I don't think you can without making a fresh visa application with a CAS from the new school.

I have not read up on this recently though.

Hello everyone, my course has two types
1) 13months without placement
2) 25 months with placement..

Both is same school fees and same course start date since it is the same course...

I didn't know at first, so i chose the first one, I have paid my tuition fee deposit and have been issued CAS for September....
So it is possible to tell them to just switch me to the one with placement and update my CAS??

Contact your school, they may allow you to switch since the fees are the same, do it fast because they may have limited number of students for that course

Go for Bradford if you can afford it, better ranked, affordable city to live, close to Leeds, you can work in Leeds while living in Bradford if you are unable to get student job in Bradford, don't worry about job after graduation as you can always move to any city to search for job or work

pls i have M.Sc in Environmental management and control already in Nigeria. I have gotten an offer in Universiy of Bradford for M.Sc Bioinformatics and i aslo just got an offer in University of Derby for MSc Environ Assessment Control again. pls advice me on what to choose for a man applying for visa with dependent in both courses and cities. jobs and livin standards.
i intend to make deposit witing the next 48hrs to either of the school.

That is the problem, you needed to explain the source of that money and possibly provide evidence to back it up. If you can do that convincingly then you can reapply

Little background info.. I’m 24, into tech (front end web dev), a graduate (but with a 3rd class) and I’m applying (through agency) for schools

Please my question is.. Is it feasible for me to differ studies after paying, studying for 1 year and apply to tech jobs. ( by then I would have stayed for a year so I feel It should be enough for me to know my way around and hopefully get a job)

This is my plan but from your experienced perceptive, I just want to know how possible it is and where I need to adjust for the best outcome.

Not a good plan and it will not work as you will be going against your student visa rule. Finish your studies and get the two years work program then apply for job

What's your take about university of Kent, with respect to student job, standard of living etc

Asking on behalf of my wife who want to study m.sc social work.

That university is very good and getting student job shouldn’t be a problem even after graduation if she does well. Kent itself as a city is good as well and not far from London

I don’t know much about the university or the area but regarding your question about getting a job after graduation.. firstly you need check occupational list to see if it’s on the list and secondly come out with a good grade as that will enhance your job prospect.

Actually,she used some quack agents that did the whole application for her and she has no information on what was filled infact they lied on the form that she is a Doctor and she actually works as a social worker here in Nigeria.

So I told her to mail the UKVI to first confirm her status before anything.

Its important that she finds out why they refused her in those three occasions before making another application else it could lead to 10yrs ban when she gives misleading info on the form

If she isnt showing soo much, dont let her declare, get a good reason for the trip and hope for the best.

I know someone that was visibly pregnant some years back (before the crazy refusals though) and she said she was going for a different purpose, not child birth but said she might change her mind if her cousin is around and she got the visa, mentioned her cousin will not be available when she puts to bed and wouldnt want to be alone with the baby without any support hence her reason for not been 100% sure she will give birth in the US

Yes,, through the person's profile...that is if you did not drop your email address or number here before, in that case the only way one will contact you here is through nairaland pm, after reading it in your inbox you log in here to reply though the person's profile.

This will help you to know who you are dealing with before you decide to give up your contact details.

It makes it a lot difficult for crooks here to get your details though social engineering .

Maybe you need to change your password with nairaland and i avoid replying pms from nairand from your inbox, people get your email address through that.

The only exchange rate used will be what is on the day you submit your application online.... before or after that date is not relevant.

However its always best to add some buffer just incase the day you are ready to submit is when it high

You need to get legal custody of the baby and a consent letter from the dad.
