in Nigeria being bounced too.
Most of the interviewers didn't even check out relevant documents of the applicants, but just drew their conclusion based on face value.

I was discussing with people and they said inasmuch as the reason for that verdict was baseless and stupid, we Nigerians are viewed as the worst of the worst world citizens to allow access into the US, irrespective of one's qualifications.
We have a government, system and people that are fantastically corrupt.
We have people who engage in and support illegalities.

Our judiciary is biased and is for the highest bidders, and our political system and elections are flawed (none is perfect anywhere in the world) but ours is glaring and very embarrassing.

Our leaders are not patriotic and that is why when we as citizens have our rights trampled on locally or internationally, nothing is done about it.
Nigeria is not regarded as anything again.
In other words, we are just seen as nothing but irritating pollutants.

So for those of you that applaud evil in this land, pray you remain forever in Nigeria because even if it is just to go and visit and come back, they will not allow you.
If you even have a scholarship or any good thing that can take you out of this country, you will be frustrated at the embassy.

So quick one, I will try not to make it long.
I was living in an Asian country and I met a Nigerian . I had a very good job, apparently I got a better offer to another country. But then I was seeing this guy . He proposed marriage i was a bit held back as I wasn’t so sure of it. Anyways his parents came to mine in Nigeria and we did a kind of online trad wedding. I moved without him to my new country. While he was left back in Asia. Told him he would have to come to Nigeria so we do court marriage then I can apply for him to join me.

The issue now is that before he came to Nigeria as I was coming for a short visit, I broke up and said I don’t want to do the court marriage . But he insisted his family kept begging and I stupidly agreed.

There have been so many red flags that made me scared

1-he drinks a lot and I have tried to caution him . He said he changed
2-he was illegal in the Asian country for over 6 years making it seem like he is using me for visa purposes
3- his anger issues is top notch and it seems I really can’t control his anger
4- he has nothing doing just anywhere hustle is he does , no focus . all he has is big dreams and he said I should take a loan for his dreams.
5. Told him that if he eventually moves in with me he must work. But I am scared that the lazy attitude he had will still be there . And for some reasons he always attacks me that I am proud cause I have a good job.
Now I am not looking down on him to be Honest. I can be with a man who I am higher than but he should show prospect of wanting to be better than me or at least prospect of wanting to work.

Now he has been illegal in Asia for years so he never left cause he had no papers but because of the court marriage he took the leap and left. I went back to my work and he is left in Nigeria just for me to process his papers . But I am having those fears again. That I made a big mistake. This woman will start calling and calling, you will think it's something very important, the next thing she'll start texting me that won't you come home? So i should leave something very important which will give me money just to come and stay with the children so you could go visit a family member? This is a place you can go with the children. Few weeks ago, I was at the local airport and as I waited in the departure lounge, I noticed there were many children roaming about but it was understandable since it was summer holiday.

One other thing I noticed was the way most of the children were dressed. Most of them, especially the girls, were dressed in bum shorts, halter necks, cut off jeans, etc.
The clothes in themselves weren't the issue per se; it was the overall look of the children that had me bothered. That was definitely not the first time I noticed it.

A few months before, I had taken my kids to a birthday party and found myself in what could easily have been a night club for kids.
Scanty clothing such as tight or very short clothes, bum shorts, long weaves, etc, seemed to be the dress code.

I noticed my son glancing around, probably wondering, "What in God's world are these other children wearing?" Or something like that.

Not long after, the kids were called out to dance to the hit songs of the season - these songs in my opinion should be rated PG 16. 4 - 6 year olds trooped to the dance floor, miming the sexually explicit songs and gyrating their bodies in the most sensual manner.

They could have given Beyonce a run for her money. They ran their hands over their bodies, shook their booties hard while their parents cheered them on. The boys had their upper shirts unbuttoned and rapped along perfectly to gangsta raps while doing flawless break dance.

Those who danced like actual children where shooed off the dance floor while the lewd ones were cheered on.

As I watched, my child stared out of this circle looking longingly at the others dancing. I knew it was time to leave.

As we left, we went to an eatery where I bought them ice cream and gently explained to them the concept of decency and dancing with decorum.

Another time, at a game arcade for kids, I ran
into a lady who had made-up her kids' faces like they were mannequins for Tara or Mac beauty products. Their skirts were so tight, that running up and down the slide was uncomfortable for them.

So the question is, why are we sexualizing our kids? Why does your 4, 6 or 9 year old girl have to look like a chick?

Should your 8 year old son go around with a comb in his hair and his pants sagged almost to his ankles?

If your child wears bum shorts out of the house at age 3, why should she be expected to wear longer ones at 15?

If she wears 2 rings and 12 bangles at 6, why won't she pierce a second ear hole at 17 and her bellybutton at 19?

As a parent, you can't play the CD of such songs and not expect your children to pick them up; the same goes for watching Mtv Base, Channel O, etc with your children.

Studies have shown that children exposed to a high level of sexually explicit information tend to become sexually active early. Is that your goal as a parent?

Being a parent involves sacrifice. You will need to avoid listening to such music where your children are. Most of those lyrics demean women and teach your daughter that she's just a intimacy gadget and her body is for squeezing.

It teaches the boys that money is everything and women are things to be used to satisfy their primal urges. These music introduces them to a degrading pop culture.

Our children have their lives ahead of them, let's set them on the right path by teaching them to dress decently and sing nice or age-appropriate songs.
