I'm sure @justwise will remember my case and few other people, I applied sometimes in February with priority one day about 1k pounds, I was invited for an interview but they claimed they called but the call never got to me but I prompted them I didn't get a call on that which stands has an evidence for me but following day I was denied they said I didn't pick my call when they called! I was devastated I was so sad and worried but I kept my faith on, applied for administrative review via a lawyer in the uk which cost me about 300£ With all the evidence I could get from the network and police and Interpol self, 70 days plus nothing from them, but during the time I was in touch with school and taking classes and doing tests and assignments from school infact I was involved with student Union matter online to the extent I became a representative for student, school was willing to issue me a new CAS after the long wait I requested for a new cas and I was issued a week after, I applied again

Application submission: 27 April
Biometric: 29 April
No Decision email
Docs ready for pick: May 6
Picked up today with my Visa intact
Ikeja(priority)

After 3 uk visa denial I eventually got it

Not my first time traveling but uk has been hard but it's soft now

Good morning all. Please, what reason can someone who has been denied US student visa write during uk visa application. US doesn't tell someone the main reason for visa refusal. @justwise @hosey @lagosismyhome and other gurus

I believe if many of us can get the embassy requirements nobody will use agents again ! Just the only prayer is to meet a real sincere person with experience and fear of God.....nothing bad someone help you and you pay for his services .....chikena.

bro am in same dram shoes with you mine is a 1yr and almost 5months I have not heard from the embassy just the difference was the pay I only gave my agent some little change that I can overlook initially he demand for 1m but I decline and part with less than half a million......the process is real just the time consuming aspect my friend elder sister travel same process so it's real I don't know of your agent but I know it's a slot that has time and season .....just be patient prayerful and careful of many wrong advice here cos many never even see cotonou border before just they shout scam........is it everybody that can produce canada documents on its own??

If you have done your biometrics then it is genuine. My mum did hers last year before the lockdown, she is to go do omugo for my brother in Canada. The embassy has not responded since last year due to Covid. So just hold on a bit they will surely get back

Don't conclude its a scam. The annoying thing about nairaland is people that know nothing about a particular issue always rush to say nonsense. Follow up the agent since you know him down to his family and believe me when your story play these scam shouting monickers go flood your dm to ask for your help.

Hello Nairalanders,
I am a recent graduate of chemistry in Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho, graduating with 3.89/5.0 and a ielts band score of 7.5 (my first trial).
I need help on how the whole application works and also needs a mentor to put me through all inorder to make my dream of a better life come through.
I will be rounding up my undergraduate program by June as I hope to get my final results in few weeks time.

I applied for a canadian work visa through an agent with a down payment of 1miliom after which I did my biometrics capturing at VFS lagos .on
the problem now is that two months is almost gone and no feedback from the embassy and am seriously starting to feel the heat , I don't know if I should get my money back and start up a wine bar or wait for an update from the agent..
anybody with an experience with situations like this with an agent should pls help me, am begining to lose my mind with my current state of joblessness and doubts of the legitimacy of the agent securing my visa

Good evening guys, i have been following this thread for a while and i must commend how everyone looks out for the next person by answering their questions.
I have a few now also.
I have an HND in Mass Communication. I have considerable experience in Media/Journalism/Communication. I also have close to 2 years experience in the banking sector. I have English test result. I have certifications in Human Resources Management.I want to apply for MSC in the UK. I have followed the thread, so i know the schools I can apply to (Uni of Sun, SHU, Roehampton)
Now, what advice would you give a brother in terms of courses that i can apply for that won’t make visa a hard thing ? Do you think I can get admissions AND VISA for HRM or anything health ?

Juswise what are you trying to insinuate, excuse me, see, I only felt the way people are having issues on waec age-related issues. and in my way, I share some of the divine ways God has used in helping me resolved it. But if you think otherwise you have your opinion. I had the same issue and I feel the pain as others and when I took the bull by the horn went there I was told the cost which I shared here and I got mine done, I waka. This is one of the reasons I don't come here again, the same thing last time when we were on a UK visa section and I explained to someone how I got my visa and told someone UK do confirm people's banks statement and sometimes a random confirmation from the bank on visit visa. A guy was ranking. I just left that forum.

we must defeat every impossibility spirit by Gods grace. I like what justwise said in one of the questions asked by someone, he said don't believe in they said"..omo this was how I also believed my waec won't be corrected then. until I drove down to meet them got it done at ogba.

See bro, waec result is one of the equivalents to your doing IELTS..and the implication is that your school will collate it with your transcripts, certificate and send to the Home office. The home office normally queries the school why the age difference. Some allow affidavit but can't be like original which speaks for itself because your school will need to be carrying extra affidavit to your result. If they made mistake to forward only result to the home office your application could be delayed. Every student who is enrolling on Uk schools is having their documents sent to the homes office for their visa certification and records purposes.

Please where did you get that from?

@ justwise Please I’m in dire need of your advice, I got unconditional offer few weeks ago but unfortunately after making my tuition deposit I lost my transcript and my original birth certificate. As for my birth certificate I can get an affidavit but for my transcript, should I get a new one from my school here in Nigeria or can I self upload the scanned copy of the old one I used to get my offer during visa application? Please help a brother�

The maintenance fee of almost #15m would be borrowed and returned to the owners once the visa is granted, but what will be left with us to take to uk is just about £6k which I thought will be enough for a period of 2/3months, with the hope of getting job within that period,


Pls just advice me as you would to your loved ones abeg.
