Nice write up baby mama. Learning from every bit of your post. The only thing i'm not happy with in my marriage is the saying sorry aspect. If i'm wrong or right, I just have to do the begging. Since I got married (for six years now) my hubby has only said sorry twice. He's always right while i'm always wrong. There are times when I just say to myself after a misunderstanding that i'm not going to apologise because i'm not wrong but i'll just see that I can't continue being sad and just decide to go apologise. But the funniest thing is after we make up, i'll forget that he has ever wronged me. My hubby has got so much pride. Hmmm. |
Harddaysnight: Nairaland women pls help me with a recipe of egusi soup. i want to learn how to cook my favourite soup.Put your meat on fire, if you are using dry fish, add it, add your pomo, add your stock fish, add salt and maggi with onion. When your meat is ready, if you are using fresh pepper, blend your pepper and add it to your meat, ads your palm oil and leave on fire for like 10 to 15 mins. Put your egusi in a bowl, add little water to form a paste, then pour it. Leave for like 3 mins then add your ugwu or spinach. Add your salt and maggi but watch the quantity because of the stock from the meat. And also, egusi requires little salt. You can leave for another 3 to 5 minute. Your soup is ready. |
weazley: Slice d egusi, poor groundnut oil put water, put sliced watermelon and add pumpkin leaves, put maggi and salt for taste, you wicked oo |

etenyong: There is no way a 12.5kg cylinder can finish in 5 days. or it depend on d constants daily kind of cookings. pls check for the following, checks for pipe/hose leakage, improper fixing of regulator, leakage from d cylinder head. use gas leakage fluid or manometer to trace d leakage and u will definitly found way its leaking from. Also, try and get fiber cylinder, its transparent and u can see d gas content when u make refil.Pls where are you located. Your address and phone number. |

deols: I was going to say that. Not pregnant, I like sand. I especially like the smell of sand when it rains and I could eat sand or sniff it when I think it is pure. Only God knows what a pregnant me would do.The funniest thing is, when you are pregnant the smell of sand will be the smell you'll hate most. |
Thank you all. I've actually checked if there is any lick from the cylinder but none. I'm suspecting maybe it's from the gas cooker itself. But I don't even perceive any smell. |
apoti: Thanks to everyone for commenting and wishing us safe delivery.Don't worry. It will soon be over. Be expecting your little angel any time from now. As for craving, it's normal. Hers is even better. Atleast she craves for food. Their are some women who crave for sand and so many weird things. Wishing her safe delivery. |
Efemena_xy: ^^ You don start again o!Lol at moving their necks like lizard. |
I recently changed my gas cooker and my 12.5 kg gas cylinder only last for 4 or 5 days. At first I thought the gas sellers where playing a fast one on me so I decided to do refill; still no changes. I'm confused right now. I don't know if it's the gas cooker that has problem. My gas cooker has 5 burners and an electric oven. |
Hubby, where are thou. Come let's get the kissing started. |
JulianBond007: A nairalander must have made the call to Ayobami's elder sister. So many scammers on this forum.Lol....nairaland don suffer. |

Pamela Gold: Thank u very much, but it sounds more like when u are cooking the normal beans, is there no vegetable required? No oo. No vegetable required. Except you are talking about ewedu soup. |
Yummy |
Using chicken/turkey/ beef. Cook your chicken adding maggi, salt, onion, curry and thyme. If you like ginger and garlic, you can also add it. When your chicken is ready, fry it if you want. Blend your tomaotes, pepper and onions. You can add tatashe if you like. Cook it without adding anything to it. Cook till the water dries off. Put your pot on fire, add your groundnut oil. When the oil is very hot, pour in your cooked pepper. Add tin tomatoes if you like. Allow to fry while your stir continuously so it doesn't get burnt. But allow it fry well. Cos it usually gives the stew a great taste. Add your stock from the chicken, watch the quantity oo. I guess you don't want your stew to be watery. Add your chicken, add maggi and salt. Put the right amount cos you know you already have salt and maggi in the stock. Leave to cook for five to ten minutes. Your stew is ready. Hope this helps. |
