Not really. There are many schools in Malaysia offering UK or Australian degree. They do provide opportunities for you to have part of your studies in Malaysia and the remainder in Australia or UK. For example, Curtin University in Australia has campuses in Malaysia (Miri for example) and many students start off in Malaysia and go to Australia to complete their studies. Nottingham has the same arrangement.

Not sure though IF the same applies to a one year masters programme. You also need to confirm IF the fees will change if you transfer.

For starters, why dont you ask for the name of the school and contact them directly? Why do you need an agent to process your admission?

@JW, yes he didnt reveal any of those, but i assume if the marriage was busted or had been discovered to be sham already then I suspect the marriage would be void ab initio, and this would put the op in a very bad position if he went ahead with the marriage because he will face serious scrutiny in the hands of the INIS who in the first place doesn't like Nigerians. I hope am wrong i suspect the lady is just heading into another sham with our brother.

Thanks for your response, what I was told when I complained about this was that the balance after my last transaction is the closing balance, which was 7,306pounds on 14 oct after I deposited 5 pounds the same day.
Is there any step I can take about this?

hello,first time user,i am a nigerian married to an indefinale leave to remain holder in the uk,i went to have my first baby in the uk in may 2008 at that time me and my husband were married under the traditional rights.i had a tourist visa then,i stayed there for three months and came back home with my baby,a year later i applied for a visiting visa for my son but his application was rejected on the grounds that i breached immigrations rules by having him in the Uk.so i have been travelling to the uk alone without him.my 2 years visa has expired and i want to reapply but i dont know if i will be refused again,or should i apply for a settlement visa for me and my kids,please i need all the advise i can get.

Kudos to you all.I intend applying for my visa this week as soon as my CAS is out(though I just made the full payment of my course fee yesterday and am not sure how long it will take to be processed).pls I need clarification on some issues:
1.I have the maintenance fee of 7,306 pounds in my GTB account (current account) with the statement showing the opening balance of 7,260pounds on 29 sep and the last transaction I made on 14 nov.does it really matters if the closing balance is not stated?

2.Do I need a letter from my employer in support of my application?

I have a six month course to attend in India. Now my excitement has worn off, I am jittery and baffled about going abroad for the first time. I have some concerns and I understand I might get help here in Nairaland. Pleas help me answer one or more of these questions.

1. I got a student visa, will I be able to pick up menial jobs while studying?
2. Are phones allowed in flight mode on International airplanes?
3. How many hours is it to India?
4. What do I do once I arrive there? I don't have anyone meeting me at the airport.
5. How will I deal with all the strange food I expect to find there?
6. There's nearly a six hour time difference, how do I deal with the jet lag and having to show up for registration procedures at the study center?
7. I don't generally do well in cold weather, how do I deal with 12 degrees centigrade (i checked) this winter season?

I may think of more questions and I will post again, please help if you have any suggestions, experience or knowledge about travel abroad, but especially to India.

This guys are total scam. I allow my fiancy to apply and when she got to the venue she was ask to pay for one yeye certificate for 8k. That's where I begin to sense fraud. I even speak to one of the thief he promise its a good placement they succeeded in scamming us with 2k. When my girl explain what she meet on ground I decided she shouldn't go there anymore. Later this week another sms was sent that one yeye Health stream interview is on, still same guys. We just avoid them.

That's the kind of response you get when people who have no clue on issues being discussed make senseless comments. What is the justification to invade another country's foreign premises. And tomorrow this set of people will end up becoming our law makers, people who know nothing on international law and inter country relations.

The South African govt should have been shivering now if this was to be the UK and US embassy because of the actions of these senseless policemen.
