This is not what Academic progression means. Decided to look it up UKVI site and hope this clears it. New rules seems to have exempted from demonstrating academic progression.

'Resit with attendance' may have some implications like academic progression but will not affect PSW and the issuing of CAS shouldn't be a problem. There is a reason why CAS has the resit option so as to issue CAS to such affected students.

'Resit without attendance' will have visa curtailed but has the option to apply for a short term study visa to write the module. At the end of the day, it's all about successfully completing ones course and be eligible for PSW.

Repeating a model doesn't make a student miss out on PSW. Eligibility is as long as the course has been successfully completed

Good morning house. Please just a couple of questions please.

1. For those who have applied to Sheffield Hallam University, is WAEC or English Proficiency Letter accepted in lieu of IELTS? I can't seem to find the information on their website.

Same for University of Sunderland too.

2. In applying for Visa, can I use a Domiciliary dollar account and Naira account together as proof of Funds? I didn't use the Dom account for my school CAS. I'm using it now because the other account had issues after getting CAS. Hope this won't be an issue?

@justwise and other gurus in the house, I need you to attend to this for me, please. I asked the question a few days ago, but I couldn't get the answer, hence my bringing it up again.

I am about to submit my application for Jan 2022 session to Salford University, however, I am in a dilemma whether to go ahead or not. The reason is that I am currently pregnant and will be due in January 2022. My concerns are:
1. Do I stand a chance of having my visa approved before November (all things being equal) to enable me to travel before I reach 36 weeks as most airlines don't allow pregnant mothers beyond 36/37weeks to board?
2. Being a new mum and attending schools, how does this work out for whoever has gone through this path before?

Please, ejoor o, kindly answer my naive question this time around.

In other words,

1. Funds must have been in your account for AT LEAST 28 days.. ie Funds can be in your account for 28 days till infinity (they dont care). >28<infinity

2. You can only use that statement within 31 days of
2a: Closing Balance showing the funds held
2b: Statement print out.

Yes atleast 28days, so even if you print 37days old, it doesn’t matter as long as the required fund is in the Acct

I think what he meant was that he wants to use a 37 day long POF instead of 28, not that the statement is 37 days old.

I want to apply with my husband and my baby as dependant. We were previously refused for UK visit visa in April dis year. My husband was refused for not being in receipt of income from his employment and business. I was refused because my husband was refused and my baby was refused because her parents where refused.
Someone advice I applied alone. Then my family can join me later. i have enough pof to cover for me and my dependant. my baby is still an infant, I can't travel without her and I need my husband to go with me to so he can help me with the baby. Wat do you advice I do. Will applying together be an issue. Am confused

In 2006, as a minor, 16yrs old, my mother had applied for a UK visit visa for myself and two of my siblings to go on a Christmas holiday, we were refused due to insufficient fund. Now, I wanna study for MA, reapplying after 15years. The issue is, there was an error on my then int'l passport, my year of birth was wrongly written, also my first name was written as second name. Although, after then, I've had two other passports with my correct year of birth/names, which also reflects on my Original Birth Certificate. Please what do I do when applying for a study visa, looking this might pop up? Even though I was a minor in 2006 and I have no access to the passport, my parents misplaced it.

$38880 × 326 = #12,674,880/annual


My present income ,after bank loan ,staff salary and miscellaneous

Is it advisable to relocate ? If Yes kindly state reasons and also if No kindly state out your reasons.... Have been into this ( life time decision ) over one months.

Student visa is point base system and if you follow the rule your pass refusal will not affect you.

Good evening, please justwise your advice is needed. In 2012 I was refused a visiting Visa because I had my 2 kids in the uk with a visit visa instead of medical visa, of which I submitted my hospital bills for both and a letter saying am not owing. So in 2018 I reapply for a visit visa and was refused again, reason was that they are not sure if I planned coming back. Also reapply 2019 and was refused again, reason been that I used my company acc and am not the only shareholder so that the money wont be available for me. Now that I want to apply for a student visa, will I be refused? And should I attach my hospital bill when am submitting my visa. Please your advice is needed
