I told people the UK can go any length to steal competent Doctors to Man their emergency rooms including breaking protocols to wave visa's, if the Nigerian immigration refuses, then they have to open their visa offices to make it official, don't be surprised to hear they operated for only a week and shuts down again after they must have gotten through to the Doctors they are stealing away

Meanwhile Nigeria still does not want to value the services of their own medics, e go clear them for the for eye someday.

It simply means , that rule ( needing to show academic progression) would have applied to him if he was still in the UK, but since he’s applying from Nigeria, he’s exempt.

An entry clearance tier 4 visa application is exempt from the academic progression rule. Only tier 4 visa applications in the UK need to demonstrate progression.

My wife and I already have masters in UK. But I am thinking of taking the 2years post study visa opportunity.

Fact oh... it’s not by deposit. You need to have your tuition fee. That’s the most important part. If you don’t have 100% please try have 75% for your own good. It’s not easy everyone knows but make it happen by planning. What will be your gain when you pay deposit and can’t pay the rest in stipulated time.

My advice is that know what you’re doing and how to achieve your goals.
