I was rejected UK visa in July and I am applying again with my wife. Our budget is 2200GBP my question is how to state our budget in the application. Will she repeat my budget in her application or we should separate the budget. Forgive my ignorance, this is the first time I am doing it myself. I need input from experience forum members @justwise kindly help.

In the pix below, the list of the documents i require for my wife's Tier-4 dependent Visa. There is
- Proof of relationship of my wife to me, with examples like Marriage Certificates etc (which we have).

Then this.
- Proof of relationship status by me, as a married partner of my wife. no example was given on this one. To be frank, i dont know what they need here, and i am running out of time. I am very confused here. Please folks help me abeg, can anyone figure out the sort of documents the means "proof of relationship status".

Quick one, i got an admission at one of the university in canada.
But no fund to proceed. But i got a help from a friend which she's a PA to the wife of a govenor in nigeria, which she promise to give me a sponsorship letter from the office of the first lady....
My question is will i just submit the sponsorship letter with all the neccessary document together ? Did i stand a chance of getting my visa approval?
Note am only using the sponsorship letter as the means of fund.
Please house help a friend

On a final note, as we have derailed this thread for this long, attached is a screenshot of the mail and response you had with Coracle. This is just to corroborate the fact that i actually know a staff of Coracle and his intention was genuine at best, but without proper guidance.

I am sharing this for posterity sake and to "clear my name" in the case i decide to run for election later in life and this comment want to be used against me.

I am not trying to promote Coracle. I don't have any vested interest in the Business.
I don't live in Germany.
I don't know anything about Blocked Account or Blocked Funds.

The Nigerian who works with Coracle and created the CoracleNG account is my friend and i trust him enough not to have a negative agenda with that account.

Thinking outside the box atimes may not totally be a wise move especially if you deal with hyper-sensitive clients.

Finally, If you wanna deal with Coracle, please do it through their website and channels stated on their website

One more question, I’m applying for the visa with a new passport cause my old one is expired. The old one has my travel history on it and I’ve started making my visa application and they are asking for all my travel history.

Do I need to submit my old passport when submitting all my documents?

Secondly, I went to the US two times last year but when filling out the travel history section, it’s only letting me input USA just once. Should I leave it like that or will I get a chance to explain it?

I’m just trying to eliminate any cause for refusal because I’ve seen cases of where people didn’t declare their whole travel history and got denied.

If you actually took the time to read what I wrote, you’d see that I asked a simple question. The question being if I should start making my online visa application while I’m still in the UK or wait till I come back to Nigeria?

I just wanted to know if it makes any difference time wise if I make an online application now or wait till I get back? I haven’t seen this discussed anywhere in this thread.

Or feel free to guide me to the page if it has been previously discussed :-)

Some experts on this platform said if you want to apply for UK spousal visa. I need IELTS exam. But right now I have B.sc in mass communication.

1. Can I use that?

2. I saw something about going through UK Naric process if I don’t want to use IELTS.

. Many PTDF, NDDC MSC and PHD graduates still struggling because they studied in the UK and forced to come back home.

Have you ever seen Canada, USA, Germany, Australia Nigerian graduates with poor career and jobless in Nigeria? NO.

It is because their host absorb them and ALLOWED THEM TO WORK after their studies. Theyb eventually become experts and professionals and get residency thereby erasing and eradicating poverty not only for them but their generations.
