Dude the most important thing is that he referenced the story, yes he added his own twist to it but he gave credit to the source.

Op, I put it to you that you are not the owner of this story or experience. It is the experience of Mr Christian Ozor, the owner of the website/blog:www.hovabuzz.com. The point you stopped in telling this story is where he too stopped; perhaps, he is still writing later to update. Where you stopped is his 6th episode. So, we are to expect the 7th episode. But for you, it's the end of the story. Initially, I move with what you have written so far but for you not to conclude well of a story which you alone experienced is a pointer that you are a fraud. If you cannot tell us what happened to Soji and you yourself leaves us with an explanation that you are not the person involved in the story. As such, I will call you a thief. For the conclusion of this heartfelt story,. The story is in episode 6 and yet to be updated.
Did he not reference the story?

Please people stop quoting long posts only to type a few words. Its pointless and makes the thread unnecessarily longer.

Thank you.

You can ask your school if they would give you a sponsorship letter or include it in your CAS. Then which route you should go through
Cool.

Schools can sponsor students. If his school is funding his maintenance allowance, they would provide him with a sponsorship letter.
You do not use a sponsorship letter under Tier 4 General.

I would even advise he goes through Tier 4 sponsored, even if he's not paying his school fees fully.
Bro I think naijamark is right. We have discussed this before last year. Can't find the page but you can google the difference.

@justwise, thanks bro. My employer is paying fully for this trip, they are going to attached 2 well run bank accounts with both debit and credits of over 300m.

Thanks
Then all you need to attach is your salary account and payslips, if you have more money other than the salary going into the same account then use the space in the form to explain it.

Hi everyone, @justwise,
Im here again, now ready to prepare my application for business visa for UK, pls advice as follows:

1. Documents needed for business visa(Official Trip, we have gotten IV from the Company in UK)
2. Personal documents needed
3. I have around 800k in an account I use for savings, i dont really have any debit in this account, i basically use it for savings. I usually transfer money from my GTB account. Presently my GTB account that I run regulary currently has zero balance due to commitments. But I have 1000usd(commission from Independent Sales Agent to a chinese company) in my dom account. What do you advice here?
4. I was refused UK visa in 2014 August on virgin Passport(due to financial reasons by the VO), but now I have been to Germany, Italy and France.
5. How do I go about UK Visa application with this new application centre?
6. How do I upload supporting documents?
7. I have a Hair salon registered but I currently use my personal account for the business, and I dont have TAX cert. What do you think?

Kindly help guide me through this application please.

Thanks
Who is paying for this trip?

2. He lied on an official document and signed off on it

Um...can somebody please help me with the definition of forgery or obtaining by false pretences...
One can also be tried for commitin an offence in another country if same is an offence in Nigeria.
Mr Iphie and cybercafe boy were in the emassy (technically american soil) and finished their misdeeds.
Now even if the above wasn't so, in what pararrel universe is is ok to openly talk about lying?
Ties or no ties, bad vo or no, karma did right this time around.
Well done karma!
He did all that and still have the gut to complain about the refusal.

The VO has played a fast one on him and the cafe boy is likely to be stopped at the POE and questioned about the 'conference', at that point the op will not be there to 'coach' him.

They all forgot that we have VO here and other embassies visit forum like this,

This was VO's reaction the last time somebody made such comment:
VisaOfficer:
The next time you all see a post from someone complaining that the Consular officer "didn't even read my documents!", keep in mind that it might be because we read questions like this one online.... ~sigh~

Going back to my own thread now...

Yes we got married 2 months ago in UK. My major problem is the financial requirement of £18,600.
Like I sad before the £18600 financial requirement is for those bringing their spouses into the UK, it's not for those here already with right to get married here and established present. You can also confirm from the solicitor you contacted already.

LOOOL! Nigerians! what on earth is 'he got rejected because of karma or because he helped someone runaway??' and how is breaking immigration rules a criminal offence? have you seen someone go to prison for it before? do you fail exams because you whispered an answer to someone in an exams which therefore made the original answer wrong? our major problem will always be too much religion, illogical rational to solving a problem and finally blaming that problem on abysmal reasoning rather than finding logical and scientifical solutions to a problem. Why not just leave this baseless karma somewhere and tackle the problem gentleiphy is trying to talk about and see what possible solutions so that someone else will not get denied. Even pastors and Imam get denied with travel history and all sorts. the problem he is stating here is ties. what exactly do they mean by sufficient ties that won't get you denial. if you don't know the answer rather than suggest karma, please let someone else that might have an answer say so.
thank you my people
I take that as a joke?

I am not on student visa but on Tier 2 minister of religion visa. My visa officially should expire next year but my employer sponsorship license has been revoked 2 months ago. I hope you understand now
Oh ok! Get that now, you can still get married though nothing wrong with that as your visa is still valid and you have a genuine relationship.

Technically my sponsor license has been revoked and the home office has sent me a letter to change my sponsor or change my visa type. Hence the reason I need to change my status quick. Can you please advice me on how you did your application?

Financial requirement are for those bringing their spouse to the UK, so you are good to go.

I just thought it would be an interesting concept. Peeps mention their next destination on here e.g. China and then partner with another traveller going to that destination or already living there for a blind date. However, this whole human trafficking, kidnapping etc talk just killed that idea. RIP dearest idea. I love and miss you already. My travel blog is still alive though grin read and be merry all! wink
Very good idea but some dodgy characters will take advantage of this to harm an innocent sister OR the other way around.

Hello Guys, I must say kudos to everyone in the forum for all the good jobs.

I applied for a short visit visa to the UK and got a response from Sheffield on the 12th June that a decision have been made, and I should wait 3-5 days for collection. Today is the 4th day(working days), and nothing has been updated on the Teleperformance website( I submitted at VI). Someone suggested I go there by noon tomorrow.

Please can sm1 save my life b4 anxiety go kill me ooo!
