Gurus in the house please assist.

My spouse did masters in law in the UK some years back but he wants to go for another masters in FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE OR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, please is this a good course in terms of jobs after study? Are there other professional courses that are better? @Justwise

I don't know much about that course i suggest she takes her time to research course she has passion for, a course she is likely to come out on top at the end. Its a lot of money to pay just to regret the course when you get to the UK

Patra123:
Thanks a lot @justwise, please does it matter if I have like 8 months remaining before the visa expiry date?

No but the earlier the better, if you applied with 8months left they will likely give them 8months -1yr visa

wallg123:
I see Tunibu loading 2023

No joke but that will not surprise me one bit, he has the money to buy votes

Patra123:
Hi gurus and @Justwise please help. For someone with a student visa who got married after getting student visa, can the person file a dependent visa for their spouse later?

Yes you can apply for your spouse later as long as you are studying at masters level.

Mrtush:

Even inside Buhari house his wife and children will still be tweeting including Lie Muhammad. Somehow I feel Nigerians deserve Buhari as the consequence for betraying Jonathan. Even though they are all corrupt

Nigerians don't deserve better than Buhari, we are who we are.

We are good at writing pages after pages of complain but lack the backborn to take action.

We will still vote in another useless president after Buhari

Lexusgs430:
Same government forgot VPN exists, to circumvent them.......

This is what happens when you have many round pegs, in square holes........ Analogue government in a Digital century........

My thought exactly, this will be really embarrassing to them when they start seeing many Nigerians still using the platform even with the ban.

Good morning, please is there anyone that has been issued CAS by the university of Greenwich.

My spouse paid the initial deposit almost 3 days ago and mailed the evidence of payment but no response yet.

Please is there anyone here trying them too?

@justwise

Still too early to start worrying

Hello gurus in the house, is it advisable to go for Full- time course but offered via online/ distance learning. I am particular about Visa application.@Justwise and others

How much is the tuition fee?

Deering1008:
@justwise @gurus in the house, if peradventure you’re ask ‘why the study gap’ during interview how can one best answer the question?

Explain what you did during that period

Please house can i go for Tb test without having an unconditional offer yet from the school i applied to. My test is for next week monday and (university of dundee and queen margaret university and university of stirling) have not given me an unconditional offer so as it stand i do not know which name out if the three to write for the Tb test. Please house what do you advise i do

Why not meet the condition of the admission first before going for test? TB test certificate is valid for 6months so you need to take that into consideration. There is no need rushing if you don't have an admission and CAS

What of the case of recently married couple in which the lady still bare her surname on her passport

VISA GRANTED...
Please, ignore my errors
I want to say thank you to all the gurus in the house who out of their busy schedule made out time to answer our questions and a special thank you to @JUSTWISE who gave me hope by explaining the oanda conversion because I used £=# when I submitted my visa application and i thought is over for me because if done #=£ I would fall short on my POF...

Visa Application - 24th may (priority)
Biometric - 27th May
Collection mail - 3rd June
Ulster university. May entry
It can only be God's work

Congrats!

keemo:

Dietminute:

@Justwise and other guru in the house, In 2019 when I did tourist visa through one agent like that, when he filled my visa, he indicated that I have been to France and south Africa in my travel history, but the date he put was long ago, though I was denied visa, now I want to travel with my wife through study route, She's the primary applicant, Pls should I still maintain same fake travel history or I should dictate no travel history?

Thanks for ur anticipated response

Yes if you are asked about your travel history.

Did the agent also put fake visa stamp on your passport?

Chysunshine1:
@Justwise and other gurus in the house.

Please this statement, the cost of test is in addition to the visa processing fee..what does it imply?

2,My TB test is on 27th July ,I want to start my funding by month end , so that I will submit my visa application immediately after tb test, hope this is possible?

It basically means that TB test cost is difference from visa application cost, so paying for TB test is not the same as visa application fee.

Yes that plan is ok

Don't know if my kids can have the AUDACITY to say they don't want to go to Uni .... we go enter one trouser be that

Contact your school again to rearrange the interview

Ojasope1:
@justwise kindly respond to this. we have submitted already and what do you think we can do at this stage.

If you have submitted already there is nothing you can do now unless you want to cancel the application and reapply or hope for the best outcome

Queenbeloveth:
Please I really want to know how having more than required in the account result to visa refusal?

Please read one or two pages back for an answer

Onyxfidel1:
Please justwise and more experienced members should help me .

Thanks

I really don’t know the actual link but I know people have being dropping it here, hopefully someone will help with it

Ojasope1:
Chai, What implication will it have on the dependant's application if the main applicant answered NO and has gotten his Visa, because NO has been ticked already and submitted.

Refusal will not be a surprise because the main applicant clearly lied.

Aafulenu:
Please does anyone know anything about the Ulster university at Northern Ireland?

Especially the magee campus?

Interms of affordablity and Jobs?

@justwise I made this post before and it was deleted, is this breaking the rules?.

Aafulenu:
Does anyone have information about Ulster university, magee campus northern Ireland?

How is the city in terms of affordablity and jobs? Not student jobs, full time jobs as I intend to travel with family.

Also is there a Nigerian community?

Is the school worth it?

Is there a WhatsApp group or telegram group?

That is the difference

listaby:
@justwise can you please help?

YES is the answer

marylandcakes:
Yes they do , as soon as you buy your first TV you will get a letter from the TV licensing.

Not anymore, bought tv 2months ago .

Lexusgs430:
They used to, in the past..... Was that not a breach then......

We have been updated about the repealing of that requirement........

Not surprised

Lexusgs430:
They don't detect anything..... After you bought that TV, the retailer sent your details to TV licensing office..... That's a responsibility, TV licence office placed on retailers.......

I doubt any retailer will do that, that is breach of personal data which is illegal

TheGuyFromHR:
Watching live television programming without a tv licence is.

I thought that has been established here years ago here?

gigi24:
Yes I have.

Hope and pray for the best and stop worrying yourself about it

sgtponzihater1:
They can detect chief. They don't just enforce it because of the so-called "honour system" of making money. Every year they use a few Scape goats.

I stayed 8months in London with no message of paying for a license. Few weeks into getting a TV and watching free view I got their mail. My friend also had the same experience.

Bro they detect nothing, that van is as useless as it looks, they use your post code to know if you pay or not.

It will even be illegal for them to have intrusive access to your home using any sort of equipment .

Using it to detect (if at all )is not even useful because watching tv without tv licence is not illegal
