Wash your beans to remove the shaft. Put it on fire and add little kaun( i've forgotten the english name oo) Add enough water( not too much oo) just the quantity you know will be enough for the beans) Cook till the beans is very soft( though it doesn't take too long.) After cooking, bring down from fire. Using your sifter(ase) don't know if the english name is correct, sifter the beans and continuously use your spoon to press the beans so that you don't really waste it when throwing away the remnant. When you are done siftering, put your pot on fire, add red oil. You would have blended your pepper and onion. When the oil is hot, add your blended pepper. Allow to fry well. If you know you are adding things like dry fish, pomo or crayfish, u add them. If you like locust beans, u can also add it. Add your maggi and salt. When you know the pepper is well fried, pour in your sifted beans. Leave on fire for like five to ten minute. Your soup is ready. |
Thank God. Wishing him speedy recovery. |

Child birth, what a funny experience. Could remember how I hit the hand of the doctor when ever the contraction starts. She was just telling me sorry. Before the gynaecologist came, my matron decided to check if i'm dilated. Gosh dat wasn't funny at all. She asked me to lay on my back and inserted her finger into my privates. I screamed cos it was so painful. Two nights after my operation, I woke up middle of the night crying. It was as if my womb had shifted from its normal position. My mum quickly ran down stairs to call the nurse who gave me pain killer before I could sleep back. |
Gooooooaaaaaalllllllllll ![]() |
We accept Isa(jesus) as a prophet and servant of God. We don't believe he's the son of God cos Allah himself said it in the holy Quran that He begot not nor was he begotten. May Allah guide us to the right path. So proud to be a muslim. |
Op, so sorry. May he continue to rest in the bossom of the Lord. |
Kai kai kai.....oga kay, u too much joor. Any other kay is a counterfeit. God bless you for this wonderful story. I enjoyed every bit of it. Keep it up. Can't wait for your next story. |
favored gal: i fear for naija o! why is there no surgeon on duty 24/7...cant they work shift? you get to the hospital at 8am and the surgeon says he will come at 2pm that is 6 hours later....scary mehnHonestly....you can just imagine that. thank God sha. |
ammyluv2002: Please, don't go to Manchester City my wonder boy, they will ruin your career. They have like 1001 good players, you need a club that can depend on you, a club that will feature you as their 1st 11 not any of the top clubs biko. You don't need to warm the bench or join the queue of waiting for a player to fall sick or something. All the best sha!You are so right. That's the mistake most of these players make. Instead of them to start from a smaller club where they'll be known as number one, they'll rather choose a big club where they'll be benched till they are finally given out on loan or even sold out. |
bluuu: thanks everyone. So happy you took the bold step. Pls never pick his calls nor reply his messages. Thank God you've seen the real beast in him. Congrats once again. |

My second missionary journey. I was four month pregnant when I started having contractions. I was so scared then cos I thought I was going to lose the baby. The contractions were always severe which can last up to a minute at times. Whenever I go to see the doctor to complain, they'll do scan for me and tell me my baby was alright. That was how I continued till the d day. I was hoping that I could have my second baby naturally but my hope was cut short when it was discovered that my baby was transverse too. I kept praying and hoping that God will do wonders. When I was 38 weeks gone, I went for scan and thank God my baby has turned head down but there was another problem again; I was having placenta previa( my placenta was covering my cervix where the baby was meant to pass through) though not fully covered but was adviced not to take the risk. The D day, it was on a sunday when I started having this severe contraction but thought it was like the previous ones. I decided not to call my matron cos if I did, she'll tell me to start coming to the hospital and I wanted to watch big brother africa, it was the opening of the show, so I didn't want to miss any part of it, lol it was when they finished the grand opening it finally downed on me. I was confused, couldn't sleep and my hubby wasn't even around but my mum was with me. I waited till the following day, went to hospital, they monitored my contractions and knew I was in labour. They called the surgeon to start coming and he said he'll come by 2pm. All this happened around 8am oo. I couldn't cry. The labour pains were just unbearable. It was as if they were using a very thick rope to tie my stomach. To the glory of God, I was finally moved into the theatre around 2:30pm. My baby boy was brought out less than 10 minutes later. My matron was like J see your baby it's a boy. See he's ball, they are complete, non is hidden I was so happy and grateful to God Almighty. The pains were worth it. |
So happy to hear this. You handled the whole situation well. |

God...... May her soul rest in perfect peace. Hmmm....i don't know it will be my turn tomorrow oo. |
