dcutey: Hello house, please I need your expert opinion on an urgent matter.
A family of three with Irish visit visas plans to travel to Ireland in the third week of July and would like to use the opportunity to visit the UK. They have just completed their UK visit visa applications and discovered that the earliest available date for a flexi application where a family can consolidate their applications into one for a decision is June 19th. The purpose for their trip to Ireland is so crucial that they have to be there else a major event will be in shambles. Please I would like your opinion and suggestion concerning the option I think are available to them.
1) Book a priority visa appointment for June 19th and get a decision within five days. My question concerning this is would the priority visa fee of £220 be paid only once by the applicant consolidating all the applications or would each applicant pay the priority visa fee? Also, how does one consolidate the applications on the TLS website?
2) Go for the keep my Passport option where they get to keep their passports while waiting for a decision. The question here is how long would it take the passports to be returned them after submitting them when granted the visa?
What do you advise? Two of those options are good, you will hardly go wrong with any of them |

Viqtour: Hello house. Thanks guys for your assistance, the visa of my sick father and my mum was approved, and they are planning the trip on Tuesday. I come for assistance again. Please what are the documents they need to go with in order not to be denied entry? Should they go with all the uploaded document used during visa application and is 1000 pounds as cash at hand enough for initial run around? My uncle made provision for a naira account I can transfer to in Nigeria while he supplies pounds to them in UK which is just for the hospital bills Yes do that, all the medical papers and evidence of payment. |

Rolake1: Let me tell you guys my story in a little way... I and my younger ones have tried u.k for about 3times and we were denied for one reason or the other.. now I want to try with my family and we dont have an account we can use as you know u.k requires account and documents. And we dont want the situation we will be denied again. The money is quite much tho but it it's 100% at least you know there is no doubt about it and the person is charging 600k per person... Here is one of the visa he sent to me I suspected this as well hence my first post regarding this.. i'm going to try and be as polite as i can.. Do you know that if the agent uses bank account and documents that does not belong to you and your family that you will be banned for 10yrs? Do you know that the UK embassy has every details about you since you have applied 3times before? Do you know that the embassy will verify those documents? Imagine paying an agent at least 1.2 million naira and still get refused and banned for 10yrs? Everything you are doing is wrong and i don't know if you know this |

boyo123 : you keep talking as if ones can know all these before travelling , there is a limit to what you get while researching ,others are first hand experience which no one will tell u. you are blaming the lady now as if shes not updating infor for those making research on travelling to Ireland. abeg let the lady talk jareYes you can know all that before leaving Nigeria especially the cost of living in Ireland as a foreign student. You will also know how much you should have to be able to survive in that country. Your school and course ranking is also available so as to know your chances of getting employment. Many just want to travel abroad with no care in the world for an adequate preparation |

ozymes: @ Justwise, it appears that British embassy stamp or seal no longer applies. Visas issued recently as @ March 2019 did not have the stamp/seal embossed on the visas. Yes in some visa types..as they move to biometric card..student visa and immigration visas will not have that stamp but you will see something like Nigerian coat of arms especially in spouse visa..as of last September. I guess for visiting visa as you pointed out they have changed it |

Courage19: Good afternoon, please i'm asking this question for a colleague.
Our organisation was invited to a programme at London and he was selected to represent the organisation on a fully sponsored trip. The application was submitted with the account statement of our organisation. The inviting org has even sent a letter of invite to the Home office. However, he was refused on grounds that he didn't submit his own financial statement that reflects his income as stated in the payslips and they are not convinced he will return after to Nigeria.
These are my questions: 1. Can we reapply immediately although the event is from June 11 -13 2. Can we make use of the 5 days priority? 3. A lawyer mentioned that theres something called Judicial review that they could be applied for. I wanted to know if anyone has done this before or the process
Please i'll appreciate quick inputs.
Thank you. 1.Yes but with priority service or super priority 3. That lawyer just want your money because he got no clue what judicial renew is |

when was the last time there was a constitutional amendment either in the US or Brazil? They don’t need to change constitution to stop foreigners abusing the health care. |

ooyin: 1. Bear in mind you are paying not less than 450 to share a room with these people 2.To be able to afford to pay your bills you need to work more than 20 hours therefore, people work in restaurants and all manner of places just so they can ay them cash and not have it in their records Did you not know this before traveling to Ireland to study? |

Had an issue with someone here as regarding S.A. visa long time ago.
That was when S.A. asked people to pay repatriation fees.
The work has not been easy at all, but then, we need to keep moving.
SHALOM You really want me to bring out your fraudulent history here? You are a scandalous visa agent known by a lot of old users here. |
Travel › Re: The Plain Truth About Ireland by justwise(mod): 10:10am On May 24, 2019 |
ooyin: • It’s a dead zone; don’t come here with high hopes and creativity, you will end up in the warehouse and factories • Education: The academic system here is unnecessarily tough and the certificates are not well recognized, most average black family here send their kids to the UK or USA • Accomodation crisis: be prepared to share a room and bathroom with three people while you share a kitchen with like 15 -20 people • The immigration process is slow and expensive; you have to pay to get your visa upon arrival asides the payment you made in Nigeria, after studying for a year and your visa expires you will pay and get appointment (which is a very slow process i.e you can wait 2 months to be able to get an appointment date)and renew your visa for another one year when that expires you pay again and get an appointment but the only difference is that this time you must show proof that you have been trying to get a job and details of job applications and interview • The standard of living is unnecessarily expensive; when you get here you wont even be able to afford basic things of life such as coke and Fanta, for lades things like toiletries and sanitary towels cost a fortune • Transportation; this cost between 80-100 Euros per week • Wages; here in Ireland you get paid weekly, every Friday morning you get your wages and it will mostly go on rent, transport and feeding and the cycle continues, you are only allowed to work maximally for 20hours • Health; seeing a doctor cost as much as 100 Euros and you will only get a note to get drugs from the pharmacist (cost depends on the drugs) or go do test (Usually 200-300 Euros), Ambulance service starts at 100 Euros
If you're intending to travel either for a degree or immigration purposes, ask me questions and i will be sure to reply you This is what happens when you travel abroad ill-prepared as a student. 1. You get what you paid for..sharing a room with 3 people and kitchen with 15-20 is because you can't afford more suitable accommodation. 2. If you are a student working 20hrs a week and was able to pay rent, transport and feeding then you have no reason to complain. Did you budget between 650 – 1,000 EUR/month before leaving Nigeria? That is the average cost of living in Ireland as a foreign student. |
