Like I told the other fellow who claimed there is a difference between carbohydrates and sugar, I'm going to tell you this, I studied carbohydrates for months and that's how I know for sure daily intake of soft drinks is bad.

Daily intake of soda is like saving in a piggybank, the more you put money the more it tends to get full that's why type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, stroke and other dietary diseases are common in older people, it doesn't even spare the rich, hence, the rich man disease alias.

I tell people to stay away from excess carbohydrates in any form and there's a reason why kids know what balanced diet is, besides, people don't get addicted to "non soft drinks" diet.
