ZIMDRILL: he is right its the air flow meter check there is a connection wire on the top of the filter box thats the one that connects to the air flow meter What I am seeing in the picture is the air filter, not the mass air flow meter. The MAF sits between the air filter and the injectors, and are much smaller than the filter. @OP, MAF sensor could stall your engine, but filter should not. |

iheanyiebeneze: Fundamentally speaking, we will witness low volume as well as Range trading on most major pairs this week, except on Friday. www.dailyfx.com CALENDER. You will see the RED news are very scanty, the more the RED news the more volatility and vice verse. I tend to disagree. When the market movers move, they don't give a damn what the news are saying. If you noticed, the market seem to ignore the news in the past two weeks. You will just see small jigsaw move, and it continues in its intended direction. The NFP on Friday took a while before the market responded weakly. On a normal day, with USD overbought somehow at that point, a sharp recovery would have followed. USD's strength seems to still be in tact. Your good work here is appreciated. Keep it up! |

I have read a lot here, and have had to research the OP's diagnosis. If that diagnosis is correct, I am afraid Babyosisi is right - his only treatment is a liver transplant. The abdominal fluid retention is just a complication arising from the cirrhosis, which is the underlying factor.
Any other 'treatment' would be waste of resources. Efforts should be geared towards getting his travel document. The Abeokuta doctor may only try to manage the ascites.
Please, let's be objective. You can undertake a little research....

mayor2013: Only way to check is to drop the exhaust it self. If no catalyst there then your 4 02 sensors are as good as gone too. But you can still test them nevertheless Bad or none existent catalyst cannot possibly kill air/fuel sensor, given that they sit before the catalyst, and are in no way connected. I am not sure about the HO2 sensors, but the same should apply. Thanks for your input anyways.... Is there anyone who could help with a reference please? |

Car Talk › Dtc P0420 And P0430 Troubleshooting by Kashif(op): 11:34pm On Nov 08, 2014 |
Gentlemen, I need some recommendations on good hands that can troubleshoot these codes for me - P0420 and P0430. This has to do with one or more of the following:
Exhaust leakage Catalyst failure Air/fuel sensor Hot oxygen sensor Gas tank cap leakage
It is a Toyota 2GR-FE Engine so, I need a proper diagnosis to avoid throwing parts at it randomly. Many functions of the small SUV have been shut down because this code illuminated the MIL light. (It is a 2007 Rav4). Total service station confirmed that the exhaust system has no leakage, but when their tech leader included the injectors as possible culprit, I had to leave there.
I saw an advert by ARS here on Nairaland claiming to offer professional repair services. Anybody knows about them?
Thanks in advance. |

Business › Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by Kashif(m): 7:47pm On Nov 03, 2014 |
1stCitizen: Calling your customer a liar is a no no in customer service. You could have been more diplomatic in your responses but from what I have seen so far, good customer relations is a luxury you lack. You can do better. I have read through your comments on this thread and I must say they have been completely immature and shows a lot of arrogance. You should try as much as possible to respond subtly to customers especially if they have genuine claims. Hiding behind the issue of non-insured goods does you more damage because in essence you are saying you are not liable for fraudulent practices or negligence on the part of your employees and that customers are risking their hard earned financial resources dealing with you. Try to understand the kind of environment you are doing business to know that such is generally unacceptable in Nigeria. Tailor your business to adhere to the socio-economic indices of your target market and desist from the western borrowed concept of small print or terms and conditions. I strongly believe that you should negotiate politely with those who have missing items to reach an amicable settlement rather than ranting about how many customers use your service. Your Facebook page is equally laden with serious complaints and if you continue handling these issues in the manner that you are currently handling them, it will take no time for the name of your company to be widely associated with inefficiency. Settle with your aggrieved customers.......Ultimately they are the ones keeping you in business. I am sure you realise that is not rocket science. I have read in horror and dismay, Irohadis' uttterances here, and cannot in any way, come to terms with them. Why are you not responsible for cargo entrusted in your care? This is simply incredible!! You need customers to pay for insurance or you can convert their percel to personal use and hide under the guise of 'no insurance, no cover' ? Are you alright man? I am very appalled by your business model. You are just irresponsible, reckless and arrogant. You cannot imagine the volume of business you have lost with all these. Keep deceiving yourself that your business is growing. I really thank God for the exposé here! |

Capitals: Yeah, it s well my brother. Lost some combined 50+ pips on those calls. Its happens to me every once in a while, That why MM is advisable. Was a very much profitable week in spite of that, my gratitude goes to God. I intended making those two trades my last for the day, but saw an oppotunity to make something and couldn't resist. I dont quite like the trade even though its in profit now and already hit 1st TP. Why dont I like it you may ask? Its cos I understand the vale of discipline in this business, and my pastor taught extensively on the force of discipline a while back. So even though I gain back in terms of lost pips, cant say same for my efforts at been more disciplined. Tired of typing, I feel like I have written an entire book already. Here's the chart of the trade for whoever wants to see. I like posting charts so it s clear that I m actually taking these trades and not just calling entries. (I know someone is watching, cos I was actively watching the thread for a long time without commenting on anyone's post) Indiscipline is the bane of forex traders! Conquer it, and conquer the market. It is the most difficult obstacle to overcome. The reason why traders lose money is not the market; it is the traders themselves! I struggled with emotion for years, but was determined to stamp my foot on it. I have come to realise that fewer is better. I would rather take on trade in a month with a 300 pip reward, than take 200 trades that would leave me bruised. For perenial losers, would it not have been cool if we had not taken a single trade since funding our accounts? I knew I was making progress when I started taking good trades too early. From there, I tweaked my timing, and things began to fall into shape. These days, I am fine with two to three trades in a week. @Capitals, I can see you are a nak.ed (don't know why this word is censored) trader, and it means a lot! Kudos! |

Sometimes a customer will ask us that an item is urgently needed and in trying to help out the customer, we fall into issues like this. If we have insisted on using normal shipping to send your product no matter how urgent it is needed, we wouldn't be enemy by now. It might take 10days to reach but it won't create enmity. It is one of the lessons we learn the hard way. It affected you greatly and also it affected us greatly. Both parties lost money, time and peace.
