senatorbayor:Oh you simpleton! Imagine the barrage of nonsense spewing from your fingers. No wonder you can't see what's in front of you even when its looking right at you. You asked what I would do if the girl in question was my child, I gave you answers and in your narrow minded and myopic way, you put everything on poor reasoning. LMAO! Lemme even ask you, what type of reasoning did I exhibit here, since you say its poor, you should know the type, and hey, don't bother using wikipedia, it can not be trusted. ![]() When people like you are made to swallow your narrow mindedness as well as your shallow mindedness, the above is what you spew, blaming everything on poor salary and what you don't know about? For the question simpleton, who even told you I teach in a public school? Oh yea, you assumed! So much like you to assume everything when you have facts staring right in your shallow thoughts. If you see my students, you will cower because they reason far better than you and anything that will come out from your narrow minded loins. Shioor! Just see person wey dey talk. Jankara senator na banjo for jankara. ![]() Please, remain in the abyss of ignorance because from all what you've been saying, that is where you truly belong. After all, "ignorance is bliss". |
UjSizzle:Men I could kiss you for this comment! I wonder why many emotional and sentimental nigerians can't even see things the way they are, rather, they always choose to see it the way they want to. |
Mcslize:She was waiting for her turn, later she said she was sick. Hmm. Doesn't all this excuses tell you that she doesn't want to do anything? That she's just being disobedient? |
senatorbayor:And why do you fail to reason when I told you I already gave you an answer. But, lemme indulge you, if that Ogechi is my daughter, firstly, she would not have been in school in the first place if she was sick. What business has a sick child got with school? Secondly, she would have obeyed the head girl? My child can never be disobedient. Thirdly, she would be the head girl not even an ordinary student, because, I train leaders. and lastly. This would never have happened because as a teacher myself, respect and discipline for elders and authority is what I teach.it seems you are related to the principal, ittle wonder you support her and her foot soilders for inflicting injuries on a child all in the name of discipline. You shared links to whatever you want to share Mr. Man. Its just that simple. People like you have children who don't even respect you, talkless of respecting their teachers. That's why your daughters who don't have discipline, end up making you grand fathers when they're 15 years old. ![]() |
JideJamez:After you looser. ![]() |
donkross1:True that bro. All the more reason why I said everybody should be punished! The head girl, the girl that was flogged and the teachers. Even the parents of Ogechi should be questioned also for lack failure in training their daughter as regard proper conduct. |
boboLIL:What is this massa damnata saying LOL. |
JideJamez:And this is coming from someone who say I don't have a brain. Honestly, you need to be locked up, so as to stop your stupidity from spreading. Its just a shame. |
boboLIL:And you who know if this is how you reason, your daughter will end up killing you before your time. Your myopic way of reasoning will be your own undoing. Jut wait and have patience. Its not that far, it will happen. Its just a matter of time. |
alexlee50:You will be surprise to know that the ministry of education, as well as most schools, place high value on discipline, and they frown absolutely on rudeness and disrespect to authority. on the flogging received by the student from the teachers, they should have had it at the back of their minds that punishment is meant to be a corrective measure not a punitive measure. They should not have taken it so personal that a child has to be hospitalized in the process. They all have children, I am not sure anyone of them would beat their child like that.in administering punishment, the child should know what he/she has done wrong and why he/she would be punished.the essence is to prevent future occurence and to build a better person in the child tomorrow. If the child was rude to thr teachers, invitation of thr parents, suspension or even expulsion at the extreme are measures the school could have employed.now they first assualted the child sexually by asking her to remove her thights then they started flogging her to the extent she is hospitalized, even if she was rude to them is not administering discipline, it is crude, barbaric and wicked and defeats the whole purpose of producing a better childYes the teachers went too far, and their actions are shouldn't be commended in any way. They like their emotions get the better of them. But frankly bro, when the parents of this girl broke this news out on social media, they omitted vital details as to what lead the teachers to act this way towards their child. They just made people believe that the head girl assaulted their daughter for no just course, that's why their daughter returned the slap. Their omission of this vital detail should tell you a thing or two about them, because from what I've seen so far, they failed in training their child. The excuse given by the child that she was sick is just too flimsy, because if she was sick, why should her parents allow her leave the house? Is a sick child suppose to be in school? The girls disobedience is the remote cause of all this, if she had simply done what she was asked to do. All this would not have happened. Its just that simple. |
boboLIL:Obey instructions abi? And what does refusing to obey instructions translate to? She gave a flimsy excuse? Yea right, she was sick, I suppose sick people come to school abi? I'm a teacher, and I know what many of these students who lack home training are capable off. And calling you myopic isn't an insult oh. Abeg!. ![]() |
senatorbayor:Like I told you before, among the barrage of comments I made on this issue, you only picked one and based your argument on it. So, please, go through my comments again, and you'll see where I stated that everyone is guilty. And I'll have you know that it might surprise you when you'll hear that the school principle walked away from this incident with just a slap on the wrist. The girls actions, (which her parents failed to mention but gave us sensational story by omitting vital details) caused all this. Your mates are asked to do something, and you refused because you are Wonder Woman. And I remember giving you an answer which I'm not surprised you failed to see because like you, you only see what you want to see, not what you need to see. You're suffering from scotoma. |
bright007:Thank you very much for this comment, Can I buy you a drink? Lol. |
boboLIL:Yes how dare the teachers beat her like that, but you also forget, how dare she refuse to obey instructions when her fellow students obeyed? That's how you look at a case, holistically, not myopically. |
ziccoit:Mbano is where exactly? Imo or Anambra? |
horlus:The girl that was flogged lacks proper home training. Everything she did shows that her parents failed to train her about the ways of proper conduct. She was asked to do something, and she refused, giving excuses saying she was sick bla bla bla. Person wey sick dey come school. If you ask me, her actions brought all this on her and herself alone. |
Sue the government kor! Sue the government nii! When this news broke out, I said it that the parents of the girl omitted vital details about the happenings of this thing. Imagine the flimsy excuse she gave when asked to carry out her duty when others who have the same head with her carried theirs out without complaining. I'm in no way supporting the actions of the principal and teachers, but hey, if this girl had simply done what she was told to do, all this could have been avoided!. As a teacher, I know these kids will give the flimsiest of excuse just to escape during what they're suppose to do. If the girl was really sick, why did she even come to school. The Lagos state government should punish everybody involved. The head girl, the girl that was flogged and the teachers also. All must be punished and no one should be spared!. |
ziccoit:It doesn't still answer my question. Let's even do a background check on her, and know what her social status was, before she got married. I'll have you know that those village girls who marry poor old dudes didn't marry them on their own volition, probably they were given off like we see in the north. Lol. Which normal thinking nigerian girl would want to marry a man 3 times her age. ![]() |
ziccoit:Of course there is nothing bad in it, she's 26, he's 74. The question remains, will she have married the man if he was poor? Or struggling? |
agarawu23:Of course hope dey for her. Na the pekin get hope pass not her. You think say the man na fool? Bros forget oh, dis old men get sense wella. |
agarawu23:That's if he will all the money to her. Don't forget, the man has brothers oh. Lol. |
I remember a certain moniker's signature here in Nairaland read "don't marry for money, but go to where the rich people are and marry for love". ![]() |
KingTom:Seen and noted. |
Estharfabian:LMFAO. I love it when kids talk tough. Lol. Besides, isn't it pass your bed time? Now run along and oFf to bed you go. Sorry I don't have time to read you bed time stories. And hey, don't be afraid, there aint nobody in the cupboard. cheerio. |
Estharfabian:There aint no age grade here child, this is the internet remember. Lol. Besides, if this was real life, you would be running errand buying cigarette for me. LOL.LoL!Mind your language child. Wouldn't want me to spank you now would you? hehehe. |
I still wonder why these westerners openly supports gays and transgenders, when they openly have laws that ban polygamy. I'm starting to think this support for LGBT has something to do with population, because gays can't reproduce and a polygamous man, is a walking sex machine. Just like we see in the north, where they breed like cattle. LOL. No offense intended to my northern brothers!. |
Estharfabian:Believe me you, if or when I decide to hold you, you'll serious feel it and know. ![]() Estharfabian:How can you argue when you don't have basis for an argument Well I don't expect a child to understand this, neither do I expect a child to know this. ![]() |
Estharfabian:Honestly, this kid is a serious joke that I find hilarious. ![]() |
darkenedrebel:Dude, you expect a teenager to name names? Come on men. All we see here are peeps who like making noise claiming what they aint. I'm sure, the very person you quoted, isn't even known in her department, talkless of her faculty or even school. Whoever says she's a feminist and is still a student should be seen and known championing the feminist course in real life, not just shout and rant on social media. LOL. If she's a feminist, let her make known to us what she's done in real life, particularly her school. ![]() |
darkenedrebel:I don't like debating on subjects when I know I have or know a guru in that field. KingTom. Kindly assist us, this is your area of specialization if I'm not mistaken?. Okay. I'm all ears.... |
Oh really? He Oyedepo is complaining and calling PMB out? Wow! I didn't hear this man who calls himself a pastor when Boko Haram was taking our military for a read, and as a result, countless of lives were lost during Jonathan's administration. Who even heard him complain about economic condition(s) or even the kidnap of the Chibok girls? Now he's coming here to lament. It gives me much joy to tell this man to shut tha _fuck up! He says this because PMB is one who he doesn't support, if it was Jonathan who was still president, I believe he would have kept mute because Jonathan would have oiled his pockets very well. Nonsense!!!. |
